I will never attend this theater again. Starting with the the theater manager/ticket taker/security guard. The man is a show in himself. Pacing back & forth, harassing theater goers, check if they have tickets, when clearly they have already purchased food. If the theater cant afford to pay a little money to a ticket taker and have another person at least discreetly looking for theater hoppers or whatever he was looking for, then there really is something wrong with the management. After paying good money, I then had to listen and view not less than 20 commercials. If I wanted to see commercials, I would have stayed home and watched t.v. 15 minutes of trailers after the posted start time, is just another annoyance. Went to the restroom, 1 fixture was out of service, the paper towel dispenser was out of paper, and the trash was full. This in the early evening. In additional to all of this, was the base thumping noise that reverberated from the sound of the movie next to the auditorium I was in. Overall, an experience like no other.

Great movie theatre. Started going there because between me and my girlfriend we had a few friends say that AMC at leawood town center started assigning seats. Not to sure if its true but we just avoided the whole idea of AMC. This Dickinson Theatre is way nicer than any ive been in. We will take the twenty minute drive to this one rather than the local Dickinson Theatre. Prices for tickets are way cheaper than any other theatre. Havent bought any food or drinks from here so i dont know those prices. Chairs are comfortable, i love how the arm rest moves, thats something ive always enjoyed at AMC. I would definite recommend this theatre to anyone. Also is a very nice, well maintained inside and out.

We sat through a movie, last week - went to see the new version of "Poltergeist" in a theatre where the other 8 people watching with us talked out loud continuously, one young man in his twenties, continued to expel gas very loudly, repeatedly, and then laugh over and over, again as if he had accomplished something profound, and when I asked, out in the lobby, for some help from an employee, the response was, "What do you want me to do about it?". Terrible - and we got to pay for this as well as the over-priced popcorn and sodas. Dreadful. Never again!!! I wish it were possible to give a zero-star rating,

They have free refills on all the over priced drinks and popcorn, that is the same over priced options all theaters have, but the free refills is nice. Also they have free flavor toppings on the side for popcorn which is pretty awesome and appreciated. Though I wish they would butter the popcorn while scooping so it gets butter on all of it rather than just what is on top. The theaters are a little small at least the one I was in was and it was REALLY CRAZY cold which was really the only reason I marked it down. If the theatre was warmer it would have easily gotten another star.

I havent been to a movie theater in years. Ticket prices were $5-10 cheaper than they are currently at AMC (I know since we went to an AMC first and they were practically sold out to the show we wanted to watch). The workers were very friendly. Didnt try the food or drink. The theaters were clean and we didnt have to deal with a full theater like we would have had to at AMC. I enjoyed the experience greatly. Ill be going back (when I go see another movie rather than waiting for it to come out on places like Netflix).

We enjoy this theater. We typically do not get much at the concession stand, I think their pricing is much better than the AMC 30 food prices and they are better priced on tickets. The side theaters are not as big as AMCs, but this theater is typically not as busy as any of the local AMC theaters. We get right in and the movies start fairly close to the time on the ticket. AMCs movies are usually at least 10 minutes past the time. We like both AMC 30 and Palazzo, Palazzo is our preference for just seeing a movie.

Ive been going to this theater for years and never had any problems. The ticket clerks are very friendly, love the backstage program getting $5 off once you reach your 100 points, which is not hard to do one you purchase your ticket, and buy food at the concession, and love the older gentleman that takes your ticket that sits in the chair. Never had any issues and will continue going back to b&b theater. Not to mention its right around the corner from my house, thats also a plus for me.

This is the best theater in the southern part of the metro. There might be others that are bigger and more upscale, but B&B has always employed people with disabilities and trusted them with more than menial labor. Their prices are respectable and at the end of the day, they have the same movies. Why go elsewhere and spend more money when there is this great family friendly theater that makes you feel welcomed. I skip the closer theaters to me and make every effort to choose B&B first.

Favorite theater in town! Sure, it might not have all the fancy things that the newer theaters have (fork and screen, fancy powered seats), but the price is right, theaters are comfortable and clean, staff are friendly. For the ticket prices and the quality of the theater I can "do without" a fancy seat since the "normal" seats are perfectly comfortable! I also give them credit for a great charity program, they support a great cause here in our community.

Very expensive snacks and drinks. They still have carpeting on the floor in their theaters that looks like it hasnt been cleaned since the 90s. The projector bulb in theater 8 is in sore need of replacement. Very bright in the middle of the screen and very dim on the edges. I only gave this location 2 stars because the sound system was very good. Emersive and loud. Other than that - go to Cinetopia like a mile away. Youll get a much better theater experience.

Have been going to these theaters long before they became B&B. Experience is consistently good. Always clean. They dont have the lounger chairs but the seats are comfortable and I like the overall experience of the theater well enough that I actually choose it over another place I used to go to that does have the loungers. Easy to get to and parking is always readily available. I happen to like the ambience of the interior decor too.

Employees were friendly especially at the ticket booth. However, I walked out feeling a little grimy. The seats we were sitting in were disgusting! They had holes and stains... yuck! Not to mention extremely uncomfortable. This theatre is close to my house so it is super convenient. But Im not sure how often Ill be returning if they dont update it. You would think as much as they charge for concessions they could keep the place up.

Great, I went to go watch Gravity with my friends tonight and there were some technical issues. About 80% through the movie, it just stopped playing. The projector went blank. Management was alerted quickly and the problem was fixed in about 15 minutes, they profusely apologized and were very polite. As we walked out of the theater, they even gave us a Readmittance Ticket for a free movie next time.
