Weve stayed here about 3 times now. Its close to Salem, Boston, and enough of what you go there to see that it was perfect for us. The rates are very, very reasonable. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. And over all the place is just "charming" - I never use that word, either. Looking forward to going back when our son gets a little older.

For the price, this hotel is really not worth it. My wife and I were put in a "Garden level" room, which is essentially in the basement and feels like a cheap cruise ship room: tightly packed, uncomfortable, and dated. The staff is quite friendly, however, and the location is beautiful. I just cant justify $250 per night in "the dungeon."

The ceiling was only 7 ft tall in the room and there was barely enough room for our bags. The sheets were extremely cheap and uncomfortable. Not worth 200$ a night. On a side note, alchohol is not allowed in this hotel so dont try to bring in a bottle of wine or some beer.... A big reason why I would never stay there again.

Rooms were large and comfortable, with plenty of bathroom space. Staff were helpful, but lines at the front desk could be quite long (there were three weddings). The attached wedding venue was very nice, with a view of the sea and a cool outdoor fountain area. There is apparently a path to the shore, but we did not look.

The Wylie inn was very convenient for the wedding at Tupper Manor. The rooms were clean and for the most part comfortable. Although, I found them overpriced for what was offered. They were very small and they charged $16 for a buffet breakfast, that weve gotten free at other establishments.

Staff was courteous and accomodating. Rooms were a bit small but clean and contain all the essentials. The mattress was a bit springy, but aside from that the room was very comfortable. The location is the big plus, a 10 minute walk from the beach.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. However, my room felt a little cheap. One of the walls was pretty scuffed up. Parts of the wall were repainted with a similar color but the paint didnt match. Good location the hotel has a private beach.

Front desk staff were very friendly and professional at the same time. Room was nice and included a mini-fridge. TV didnt work very well (signal not found). Price was high but thats probably a function of the location and season.

Very beautiful location with great food and service. Nice little beach access, and a good conference room with comfortable seating. Really enjoyed my day. The rooms were a bit small though well decorated. And everything was clean.

We had a slight mishap with our first room, they were more than happy to move us to another room and a short while later a gentleman showed up to our door with vouchers for a free breakfast. Room was great and so was the service.

I got a fantastic deal on Priceline! The room was super clean and the bed was very comfy. Really high quality TV also. The shower ruled. Customer service was on point. Beautiful surrounding neighborhood really made our morning.

We stayed at Wylie Inn and Conference Center for a leisure overnight stay on Beverly Massachusetts. The room, while small, was clean and had everything we needed. Only problem was the bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

Staff was nice. Front desk attendant was OCD about bringing in alcohol through the front lobby. Showers were small and I got stuck with one that had a handicapped seat in it. Beach access was nice but closed early.

Ive done a couple of offsites here and the facilities, rooms and catering are definitely up to scratch. He location is excellent if a little out of the way. For extra points they have blistering wifi speeds...!

The manor is an amazing venue. Beautiful wedding! The fan in my room at the inn didnt stay on, even on hi setting; couldnt drown out lots of noise in the hallway. Comfy bed.
