Staff is friendly, food is good, and overall the theater is clean. I would rate the theater higher if they showed a better selection of movies but I have been attending this theater since they first opened and I have yet to see them make such an effort. The selection of movies playing at any given time is so-so. If youre a real film buff get used to never seeing any independent or art house style movies playing here. They only play big blockbuster movies and the movies that seem to get the most screen times are always childrens animation movies or comic hero/action flicks with big name stars. Beyond those movies, youll either have to go to Phoenix or wait for it to be released on dvd.

I have lived all over AZ from Scottsdale to Phoenix to Tempe to Prescott Valley and this is not that bad of a movie theatre. Yeah there are people coming here at night on friday and saturday night. People = some noise but this is not bad at all. Staff are ok never had any issues with them, food is good and clean. I know this because i used to work at this Harkins as an supervisor and they kept things clean when i worked there. I would say if you want to go to the movies when go here, but there are really not that many options with this being the only one in town. Even though it is i do not have any complaints!

We always like Harkins. It is the only theater in Prescott Valley. If you want to travel into Prescott there is another one. I am in a wheelchair so it is always nice to visit someplace that is truly accessible and Harkins is. The only complaint I have is that the sound can be VERY loud quite often. Depending on the type of movie I will wear hearing protection and can still here the movie just fine. That tells you how loud the movies are.

I really appreciate having a theater so close to me. The employees are friendly, the place is clean, the popcorn and prices are good. What I do not like is the limited types of films that are shown. We would really like to see more foreign and indie films, not so many Hollywood blockbusters with lots of noise and not much substance. Thank you.

This Harkins is fantastic! Most of the staff are really great, very driven and seem genuine in wanting you to have the best experience at their theatre. Anthony Genaralli is the rock star in Harkins Prescott Valley. If you are fortunate enough to see Anthony working, jump in his line. Like a lot of things, a good staff makes the business.

Great place to go see a movie. Be sure to get a movie T-shirt. Movie cup for each person in your family. Its a great idea and it saves lots of money. My family and I have been getting t-shirts and movie cups since 2006. The staff is great and very helpful and friendly so go to the movies and have a great time Harkins is the best.

Theater was clean, front service counter was well displayed, fresh and manned to serve customers. Folks at the ticket window were very nice, helpful and well groomed. The theater viewing areas were clean ( we saw more than one feature), and the attendants thanked us for coming. Thanks you for your attention to detail.

Great theater and staff. Plenty of screens and always the best selection of current movies. Only 4 stars because they need to move to allowing seat reservations like most other theaters, including their competition in Prescott!

Finding out what is playing is nearly impossible, by Internet or phone. So if you do not have access to city paper of the city where the theater is located, just watch T V. Most movies are lousy and not worth the trouble.

Now Harkins has decided to play political movies before the election, 2016. What has happened to many of the movies that we saw in previews. The movie theatre is the last place I want to see political commentary.

Best of whats around... unless you want to drive 70 miles, 2 hours, or more for AMC. No Fathom Events (among other AMC/Regal company specials) and doesnt quite get 3d.
