This course is AMAZING !!! The views at every hole are amazing. The owners have done a excellent job of making you feel like your teeing off on a course in some other state other than Michigan. Also the guys that run the inside are very friendly and helpful they know what they are talking about from the pro shop to the food and beverages. I golf all over Michigan to be honest this place is right at the top of my list. I love playing here wish I could rate it 10 stars. Also herd that this course use to be rated top 100 courses nationally. I guarantee you they would be top 10 if it had palm trees other then that top 15 "in my opinion."

TERRBILE SERVICE !!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!! THE OWNERS ARE RUDE AND VERY DIS RESPECTFUL !!! EVERY TIME WE GO THERE THE GOLF CART DIES AND IT TAKES 30 MINUTES FOR SOMEBODY TO BRING US ANOTHER ONE. ON TOP OF THAT, SEVERAL HOLES ARE UNDER WATER AND YOU USUALLY CANT PLAY ALL 18! THE TEE BOXES ARE OLD AND CHEWED UP, YOUD HAVE BETTER LUCK TEEING YOUR BALL UP IN A BRISH PILE ! THE GREENS ARE BEYOND IN NEED OF REPAIR , DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! PLAY GOLDEN HAWK DOWN THE HIGHWAY

This is by far the best course in this area. Amazing layout, challenging holes and near perfect greens. I had 5 days to play golf, found this gem on day 2 and played 18 to 27 every day after I discovered. The pro, the owner and his sons couldnt have made me feel more welcome and we played in team groups for 3 days in a row. What a blast. Thanks to everyone at rattle run for a great experience!!

ALWAYS BEEN A GOOD, TOUGH LAYOUT, THE COURSE CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN IMPROVING THE PAST FEW YEARS UNDER THE NEW OWNERSHIP. NEW BUNKER SAND AND POWER CARTS, ALONG WITH IMPROVED GREEN CONDITIONS ARE THE MOST NOTICEABLE. RATTLE RUN HAS A GOOD VARIETY OF HOLES, GIVING YOU A CHANCE TO USE ALL 15 (INSIDE JOKE) CLUBS. IF YOU HAVENT PLAYED IT THE PAST 5 YRS. OR SO, YOU SHOULD GIVE IT A LOOK---

I have played Rattle Run twice in the last year. It is NOT a forgiving course by any means and if you can survive 6-7-8 on the front-9 then you should be a lock for a decent score. Great layout on a well designed course. I dont know if its a top 75 course, but I would rank it one of the best courses Ive played in Michigan. Will definitely come back to play again.

This is a great track. Every hole a challenge. You get the up north feel just 40 mins from Detroit. Front nine has more water and hills and tougher IMO. Back nine is cut thru trees in a circle. You only see the hole youre on. Best course in tri-county and prices are a steal.... on Nov 1, I paid $20.... during the summer it was $45.

Great layout. Course is not maintained at highest level but you should expect that based on reasonable greens fee. We make sure to play this course at the end of our Michigan/Detroit golf trip every year because of the design and incorporation of the geography.

Amazing Northern Michigan style course. This place was rough for a while but new ownership has restored it to its original beauty. Challenging but fair. I highly recommend it!

Good layout but the conditions still need work. New owners are working on making things better but its not the top 75 public courses anymore. Still worth the drive to play.

Bad rains two nights in a row but course held up cart path only. Nice layout. Variety. Greens in good shape. Decent price and snack bar prices good. Shot 46-38 from whites.

Online price shows $42 get there they charge $45. Then we had a 718am tee time I didnt tee off until 8am. Waited 5 min to hit every shot. I will never be back
