Apparently most of these reviews arent even for the right location. Example: they dont even serve beer here, so I dont know what that guy is talking about. And Ive been going there for a long time and Ive never seen any employee named Manuel anywhere in the the theater. This is the Cinemark 14, the one by the Cielo Vista Mall, so a lot of reviewers need to check where theyre posting before they review. Ive seen other customers complain because they went to the wrong place but thats their own fault lol. Anyway, I think its a very nice place. Much cleaner than some of the other locations and doesnt get nearly as much traffic as Tinseltown, so its more peaceful. The employees are generally nice and helpful, even offer to help me carry my food to my theater when I order a lot. They may not get all the movies but neither does the theater at Bassett and its not up to either of them what movies they get. Besides, this is a CineArts location, so they get the small, artsy movies that other places dont get. And they get plenty of Bollywood movies if youre into that. So yeah, its a great place and Im not gonna stop going anytime soon.

Horrible customer service! The rude guy named Manuel at the popcorn stand was beyond rude! Because of untrained, unproffesional, rude employees like him, I will NEVER return to this location. I was going to book our next employee party in this theatre but after this service, were using the Premiere Cinema location instead. Employees like that are going to ruin your business. I hope a secret shopper gets treated the same way I was treated so they can take the appropriate actions towards this no-good employee.

This is absolutely the best theater in town! Why? Because its the cleanest, its the friendlines, it doesnt have a bunch of young people lurking around inside or outside and most of all they are the only theater that allows you to bring your popcorn box back for refills ANYTIME. Not like those Popcorn Nazis at the other venues, the Remcon theater is the WORST by far!

Its about the same as most, spots on the floor can be sticky the norm stuff like the other reviews were talking about The popcorn is not as good as other places my be that they dont butter it. But they sell beer so it gets an extra 3rd star. Now I know what they sell so next time Ill bring some along ;)

I love the movies me and my husband go all the time, visiting from alamagordo and this theater has a great atmosphere it is very well l kept and the cashier kiante was helpful and had a great attitude. The other workers all worked together to make my experience a warm one

I went to these movies and encountered the most courteous and concessions host by the name of Javier . He was very professional and friendly. The place was small yet very well kept. Only thing I can say can improve is prices.

Great location and clean theaters. Get there a little early for good seats as shows can get packed for popular movies. The only caveat to this place is the price. It seems as though they are a little bit too expensive.

Its always clean, dont have allot of teens hanging inside and outside the theater. Very friendly staff! Prices are reasonable and love discount Tuesday and early bird special!

They do special showings for Autistic people. They turn down the volume and turn up the lights to reduce sensory overload. I love being able to take my son to the movies.
