My wife and I went to the movies alone for the only time in 2015 on Dec 30th. We were there for 15 minutes before we got a look at the new digs since we waited in line, outside, for 15 minutes. The problem was the staff. There was no reason why anyone had to wait outside in the cold since there was at least a quarter of a basketball court amount of space just inside the door. Cold. Then there were 2 people working the counter and about 6 closed self service kiosks. Someone demanded to know why the kiosks were off and someone on the staff said they didnt know and a few minutes later a staff member started turning them on, which took about 15 minutes. My wife and I were in line for about 50 minutes total and missed the first 15 minutes of the movie. To make matters worse when the kiosks came on people at the back of the line started just walking up to the kiosks cutting in line in front of people who had been waiting more than an hour. I notified the staff and was told its been crazy. Thats it. They did nothing but keep their heads down and avoid eye contact. Actually the management is the blame, not the 2 people who were working the counter. Weve been going to this theater since it opened and have never had such an excruciating experience.

This place is a great example of you get what you pay for. A lot of new changes at this location for 2017. You now have to pick your seats ahead of time so I have found its just better to buy tickets ahead of time to reserve the seat you want which is nice because now you dont have to get to the theatre 20 minutes ahead of time to get a good seat. Just beware that if you do not buy the AMC Gold membership that if anyone is waiting in the gold line that they get the VIP treatment and will be waited on before you. Its slightly more expensive then nearby theatres but is clean, has the best reclining seats with arm rests that go up so you snuggle up to your better half like you are at home but with a huge screen. They have many different food options. You can get a huge pretzel that my family of 5 couldnt even finish but its around $20. The mozzarella sticks were priced around $6 but we got approximately 6 large with sauce and they were very tasty. The chicken tenders are delcious too. They have a huge candy assortment but expect to pay movie theatre prices for it. The popcorn is always fresh. They offer slushies and have the soda fountains where you select your own beverage.

With the amount of pirated movies floating around the Internet. Movies currently in theaters to be more specific, its been years since Ive been to the movies. Not only that but movie theater seating in my opinion has always sucked especially for the longer run time movies. After watching the steve jobs movie 2 nights before it was released at home. This particular screener was corrupted and the screen froze but continued to play audio with thirty minutes left of the film. Bummer. Ended up grabbing tickets with a gift card for this theater and boy are we glad. When you first walk in its obvious this place is either brand new or newly renovated. Its extravagant. Theres a row of 10 to 12 ticket systems to purchase and print out tickets. The process was very simple and 30 seconds later I was already walking away with tickets in hand. When we got in the actual theater my jaw hit the deck. This place has comfortable leather like king size chairs and they electronically recline. Not only that but the armrest goes up so you can spoon that special someone haha. Looks like I will be getting into the habit of actually going to the theater for new movies but only this one.

The good: always clean, movies always start on time and the picture and sound quality is AWESOME. My best friend and I love this place for going to the movies because its always nice and loud and music/atmospheric sounds are great. The new reclining seats are super comfortable and staff has always been really chill whenever weve talked to them. Concession is good too. I know a lot of people complain about assigned seating because you cant avoid someone who looks like a bad time to sit next to, but that doesnt really bother me - Ill lean over and tell you youre being annoying. :P The bad: If youre going to a new and really hype movie, pre-buy your tickets and then still get there early. We saw Star Wars multiple times, and every time someone else had our EXACT tickets that wed bought online. Awkward and annoying. That and if you buy your tickets there prepare for a headache. They just remodeled so I dont think they have their new system down pat, but holy crap is it bad. Overall, a great place to go see a movie!

Probably my favorite theater Ive ever been to (and ive been to alot). Only place with reclining seats and nice cup holders and awesome drink selections. They play all the big movies and all the little movies. About 20 theaters in this place total. Staff can sometimes be grumpy but the customers are usually impatient for whatever reason at this place. The lines are long yes, but hey its a huge movie theater. Bathrooms are large and almost always really clean (for a movie theater bathroom). Instead of waiting in line to get to a human for a ticket, it is a kiosk. Can also purchase tickets online and it will show you what seats have been taken if its a big movie. Staff is kind in the way that they will replace any unused tickets (has to be before the movie starts or right after if you were late) with a free movie voucher (sometimes). On the expensive side but they offer good quality food and seats. They also offer AMC stub reward member bounses and a whole separate line for VIPS. love this place

This theater is outstanding. The people who wrote negative reviews either dont like change or forgive me for saying, lack the intelligence to operate a very easy to use ticketing system. The point of the modern movie theater is to be able to choose your seat and buy your ticket from your phone. If you dont want to do that, then you can still buy your ticket the old fashion way from an employee working the ticket counter, but yes, there will be a line. Lines form at places when there is a large interest for a product. Thats how life works. You wouldnt go to a theme park and get angry when you discover that other people are also at the same theme park. Make your life easier: Download the AMC app, use it and enjoy the movie. New technology has made going to the movies even easier than it used to be and the reclining seats with stadium seating make it more comfortable than ever.

Since the renovation, this theater is terrible. It cannot handle the crowds of people during peak movie time, and the new ticket kiosks confuse and cause delays. I have stood in line multiple times and have had people in front of me leave due to excessively long lines, or shows sold out while waiting in the insanely long lines. I love going to the movies and would not recommend this location. On a personal level, I do not like having an assigned movie seat that I must select ahead of time at the ticket kiosk. I would prefer to pick my seat in the theater, so I can see who Im sitting next to. I feel this selection process is a root cause of delays at the ticket kiosk. Also, this new theater boasts new recliner seats, so there are less seats per theater, meaning the movies sell out faster to fewer people. Overall immensely unhappy with this new theater.
