I love this theater. The seats are comfortable, big and recline nicely. Because of the setup, its impossible to be blocked by someones head in front of you (and for someone whos pretty short, its great). After every showing, its nice to see their workers wipe down the seats and make certain they are clean. I cant tell you how great this is; my niece once picked up head lice from AMC theaters, so since then Ive always been wary of laying my head on any seats without a hood (sad, really). AMC has seats that are made with materials that lice can easily cling to, and that cant be wiped down or cleaned easily. In fact, they dont ever seem to be cleaned at AMC. This theater is usually very clean and their workers are usually fairly pleasant. Their prices are nice during the day, as well. The one bad thing? Because of the new seating, there is less space than before and they now have a setup where you must pick your seat prior to going into the theater. This makes having to worry about someone taking your seat if you get up for the bathroom a thing of the past, but sadly it also can make the waiting time to buy a ticket pretty long if you go there during busier times (it can be hard to even get a seat at all during those times, too). Still, this is a great theater. I havent gone back to AMC in so long and dont ever plan to.

Clean the new sets are the greatest but the assign seatting sucks. I just went with my granddaughter and had to stand in line a long time while people try to decide where they wanted to sit. When it was our turn the girl told me they only had two seats in the first row. Well im handicap and had to walk down the stairs they were few but very had for me. The theater was not full by any means and I could have sat anywhere. Not happy. It cost a lot of money $41 for movie 2 small sodas and a small popcorn. This is one adult and one child. Two much $17 for snacks outrageous.

Hate the theater since they changed the seating. Sure, the seats are comfortable, but they removed so many seats, its exceedingly difficult to get into a movie without planning the week like youre storming the beach at Normandy. Last two times we tried to get in, no adjacent seats were available, but we drove 10 minutes down the road to Nashaminy Mall AMC and got right in. Hate having to reserve seats, or having to cross my fingers and hope two will be available when we get there. This theater may reflect the latest trend, but its a bad one.

Totally annoyed. Purchased tickets online, and then chose option to have them texted to me. Once you open text, you can no longer access tickets if you close that text, which I had to do to open another important text. I called the number on this website, and there is no option to speak with a human. I am driving 2 1/2 hours to see this movie with a friend; purchased 4 tickets in total and now cannot access them. Not happy, not happy at all. They had better have these tickets and seats waiting for me when we arrive.

This is about the new seats. Takes too long at the box office. Especially if the line is long. Everyone trying to pick their seat is a pain . Each theater is smaller to accommodate the reclining seats so they dont hold as many people. Prices will go up, if they havent already, to pay for the new seats, which Im sure were very expensive. My daughter and her family went there the other night, the movie was sold out so they went to Neshaminy.

I walk into the womens bathroom and there water all over the floor. So I have no choice but to go to the bathroom while standing in a puddle of water. When I go to tell the manager she very rudely dismissed me and said that they have leaking toilet and has been cleaning up all day. Im sorry but spend some money and get a plumber out to fix the issue. Disgusting. And you do not rudely dismiss a paying customer.

The theaters are nice, and Rebekah helped me change tickets for a different movie. However the Security yelled at us for sitting still waiting for a movie, also clearly not professional security because the guard was sitting on his phone. Then chubbier Paul Blart came over and yelled at us for my group standing outside the entrance waiting until 8. I have pictures of such actions.

Concession menu boards are blocked by a large pole. Theres a strangely random extra urinal squeezed onto a wall in the mens room. Its nearly impossible to attend a movie with any spontaneity thanks to the reserved seating. It has become necessary to skip it unless youve planned a day or two in advance. Still, its clean and the people are reasonably friendly.

3 of the last movies we wanted to see were sold out or had front row seats available only. This theatre sells out 2 weeks after opening night. While the seats are more comfortable, the prices have shot up as well. We wont even try to go here anymore because we end up leaving to go to neshaminy anyway. Why not expand and add more screens as well?

Came 30 minutes prior to the start of a movie only to be told that they can either seat my wife and I together in the front row (horrible seating) or they could split us up (LOL!). Whos bright idea was assigned seating in a movie theater?! Needless to say we left and will not be back again. Its a wonder this place is still in business.

I love this place, The staff and Management seem to really care and the sound and projection is always top notch. I know how the movie industry works so I understand why the food cost what it does. For those who dont . The theater has to pay the film distributor for the film. Money to pay the staff has to come from somewhere.

When purchaseing our tickets addis made us laugh three or four times before getting our tickets and even after also ! He made us feel like we were long lost friends !! He was very polite, didnt make us feel uncomfortable ,and simply good at his job . Thank you addis for making our experience 1000 times better ..

Awesome movie theater now that the upgraded the seats. I love how you prepick your seating so you do not have to rush to get to the theater early to get a good seat. The seats are amazing, I went with the in laws to see a boring movie, I fell asleep because the seating was awesome (and the movie was awful

It was very clean. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I prefer this any day to the old fabric stationery seats. Now, any seat is a good seat because they fully recline and are spacious and comfy. This theatre can also comfortably accommodate wheel chairs.

Its great to see a movie in the theater, a comfortable seat and choosing one should not be an issue, in fact its better if you plan your visit so you dont have to be there earlier to get seats...I got a family of 7 and thats not easy! Great times great theatre!
