Last time at this theater, the ticket taker asked me to open a small bag I was carrying. In it I had distance glasses, sunglasses, miscellaneous items, and a small bottled water. She said I couldnt bring the water into the theater, Id have to take it back to my car. This, even though she could see I had a severe walking disability. Now, I wouldnt mind purchasing water at the theater if it were competitively priced. But why should I pay almost $5 for a bottle that would cost me $1 at a supermarket. Ive gone to Regal Hadley at least 2-3 times a month for many years. This is something new, the bag checking policy. That bag checking incident happened the last time I went, And that WILL be the last time Ill ever go here. And if I can talk my friends and family into also boycotting the theater, Ill do that too. Whatever gains the theater makes by selling their overpriced stuff will be less, I expect, than the admission prices of the customers they will lose. - Tony Simms, Edison, NJ PS - A friend Ive often gone here with has a hearing disability. More often than not they dont have available a set of hearing-aid headphones for him. When theyve had one, more often than not, I didnt work well or at all. Send a message: DONT GO TO THIS MOVIE HOUSE!!!!

Okay I wouldve given Regal Cinemas five stars because everything was great except someone messed up my food order and my brothers food order! So when we ordered our food it was supposed to be ready maximum 10 minutes! It was two orders of chicken tenders, one spicy and one bar b q. When we saw a worker with chicken tenders we thought it was ours and he saw the number and it was a different number so he assumed it wasnt ours. So we waited for a long time. We were there for 20 minutes waiting for our food! People that came after had there food already! And finally one of us asked another worker if our food was cooking. Next thing we know we see the manager take out the chicken tenders that supposedly wasnt ours and looks at our receipt and says here you go enjoy the show. Okay even the manager wasnt professional. Ive worked many years in retail and we always apologize if we make a mistake. The manager was definitely unprofessional he couldve apologized but didnt! Its definitely really sad we now regret getting something that should take maximum 7 minutes! Next time nachos and cheese for us.

Wow! What a facelift. This place went from crappy seating and sticky floors to state of the art sound and electronic reclining leather chairs. The ability to pick seats on Fandango is awesome, as well as being able to choose seats when purchasing tickets at window too though. The only thing I have to say is, bring a woman with a big bag and pack in the candy and snacks. A large popcorn and two sodas will run you $17.00. Not my idea of fair prices. And 5 bucks for candy that costs 1.79 at Walgreens. No thank you. Other than that the facility is at its best. The movies are epic and so is the experience.

I dont like coming here. The place is always packed and filthy. Seats are not very comfortable. The bathroom is disgusting. I didnt like how the weekends would be awful, because of obnoxious people and teens. Its not pleasant to go to a place where you expect to watch a movie and have loud people talking around you. I wish I could say something nice, but... I am sorry, I prefer the AMC Theatre (Bridgewater) and Hillsborough Cinemas. Thanks but no thanks.

I remember going to this theater as a kid and it was nice, but then it went down hill and I went to other theaters. Im happy to say that it has really brought itself back to life. They have reclining lazy boys in the theaters now and the food is just a bit better. Not as good as the dine in theater nearby, but not as bad as it used to be. Its much cleaner than it used to be and there is no longer an arcade with kids running around.

I went to the movies here and the staff were very professional! I loved everything about this movie theatre. No rowdy people! Very well managed and you can enjoy the movie without problems. Food maybe expensive but worth it. The plush seats are fantastic and they remind you of home... Just chillin out. You must check this theatre out! Youll wanna come back again and again.

I would have loved to have seen a movie here, but the clerk at the ticket booth was rude, had no idea what I was talking about, and simply swatted us away when she couldnt figure it out. We saw the same thing happen to 2 other sets of people. This was at 4 PM on a Saturday with the 2 young clerks.

Long wait in line for popcorn and soda I had 2 people in line ahead of me and took almost 15 minutes for me to order and the girl took 5 minutes to fill my drink. She was busy talking with co workers. To fill order. The theater had more popcorn on the floor than carpet.

All of the theaters are now renovated. You can pick your seats on line. Seating is among the best anywhere, chairs totally Recline at the push of a button. The most comfortable theatre seats anywhere, ample room, great cup holders and total comfort.

I like how this is a smaller and obscure movie theater, that way, you dont have a lot of people. So enjoy quiet movie time. It offers just as much selection of new movies as other bigger chains. It does not have the nice IMAX 3D theater though.

Even though the theatres were small, projection, sound and seats are of Excellent quality. Very quiet and calm atmosphere. Ample parking. Only downside is, you are not allowed to take even a small water bottle unless you bought it from there.

its close to home is the best thing about this theater featuring blurry picture with uncomfortable seats and borderline cleanliness. Even when huge lines for movies only one ticket window open, its always the one with the slow cashier.

Decent theater. Smells infinitely better than those on the big garbage dump that is Staten Island. The Clientele is nice enough. Sound is sometimes not the best. Seeing 3D today... Well see how it goes.

A great movie theater with recline seating and spacious room. The concession stand is very good and the staff is friendly. The theater also has reserved seating before you enter the actual theater room.

After thinking this place would go out of business they surprise me with new seating that is amazing and great sound systems. The updates are fantastic and have made me go back there regularly again.

Love the new settings in theater 2. The reclined chairs OMG!!!!!!!! are sooooo comfortable . just got off work and needed to relax and watch the movie and thats exactly what I got!!!!!!!!!!

The reclining seats are just wonderful. The movie theater is very clean and beautifully kept. Very spacious.You will love it and I will keep coming back! I encourage everyone to go there.
