Do NOT play this course without first checking on its condition with someone you trust. The first time I played this course it was in nice shape and thoroughly enjoyable (Spring 2010). The course has a decent, challenging-but-playable layout and so much potential that it pains me at how poorly it is maintained. Last summer they nearly lost their greens. This spring (2011) it was still in awful shape. 5 months later its even worse! Even with their discounted rate (I payed $47 to play on Saturday morning) I felt this was a rip off, and so did the other players in my group. I could name 10 courses within 15 minutes of Regent Parks that are about the same cost and in WAY better condition. Dont waste your money here unless you speak to someone who has recently played it and tells you that it is good. You cant trust the pro the to tell you (their line to me was that the greens "putt better than they look". So do I. These things were nearly unplayable. Sand filled ball marks on the greens?!? Hundreds of em. Cmon...). I truly hope that someone buys this place, shuts it down and restores it. I believe that is its only hope.

This is not a bad course. I mean lets be honest though, its not Tobacco Road. But the staff is awful. I use golfnow and had enough points to play a free round of golf here. I arrived with my print out from golfnow, only to find them saying they dont accept golfnow tee times anymore. I asked for the manager and he complied with his employees. I got onto the course after a hassle but when I made the turn at 9 I went into the club house and the same person who was helping me was processing a mans golfnow printout. By far the worst staff I have ever been around. They are rude and unhelpful. Also the greens are awful on this course. But what do you expect in this heat

Much enjoyed my round. Course was quite picturesque and hilly which for me added much to the pleasure of the experience. It is easily possible to totally forget that you are in the middle of a large urban area. The condition of the course was generally very good - greens particularly were in good shape but fairways were also highly playable. Some of the reviews from 3 or 4 years back were critical of the maintenance but at the moment (Oct, 2013) I would have no trouble recommending the course to almost anyone. Someone has been taking care of business. Looking forward to my next visit.

Just played the back 9 and can say the course itself is pretty but the golf is suspect since almost every shot is blind off the tee with the exception of the par 3s. It is tree lined and has extreme hills and drops (I walked and it tests your stamina) it is a course where you need to know where to hit it before you tee it up. In fairness the front 9 is flatter and more open according to the pro shop. The greens were not in very good shape but puttable.

This course is great for all levels of players. I do have to say that the staff is ALWAYS rude - I bought a membership recently and had a coupon to play for free if I brought 3 guests. The guy at the counter hem and hawed and sighed every way possible to avoid the transaction with me. I enjoy the course a great deal but the staff could do a better job of respecting its customers.

The layout of the course is not that bad, but the majority of the greens have been lost especially on the back 9. Like one review said there are a lot of blind approach shots that you have to hit. I like those every once in a while but not on most of the holes. I used golf now and didnt have any issues, they even gave me a half off green fee not sure if I will use it though.

Staff is rude. Greens are the worst I have ever seen in my life. They have ridiculous rules and all I can say is this place is better off just a landfill, dump. I would say you get what you pay for, but not here. I paid $36 for 18 and left after 9 I was so dissapointed. Trust me and save your money this course needs serious work.

No exaggeration, Ive played this course several hundred times. With the exception of a few patches on #17, the greens right now are in the best condition I remember ever seeing. Maybe a little slow for my tastes, but the aeration holes have filled in and the grass is lush. Bunkers are fine. Fairways... you know... okay.

Walked off the course after two holes, didnt bother getting a rain check either. Greens are shot and mostly dirt. No discount with them in bad shape either. You can play multiple courses around here at the same price and the greens will be better. On a bright note, the fairways look good

I played there in April. The fairways and greens were in pretty good condition. I like the set up more than Larkhaven or the Divide. I do think its a little pricey but overall it was good.

Decent public course. When I got back to my car it had been broken in and all the contents stolen. A sign in the lot says "park at your own risk" and they mean it.

Greens are in terrible shape. Still charging their usual rate with bad greens. Other courses in the area playing much better. Best to try this one next year.

Grt courts but some body broken in to my car and took some valuables so pls make sure u keep stuff in the trunk!! Enjoy the sports.

Course is fine considering the time of year. Great layout, can be a challenge from any distance. Soft greens that bite great.

is a okay course. but my vehicle got broken into in the parking lot. if you go there park close to the clubhouse.
