Awful theater. Upon entering 5 years ago, I turned around to make sure I knew where to go when it was time to leave, but to my unpleasant surprise, the doors were gone. I decided to power through, and see the movie I had come for (Salt, starring my favorite actress, Angelina Jolie). However, instead of playing the movie, the screen only show a .gif of Isaac screaming with the caption, "I HATE ANIMES!!" for 3 1/2 hours. Absolutely egregious. The picture quality and sound system were pretty good. They probably use Dolby. However, this doesnt make up for the fact that once you enter the theater, there are no doors to go outside. Im still stuck in the bathroom and its gross because there is pee on the floor but its not mine I think. Dont go here. You cant even escape this theater.

Most disgusting bathrooms Ive seen in a long time. Every single stall has a combination. Of urine, poop, and yes, even vomit covering the seat. Keep in mind this was while not one, but TWO employees were supposedly cleaning the bathrooms. They emptied the garbage and decided that the dusgusting didnt need cleaning and left. I even commented on how gross they were and came back in halfway through my movie to see that they were still just as gross. Now Im a janitor, not a flattering job but it pays the bills. If this were to happen at my job I would lose my job. There is absolutely no excuse for bathrooms to look the way these do. I really hope you take this review to heart and make some changes. Until then Im going to another theatre with semi useable toilets.

The only place I watch movies. In fact, I would drive by all other theater chains to watch a movie at Harkins a few extra miles away if the movie I want to see isnt playing at the mall. My annual popcorn shirt and refill cup purchase is a $30ish investment that pays for itself within a few movies with the family. Also a terrific gift for newcomers to the valley. Always friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. Theater floors not sticky or gross chairs. At busy times they have enough lines open at concession stand so wait isnt more than a few people deep. Only negative here is the lack of mall parking. Enjoy your movie!

I love this theater! I wasnt going to write a review until I saw the previous comment about the restrooms. You should know I have lived in the area most of my life. I own a home very near this mall and I have been coming to this theater since it opened more than 10 yrs ago. Now that being said.....I have NEVER had any type of experience with the restrooms or an other area of the theater. I appreciate the cleanliness, atmosphere and staff at Harkins Chandler. Thank you

Been going here for years, its not a difficult theatre to navigate so long as youre not a complete idiot. The staff is always very friendly and it is well cleaned all the way around. Meaning no pee on the bathroom floor and the mirrors are always wiped down too which is something I always notice. The hours I go to this theatre varies usually very late or early morning so the place looks great to me during those times. The games are always working when I go as well.

You cant really go wrong with Harkins Theaters. This location has great customer service, and pretty fast service times. There are lots of show times for movies that have recently been released, and there are a lot of movies to choose from. If you like popcorn seasoning, Harkins provides a few options free of charge near the concession stand. This location has always done a good job of keeping the place clean.

Its a theatre. All of their theatre amenities are up to snuff, but the service leaves something to be desired. They harassed my girlfriend for her ticket twice after wed already entered the theatre, and shes the polite one. I suppose they can afford to mistreat any demographic they want, but I wont be going back anytime soon. Also, this isnt news, but concession prices are absurd.

The usual movie going experience from Harkins. It was good the concession stand was quick. This time they did not let my daughter bring in her smoothie. I guess I cant complain we never got to bring in stuff when I was a kid. Moral of the story dont buy something delicious because youre not going to be able to take it in at this location.

I approached a manager that the popcorn was salted more than usual and he said "Im sorry" but did not offer to replace it. The bag was still full of popcorn with little eaten from the bag. That is not good customer service. Thank you for nothing except for wasting my money

I Love going to the movies and Ive never had a bad experience at this Harkins! Even with a crowd there is never a long wait, the staff is always friendly and helpful. The staff in the play center are great too, my kids want to go just for the play center sometimes!

Screen 11 where we just watched the 3D version of Rogue One seemed really dirty and was so dimly projected we might as well have been wearing sunglasses. Would like our money back but figured that wouldnt happen. Going to a different theater next time.

Typical multi-screen movie theater. staff nice always cleaning up they say thanks on the way out of your move and help you when you need it my mom 79 loved it cool clean good popcorn . will and have seen star Wars Star Trek many other I keep going back

Mine and my kids favorite movie spot! Ive been going since they first opened up. And off were not in the Chandler address we always choose the closes Harkins! Great vibes wonderful and kind employees all over the valley. 5

Theater was clean and ticket usher was super happy and friendly. Ate at the restaurant next door and he offered to put my to-go box in the fridge until my movie was over. I thought that was very accommodating.

I love Harkins - but the seats in their theaters sucks.....compared to AMC and Cinemark with the reclining chairs and huge arm rests (cup holders and arm rests for each person) unlike at harkins

Its a very lively and exciting place. Its well kept - I always see the staff sweeping up trash and popcorn off the floor every time I go. I like the popcorn with nacho cheddar powder.

Very nice theater. The parking was a bit of a bear because of the mall, but its good to get some exercise:). The theater was very clean and all the staff was nice and helpful.

Decent prices. Kids under the age of 3 get in free. Theaters are pretty clean for each movie showing. Staff is always polite and ready to serve. We look forward to returning.

Nice big theaters with nice seats. Once the hot dog I bought was going to take a while to took, so they actually brought it to me once I was sitting down in the theater.

This location is almost always busy but always clean at the same time. Staff is friendly. It is attached to the mall and the easiest way to park is near Sears and walk.
