This day I had a bad Disgust in this place crap ..... On the internet it says they close at 10:00 pm and I arrive at 7:30 pm with my daughters ages 5 and 7 .... and we do not Received because they say that at 7:30 pm they close while on the internet says something else ... my courage is because my daughters were enthused and not letting them in they made them cry as never before and also came out well pedants the staff who attended us .. And the only thing you say is that only the party that had party there could enter // I will not come back to this crap place. Este dia tuve un mal Disgusto en esta porqueria de lugar..... En el internet dice que cierran a las 10:00pm y yo llegue a las 7:30pm con mi hijas de 5 y 7 años.... y no nos recibieron por que dicen que a las 7:30pm cierran mientras en internet dice otra cosa... mi coraje es pues mis hijas estaba entuciasmadas y al no dejarlas entras las hicieron lloran como nunca y ademas salieron bien pedantes el personal que nos atendio... y lo unico que dijeros es que solamente la jente que tenia fiesta ahi podia entrar //No vuelvo a venir a esta porqueria de lugar//

My family and I experienced bigotry and hate-talk on the day we took our daughter there to celebrate her 5th birthday, on May 2 between 12:30 and 2:00 pm. A small area was even set up with a rope that read, "hate-free speech zone." I saw witnesses take pictures of the area. Several employees working that day were very rude and one even hit my daughters hand while she was jumping in the main area. Check your security cameras! The same white male stood next to me and proceeded to tease me about my height. He said, "we were all small once." He also said that "this one fights back!" I can identify them once I file my report with the BBB and send the letter to their corporate office! And, I plan on filing a class action lawsuit. He continued to stand next to another employee that said aloud this was an "initiation" into the "white" world. The female on duty, in the basketball area, aimed a ball at my 5 year old and hit her!The cameras can confirm this juvenile behavior. Our family spent money here for a previous party for another child. However, after this behavior and speaking to the manager on duty that day, we are not satisfied with the zero effort on Sky Zones part to resolve the situation that took place. We are contacting the corporate office of this franchise. These employees are still working the grounds amongst innocent children. This isnt right. This is unacceptable business behavior and we plan on never attending another event at sky zone. We will spread the word.

孩子非常喜欢蹦蹦床，偶然在网上发现了这个地方，欣喜异常。来过两次了，每次都要玩到筋疲力尽才离开。来这里第一件事是先在电脑上填一份资料和同意书，然后去前台购票，我们每次都是买的一小时$18，然后有送一双袜子，今天去时收银员还提醒有带之前发的袜子可以省$2。这里真的很不错，推荐喜欢跳跃的朋友来，大人小孩都适合。

No effin way...its cool how they upgrade material in there. How ever they need to MUST upgrade there employees. My daughter loves this she had her 5th bday here. We came back 2weeks later and a group of employees were clustered up not eyeing the jumpers as I stand watching my lil one jump all I can freakin heres a young man mentioning his sex life the night before. And PROPHOUND LANGUAGE.using the :N word over and over. Then another one added about her week . I did not not others around me enjoy hearing that. I did how ever make a complaint to the MANAGER MARCUS ....and he broke that cluster of non work ethics,disrespectful individuals up THANK YOU..

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! I do not recommend SKY ZONE for families. Too many rules, I cant jump on the same trampoline square as my child, I cant use my phone to take pictures. It feels like I am back at my aunts house with all of her house rules. Oh wait I forgot there is no parking at all. Its not because this place is popular its because they dont have enough parking stalls for the amount of people that visit. If you want to have a good time jumping with your family and not be governed by liability rules please visit GET AIR in Huntington Beach.

Love this place! Glad I can come here and have fun with my daughter. Parking is ok, they have an overflow lot next door. Checking in is easy and generally fast after you fill out waiver for your first time visit. DISCOUNT if you bring Skyzone socks. Only thing I dislike is that my daughter has to jump on the opposite side from the adults so Im unable to jump at the same time as her. She is 5. Other than that, love this place and will always come back. Staff Is always awesome :)

June 27th 2014, was our first time going to Sky Zone for my sons birthday. I absolutely loved it, the atmosphere was great ,"ALL" of the employees were polite, helpful and everyone had a smile on their face. The party was set up when we walked in the room everything was ready to go. Our host was Kyle and he was very very helpful and a pleasure to work with. My family and I will for sure come back and we will recommend this Sky Zone location to others.

Kids always have a great time here IF you can find somewhere to park. Beware of parking down in the former loading ramp area because someone will inevitably park right behind you and block your vehicle in. Now that you made it inside God speed finding a seat. Basically whats available is ample hard metal bleachers, hard metal chairs or ONE couch. Seriously Skyzone put in some better seating, nobody is ever going to use those ridiculous massage chairs.

It was okay, wonderful for children but ages supposly are divided and they were older years old in the lower years and my daughter shes 3 and they didnt let her play in most of the games which I disliked because the tickets were pricey and I feel like they should of explain that at the beginning. Next all the ages were mixed and they only focused on my child. She could of had more fun but no she couldnt play in many

Fun place, yes. Perfect for holding kids birthday party, yes. But Im getting more and more concerned about the hygiene condition in and out of the various courts. Plus the place doesnt seem to invest in improving its air conditioning system, for years there are just fans blowing when it is crowded, almost all kids and adults running around in soaking sweat, which increases the risk of spreading germs...

I dont think this place is a safe place for kids and the staff is more concern on talking with each other then giving the right answer to their customers.Its a good thing price is cheap if you purchase through Groupon you can get 50% off , so if your gonna check it out for the first time try using the app so you wont waste your money on something thats not worth it. And not a place for toddlers.

Tried to plan my daughters birthday party but its hard to get a hold of somebody. I email them yried calling but no answer.called in the morning the website said they open at 3 called at 3:45 still no answwr and there voicemail is full couldnt leave a message. Now im having second thougts since all their birthday parties look like they have bad reviews.
