I consider myself a respectful, easy going, typical theater-goer, and dont typically leave reviews. This is different. I mean, what type of poorly run operation is this?! Where is this? Flipping Kazakhstan? Im moderately sure I live in America but this third world experience made me question whether that was North or South. First of all, they only have movie times for 3D. Who cares about 3D? The added visual effect is about as flabbergasting as watching a sloth relieve itself. Oh- they do, in fact, have 2D... once a day... at 2:00. And, lets be honest, the only person watching the movie at 2:00 is that poor dude stuck in the projector room all day with nothing but a bag of Funyuns and Diet Coke (and he doesnt even feel like a movie then). It gets better, you have to reserve seats. Really? The last time I checked I wasnt going to a five star restaurant. Reclining seats and armrests are nice, but for $15 and having to reserve seats I should be getting chauffeur service and a foot massage. No, instead Im greeted by a lingering smell of old cheese and floors that havent been mopped since Bigfoot spilled his four gallon soda a month ago. It was also an unwelcome surprise to be moved from my seats. Twice. Okay, the first time we only had to slide to the left one seat after some woman that had too many Big Macs and not enough etiquette classes moaned about it. Then, ten minutes into the movie, Mr.Usher was feeling a little big in his britches (must have just graduated to Pull-Ups) and decided to blind us with a flashlight and moan even more. And he split up our group of FOUR people. This was literally the WORST theater experience Ive had. Id rather use binoculars watch my neighbors 16" computer monitor as he watches a pirated copy with Chinese subtitles from 250 ft through my blinds than go back. I wouldnt wish this type of movie going experience on Kim Jong Un. Even HE deserves better. PS: they spent thousands of dollars upgrading the seating but couldnt be bothered to put an awning up outside. Great planning, guys. Id love to meet the 2nd grader that designed it, the 3rd grader that manages it and the 5th grader that owns this establishment. Then again, they probably have to finish back-to-school shopping (light up shoes arent gonna buy themselves).

With the release of guardians of the galaxy my boyfriend and I decided to go to this cinema to experience the luxury seating. Our show time was scheduled for 4:40pm and we arrived promptly at 3:30 and discovered a line protruding from the ticket booth. We joined the queue and were instantly filled with questions. Was this line for a certain movie? Should we have pre bought our tickets? Are we going to miss our show time? No, this line was for all ticket purchases. Yes we definitely should have spent the additional 2.50 to buy them online. And yes we did miss our show time. By the time we were the head of the queue it was 15 minutes past the schedule start time of the film we have desperately wanted to see since the release well over a week ago. Now usually I would go into the movie late, considering the first 12 minutes are previews; this was different though because of the service. The manager or shift leader was our ticket seller and when we decided to maybe go to a later showing he brought up the seating chart for our selection and the seats we would normally take were taken. In response to this second disappointment I exclaimed that our seats were taken and he replied rudely that he couldnt sell us those tickets. I was already aware of his obvious statement and became frustrated and exited the line and proceeded to buy my tickets online for a later showing. I would rather pay the additional 2.50 every time than deal with the kind of service I was provided.

This movie theater is my favorite in the area. The biggest factor for that is the luxury seats which really make the movie-watching experience much better than sitting in a standard fold seat at other theaters. At Regal 9, you get to kick back and relax in the recliner style chairs. The chairs themselves are made of a comfortable material and have a small rotating table to put your snacks on if you buy them beforehand. Unlike most theaters, the chairs are not in a stadium seating style position due to the type of chairs you get. You also get to pick your seats in advance (if you buy your tickets on fandango or a similar ticket reserving service) or right at the ticket kiosk at the theater itself. This gives you advance choice on the perfect seat and helps avoid lines at the movie. Like all other theaters, the food is pretty expensive. I have only bought food a few times there but it is the standard fare of soda, nachos, and popcorn. The menu isnt extensive, but its more than acceptable. The only thing I would ever really complain about is that the theater is a little small and while it always has a lot of good movies, sometimes you may find the showtimes are lacking because they only have one theater room per movie; two for the biggest movies or 3D movies. Its not a big deal, but some may be used to having more options.

This is a luxury style theater with reclining seats and assigned seat tickets, like you get at traditional theaters. We purchased out tickets online and were able to easily get the seats we wanted. The theater has a large central concessions stand with multiple cashiers so there is minimal waiting for snacks. The staff is friendly and patient. We are the sort to stay until the end of the credits in case there is something hidden in them. The staff quietly swept up behind us and then waited until we got up to do our rows or the rows in front of us. The seats are roomy and recline. They feel more like furniture that you would sit on at your house. There are cup holders and a small swivel table for each chair. The chairs are set in groups of two with and additional center cup holder on a hinge so that it can be tucked up and out of the way in case you want to be closer to your seatmate or need a little more room. Like in the backseat of the car. This is my favorite theater because its so comfortable.

FANTASTIC place to watch movies in such COMFORT. Seats are plenty wide ( I am a BIG girl -- no tightness in THESE chairs) and separate enough to not knock elbows with the person next to you. Chair arm-width is probably 4.5 - 5 inches wide, Id guess. There is a movable table connected to the arm of each chair that you can swing in front of you or swing away to the front of the chair away from you. The chairs have a release to allow you to put up your feet. The nicest part of all of this is there is STILL an aisle in between your elevated feet and the back of the chairs in front of you so no one has to S-Q-U-E-E-Z-E through the seating to sit or get up during the movie. AND on TOP of all of THIS you can order your tickets online and RESERVE your seat!!!!!! BONUS upon BONUS!!!! My friend and I make it a monthly treat now! Spoiled beyond compare to anywhere else. :D :D :D :D :D 5 STARS!!!

Its a nice movie theater with new luxury seating that reclines and can open up as couch (per 2 seats). Very comfy, some people bring blankets. They have little trays for your snack convenience. They offer seat reservations that often sells out quickly so I highly recommend you take full advantage of ordering your tickets ahead of time online or through their app. Its rather annoying to get there just to be told that their either sold out when you got thier early and are the first person in line or that there is no starting available next to each other for your party to sit together. This movie theater is often very messy with popcorn all over the floors. Their bathrooms are not that clean either. Those 2 reason are why I have it 3 stars otherwise it would have been 5.
