I will never come to this theater again! Took my 3 year old son to his first movie today, the May 28, 2017 @ 1:15 pm showing of Baby Boss. 1). The food service area and drink area was filthy. 2) I bought myself an Icee with our order, the Icee machine was broken, and only had the liquid in it. I told the young man at the counter that I purchased our food and drink from, and he didnt care less, just went on to next customer and said "you mean none of them work?" I told him yes and asked if I can just get a refund for the drink, and he said well the Icee costs the same as a regular drink. He didnt seem to understand that I didnt want an Icee or any other drink. 3) Boss baby was showing in Auditorium 13, we walk in and are looking for where we want to sit. Seemed like everywhere we walked the floor was sticky, like someone tried to mop the floor, but instead of cleaning he floor they just spread spilled coke all over the floor. It was like that on every aisle. Ended up sitting up at the top, as I cant think of anything more annoying than listening to my shoes stick to the floor every time I move my feet. 4). For about half the movie, there was something off with the audio. Sounded like there was 1 front speaker going at full force, while all the others were either not on. I guess at some point someone complained because it normalized. Had I not been with my 3 year old son on his first trip to the movies, I would have gone to find the manager and get a refund and see a movie at another time, and definitely at a different theater. However, my son was really excited, so i blew it off, threw the empty Icee cup in trash, and took my son to see his first movie. Not the experience I wanted for him, but he still liked it.

Went to see a movie with my fiancee on a Thursday evening, purchased my tickets online (website says "buy online and skip the ticket lines") and STILL had to wait in line for 10 minutes as they only had one person working the ticket counter. We couldve walked right past the counter into the lobby because there were no employees there except for the painfully slow concession people. And who in their right mind will pay over $15 for old popcorn and a watered down fountain drink? Not me ever again. They should be ashamed of themselves charging that much for that subpar crap. Further, the place was filthy. Everywhere I looked, there was mess: on the floor, on the counters, even on the seats in the theaters! And there wasnt a soul anywhere I looked cleaning anything. Bathrooms were obviously stank as well. When we finally got into the theater, the movie wasnt playing-nothing was playing at all! I had to go tell the woman at the ticket counter there was supposed to be a movie playing. She didnt sound surprised at all, just thanked me and went to rectify the situation. Not trying to be harsh, but in all the time Ive been going to see movies-over 15 years-Ive never sat in a theater 10 minutes after the movie was scheduled to begin and stared at a blank screen. Who does that? AMC at The Parks at Arlington. Lol. Do yourself a favor and go to Cinemark 16 in Grand Prairie. Its only about 10 minutes up I-20 from this train wreck that is bound to be shut down as Im positive its losing money. Plus, its a far better theater experience.

July 30, 2013 - My husband & I went to see the limited engagement of "Springsteen & I" in Theater #3 @ $15 bucks a person. The movie started with sound coming from only one speaker in the theater. The sound stopped and the movie continued to play. I left my seat and told an "usher" about the problem who contacted someone (via his blue tooth device that all the employees walk around with hanging from their ears) to get it fixed. I went back to the theater and the movie started-up again with only one speaker working and then the sound stopped and once again the movie kept playing.....I got up again and found another "usher" who again talked into his ear-dangling device and promised to have the problem resolved. I went back to my seat, the movie started again....no sound and the movie played on.....My husband and I left the theater and demanded to see a manager. The manager did refund our money but didnt give a rats butt that we were unhappy nor did he apologize. Perhaps AMC should invest in quality speakers in the theaters instead of giving their 16 year-old employees blue tooth devices. Wont be going back to that movie theater ever again. My wife and I went to se a movie that had been out for a few weeks. We were pleased to see there were only 5 people in our theater. About 15 minutes into the movie the other people left and we were the only ones there. We enjoyed our private screening until the end of the movie when the screen and sound stopped and went black. We waited for 5 minutes or so and went to customer service. The girl we spoke to said it was only a few minutes from being over and told us how it ended. I was not pleased so she called someone and told us to return to the theater and they would rewind it. We went back to our seats and waited in the dark for another 10 minutes, back to customer service. This time we were told the person they had called to rewind the movie was on break and they would get someone to fix it shortly. Another 10 minutes and we finally got to finish the movie. At no time were we offered an apology and we were told there was no available manager. If I ran any other business this way, I would be out of business. I will not return to this location again, and I will be sure to enlighten others.

Came here to see Spider-Man. The movie was great. The theater was NOT! It was dirty! The trash cans were overflowing. The lines backed up. We arrived an hour early for our show expecting to wait in a line for our theater to open. Instead of having designated waiting lines, the personnel had us wait and congregate in front of our theater. The poor people who came out at the end of their show and before our show came out to a group of people standing in front of the theater. Then the cleaning crew went in. I dont known WHAT they cleaned because the trash cans remained FULL and the chairs remained dirty and trash remained piled up under seats. After our movie we couldnt throw our trash away due to the overflowing bins in our theater. I thought I would dispose of our trash in the lobby. Nope. The lobby was even more dirtier than 2 hours previously and the cans were overflowing. Popcorn was EVERYWHERE on the floor. They need to clean the place up ! Looks like we will be sticking closer to home from now on for our movie experience.

We went to see Logan in the IMAX theatre. The ordering the tickets online and seat selection online was easy and no problem there. However do not ever get the outside seats in row K . In seat K1 the whole bottom quarter of the screen is blocked by the safety rails 1/4 of the screen . I am 5ft 10 so it was not that I was short it is more of a bad layout and no one actually paying attention to detail when they decided to place seats there. We had to wait until the movie started and luckily we were able to move a few rows back. Had we not been able to i more than likely wouldve been pushing for a refund. To spend the extra money for and IMAX experience I expect to be able to see without obstacles, I also expect a seat that is a bit more comfortable. More than likely will not be returning to the AMC Parks at the Mall. Movie was good just wish everything else was. I did take a picture and made sure that it was during the commercials before the film. But I do not have the option to paste it here to show that I am not exaggerating.
