The theatre is ok, comfortable seats and clean. However, what made the experience horrible was the lack of understanding and customer focus. The theatre is located in the mall, where they have Starbucks couple steps away. We reserved our seats from home and arrived early, our child and I got cold and grabbed hot chocolates from Starbucks just to throw it into the trash. The employee pointed to a policy and said we could not enter with our drinks. I get it, this a policy, but sometimes doing whats right can go a long way. We literally had to throw our hot chocolates into the trash right infront of the employee as the movie was about to get started. Well yes, sir, you won, but lost future customers. You couldve said Guys, if you didnt know, come on in but promise to come back or something, but instead you made us feel uncomfortable and our child upset. I didnt even want to check out their food option after that. The explanation that unfortunatley they are located in the mall where there is Starbucks next door doesnt seem reasonable to me. I was not feeling well to complain or ask for a supervisor and respected your policy. I wish you could respect your customers and establish positive relationship with them, since everyone who comes to you are most likely local as we are.

AMC took over an previous chains theater and totally remodeled it with stadium reserved lounge seating. This has made it our theater of choice. Reserved seating is an amazing improvement on the experience, with the caveat that its a terrible experience for the person who doesnt like to plan and just show up at a theater and see a movie -- dont even bother unless you like settling for the worse seats. But for those of us willing to plan ahead, its hard to ever settle for theaters without reserved seats again. And since this is the first theater in the immediate area with them so far, its by default the best theater. My only gripe is AMC keeping messing with their website/mobile app for buying tickets and its a mess. It often doesnt work and the Market Fair management will direct you to buy tickets through Fandango or another site that charges a fee. And the latest version of the app wont let you print your tickets from home. Hopefully they fix that. The only other issue is the occasional confrontation with someone who isnt on board with the reserved seating phenomenon who refuses to relinquish your seats. This has happened to us a few times already, not always at this exact theater.

I was outraged by the staff and service. I am seventeen and tried three different times to get into the theatre to see an R rated movie. I was denied once because ID wasnt on me. The second time I had my online school ID, but apparently it had to be physical ID. Even though my school ID had my date of birth on it. My last attempt of seeing a movie I already had paid for, was when I tried to go in with a couple (I am 17, but no physical identification), but was still unsuccessful. I was outraged that the website had no evidence of showing you had to use a physical ID. Unlike other theaters where Ive been able to show my ID from school on my school profile website highly legit and eligible. Outraged and wasted a lot of my time. The staff was extremely rude and frustrating. Will not being giving my service their again.

Never actually made it into the movie theater. Its a completely different paradigm. Were all used to just showing up at the movies and buying tickets. This is NOT the theater for that. Tickets are assigned seats, but theyre really nice looking seats in a very small theater. This means planning ahead. Think of it like buying concert tickets. You have to know youre going to the movies next week at a specific time and buy those tickets well ahead of time to get a good seat. My guess is that the experience is probably pretty cool if you buy ahead of time, just dont show up 45 minutes before a show and expect to get a seat you like.

Thank you to the tall guy with glasses, I think his name was John. He helped me reserve seats for Doctor Strange two days before it was released. My girlfriend did not like that the floor was a mess with popcorn, but that can not be helped. It is a movie theater after all. I used to work for AMC Hamilton 24 and was let go when I was not even working. We get minimum wage to clean up peoples mess and we have to sell membership cards that no one wants because the tickets are already double the price compared to other cinemas. People are dieing accoss the world. Please clean up after yourselves.

A vast difference from the experience in the old theaters. This seats are huge, reclining red leather with foot rests. There is a good sensation of separation from the other rows by short walls. Theres zero feeling that the back of your head or arm are going to be kicked by a wayward shoe from the row behind and no more butts in your face as people slide by in your row, partly because of the extra space and partly because the rows contain fewer seats.

This is a very nice and new movie theater with very nice and easy way to buy tickets. The chairs are very comfortable too. I would have given this new AMC theater renovation 5 stars but someone failed to do proper research on the choice of screens. The screens are very glossy and look crystallized during bright scenes in movies. It feels like you are looking through glass that has sparkles on it. They should look into changing the screens.

I hate it... Seat are comfortable indeed, but a) there are too few of them, so when our family of 4 tries to make reservation together there is nothing left but front row... b) lying down is nice, but not when the person next to you - without separation - is a perfect stranger; c) the sound for previews and ads is tuned for deaf people: it is so loud its painful. AND: its too expensive.

I was at market fair 10 and we had trouble with the snow in our area. Even though its summer and we had snow in our area they honored our tickets and helped my crippled husband to his seat. The manager particularly helpful was William Barry. He aided us and took very good care of us and got us the hearing assisted head set. 10/10 would sit in snow again. - Bethany . P

This place is even smaller than it was before. There were two people helping when there were 6 different stations to buy tickets. You have to be there an hour early to get at least 2 seats. It took me and a friend so long that we missed the beginning and couldnt even sit together so we had to leave. This place is terrible why did they even change it?

This theatre is all new. I believe this is the way we all really want movie theatres to be. No home theatre can compete with this class of movie theatre. Great amenities clean and friendly little mall. Theatre had a soft opening in Oct. this year. People dont yet know it has reopened. When they do.. there wont be an empty seat on the weekends.
