My family has been going to this particular location for a long time now cause its the closest to us, and today had to have been the worst service weve seen so far. And it wasnt even busy!!!!! We were being helped by an older gentleman, didnt catch his name, but he was so listless as to almost be asleep! Couldnt handle us ordering more then one item at a time and went to retrieve each item as we listed them instead of waiting for everything. Had to repeat ourselves loudly three of four times for each item, kept repeating it back wrong (asked for a stuffed jalapeno pretzel and he kept saying cinnamon back, when we asked for one diet drink he got really confused. We didnt even bother using a credit card because we couldnt imagine how much time THAT would take).Everyone in line behind us was getting upset and moving over as the other line emptied, and once we FINALLY got our order finished (in the same time that it took the other cashier to help three small separate groups) and got to our movie, the trailers had already started playing

Beautiful theater, however the concessions stand area is so confusing as to where to go first, and where to go second, and finally where to get things to pay. Finding what you want to eat does not follow what use to in theaters. Its very innovative, but less customer service friendly as I watched several others get lost as well. What is something to make convenient, easy, an use less employees or employed people to save the theater money, has left confusion, and less customer service friendly situation for the patrons. This is a customer served experience from door to theater and with this set up currently, they miss it customer service at the concessions stand areas, which are all over the lobby. Clean, and beautiful though.

My 2yr old daughter and her mother.Were asked to leave because (1)40yr old man.Complained that my daughter was too loud.AT KUNG-FU PANDA 3????A CHILDS MOVIE!!!!Guess what color she is???The next day I went and we saw the movie for free,popcorn voucher?Errr....wasnt free,they paid yesterday.Popcorn voucher gee thanks.During the 2nd time several of the kids were making noise,as expected.No one asked them to leave.Must be nice,what has this world come to?

Black ppl be aware they love your money but hate us this past weekend I was visiting the Phoenix area decided to take family there when older family members complain that they dont have recliner seats they no longer wanted to see the movie I tried to exchange the tickets they had me wait 20 mins while they kindly exchange others in seconds I decided to leave when exiting I was attack by staff and sheriffs you have been warned

I went to this theatre today 9/10/2017, in theatre 9 in the very back row and was bitten by bedbugs. When I called to alert the theatre that I was bitten and Im 6 months pregnant, the "manager" Brian didnt not apologize nor did he seem to care. He simply responded with " well call our bug guy".... DONT SIT DOWN UNTIL YOUVE EXAMINED YOUR SEAT!! Terrible customer service

Bring candy from Walgreens, concession prices are very high. Great ambience. Get refill Harkins 32oz drink cups for $1.50 drinks after initial $6.50 investment for the year. Park in back for more shade and quicker exiting after show. Check online for discounted rate times, and show student/senior ids for discounts.

Hey Jessica, we went to see The Expendables because, it was an excellent movie in 2010. It is starring Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Randy Couture, Steve Austin, Terry Crews, Mickey Rourke, Bruce Willis and Arnold Schwarzenegger. The next thing is we went to Carls Jr. and we went home.

Nice, quiet place to watch a movie. I really like how Harkins has stepped up their game in the last few years with the loyalty cups and what not to make going to the show a little easier on the wallet. Also, their theaters seem to be in a better state of repair than most of the AMCs Ive been to around Phoenix.

This is my preferred theater in the Valley. You can usually get a good seat on premier nights coming an hour to 45 mins. early. Clean theater, good people work here, some of the best prices for the quality. You can pay WAY more or wait in a ton longer lines but this is the best bang for the buck!

Just a solid theater. Never too crowded. Popcorn always fresh and awesome. The place is kept clean. The concession staff are usually very efficient and very friendly. Harkins probably offers some of the best deals anywhere, and hands down has the best movie theater popcorn Ive ever experienced.

Always clean lobby, bathrooms & screening areas--& super friendly staff. Big theatre (16 screens) so lots of movie choices. No child care offered here. Arcade games area provided. Would like to see a few bench seating options installed in main grand lobby, not just outside theatres.

This is my personal local movie theater its only a few blocks from my house very convenient and most of the time when I see a movie its here. Not the best movie theater Ive ever been to, thats why the 4-star rating instead of A5 but once again overall a good place to go see a show.

Excellent service with great seats but the menu is pricey, unless you get the loyalty merchandise. Which are more expensive to buy but for the duration in the year, you can get items for a couple of dollars. Recommend buying the loyalty merchandise at the beginning of the year.

Its nice and not too big. I love that because it isnt stressful like other places that get a ton of foot traffic. Ill try to describe it as a sort of community movie theater. The locals go to it and the people working tickets and concessions dont rush you like in other places.

Great theater experience. They have more food choices than most, including White Castle burgers, corn dog bites, popcorn chicken and french fries. As others have mentioned, some take a little while, but the food tastes fresh and not "reheated". Very clean, very friendly!

Our favorite place to watch movies. Parking is easy, the place is always kept clean, and the staff is always friendly. Like most theaters these days, the prices are getting a little silly on food, but they are pretty relaxed on sneaking in some treats.

Good solid movie theater. Excellent food choices and drinks. Movies at the theater are very good. Floors and seats are clean. Prices are reasonable. I like recliner seats, but they dont have them. Conveniently located close the 51.

Great loyalty programs with affordanle prices. I often go to movies spur-of-the-moment, so pre-assigned seating many theaters now employ, works against me getting a decent seat. This location still offers first arriving selection.

I went to see a movie here but the staff were slow at giving us a reasonable customer service. They were slow at getting to us and had us stand there for about 5 mins as if they did not see us. Anyway, the movie was good
