This is our movie theater. There are multiple that are closer but this is the one we drive to. With the T-shirt and Loyalty cup, I can get a large popcorn and a soda for the movie for $2.50. So much better than spending $12-15 on the same elsewhere. So why this harkins over others? The Cine Capri. It really is that awesome. Huge screen, nice seats, Dolby Atmos... Its a lot of fun. I might get yelled at for saying this, but I would be willing to pay more for reserved seating. Its really the one thing that Harkins hasnt started yet... Why would I suggest this? For many new movies (star trek, anything marvel, etc.) the line for cine capri on opening weekend starts over an hour before showtime.... With reserved seating, that line would go away!

Went to see Star Wars at the cine Capri yesterday during super bowl Sunday figuring we would have the theater all to ourselves. There must not have been over 25 people in there. On the plus side...the screen is huge, staff are friendly and the theater is clean. On the downside...the popcorn is horrible. Little, scrappy bits of popped kernels. Just where do they order their popcorn from? Trying to share a bag of popcorn, a lot of it ends up on the floor! Next time I should bring a spoon! We have gone from going to the movies 4-5 times a month to once a year! Most of the new shows coming out are airing on the side of stupid to ridiculous. Two movie tickets and popcorn ...$23.00!! That is also ridiculous..

My girlfriend and I live across the street from the plaza this Harkins is in, so we go a lot. I have to say, I think this theatre offers the absolute best value of any movie theatre I have been to in my adult life. Plenty of other places charge the same amount and then are filthy and have poor seats and/or screens. This Harkins does it right. Also, the Cine Capri is amazing, and are always ecstatic when a movie we want to see is showing on that screen since its so huge! If the movie youre looking for is playing at this Harkins and youre anywhere in the North Valley, you need to come see it here!

Bad experience here. A lady brought her little poodle "service" dog into the theater yen minutes late with outside takeout good that stank up the whole room. She proceeded to let the dog luck the bbq sauce off her ribs and then she ate them... this was very distracting because it was gross, but also the dog was making loud smacking sounds as it locked and chewed. Then it started to pant loudly. I asked the lady to move seats nicely, but she refused. Ended up leaving and getting my money back. I dont feel confident I can watch a movie in peace here.

The best theater in Scottsdale...maybe the world. Also, Dan Harkins is a super nice guy and he supports independent film. Also, they hold Phoenix Film Festival here every year and thats basically like living next to the North Pole during Christmas. Also, their seats are super comfortable and actually recline (take that AMC). Also, they have that AMAZING powder flavoring stuff for your popcorn. Also, theyre locally owned.

Ok.. forget the fond childhood memories of the original Cine Capri on 24th st and Camelback. Even without that. Best really big screen experience in the valley. We are very loyal to Harkins because of their loyalty program. Buy the popcorn shirt and the Loyalty cups your concessions are less than $10 for a family of 4... plus I like the popcorn better than AMCs.

I wish every movie theater was like this Harkins! Every time I have the opportunity to see a movie in that cine capri, I hop right on it. Dunkirk? Unreal! Mad Max? Out of this world!! With the new remodel Im not sure how I could ever go anywhere else. The service is always great, and the atmosphere is laid back and modern.

Currently under construction but the newly renovated side that was recently opened looks amazing! Reclining seats, better sound and the decor was finally brought into the modern at least era and it looks good. Same great popcorn and employee service that Ive come to expect from a Harkins with a shiny new polish

We love Harkins. They treat seniors right with their awesome pricing and no restrictions on when the senior discount is available. If the movie we want to see is not at the right time at Harkins we wait rather than go to that other place. Love the flavors to put on the popcorn. YUM

Harkins does a tremendous job of giving good value. The seats and concessions at the theater are very nice, and ticket prices are pretty standard for movies (though maybe a bit better than AMC). We like this theatre a great deal and enjoy catching movies here.

Nice to have this one close to home. Nice theater - concession lines are usually quick. Good deal for loyalty programs (cup and shirt). Lots of different screens - Cine Capri is nice. Sometimes gets crowded (holiday season)... Friendly staff...

Ive been to several movies here... Good location. Harkins also offers a cup that you buy once and can refill at a discount all year long. Yeah, we do that. GREAT value. The Phoenix Film Festival is here, too. Good stuff!

This is a movie place with parking nearby and plenty of it. Like any movie theater, prior to a big movie starting, lines get long and the place gets a little crowded. Great place for family, friends, and even date night!

If you are an audiophile then see the movie you want in the Cine Capri theater. It is my favorite theater of any cineplex by far! 30,000 watts of sound on a huge screen blows away any Imax theater experience!

Not sure why, after several tries, you cant sync the audio with the video, especially on a Thursday night "midnight screening" of what is possibly the biggest movie of the year, Captain America: Civil War.

Had poor audio issues when watching the "Force Awakens". Seemed that the theater was not outputting full 7.1 surround sound. There were audio dips anytime there was a loud SFX. Really disappointing.

Very clean great service. All the theaters have excellent sound. Sometimes the theaters can get a little stuffy. Just let them know at the desk. Be sure to take advantage of their loyalty programs.

One of the best Harkins, as well as movie theatres in general, in Arizona. Amazingly big screens with even better sound systems. Definitely the best place to watch the latest and greatest releases.
