I should have written this review a few weeks ago but lets get started. If you try to call, half the time the lines are always busy, it takes way too long to get a hold of some, especially when Ive called them 20+ times! When I did actually arrive there to see the showing, no one is in line at the box office, so like hello cant you guys pick up a damn phone to answer a question, when entering the place, yes it is clean, cute restaurant inside, but lack of people in the lobby, so Im still wondering why no one can answer a phone, and the usher directed me, but he had a serious lack of good attitude that bummed out my mood, the only person I liked there was this concession stand worker named Melissa, she was so sweet but I came to find out shes no longer there and that just literally ruined my experience, the place was barely tolerable ON A GOOD DAY and that was with her being sweet and offering to help carry my snack age, I was only going back because she was there, now that shes not there Im never going back, and no one else should either if they let good employees go like that.

I had a very very bad experience on Feb 11, 2017. We went to watch a movie at 10:40 pm but stopped first at the cafeteria to buy a Starbucks Frappuccino Strawberry Creme, and I am so sure the milk was old and bad, Cuz I got so sick about 3 am in the morning. Was throwing up all nite, bad stomache, and diaper really. Management needs to be checking on milk if its not expired, or its been out just laying outside getting hot. And serve it to customers. Thats not good at all. Especially if you have all those young kids working there and working there not paying attention to the customers at youre establushment.

Horrible experience with employees not helpful treat you like criminals when asking for a refund,wanting your address to issue a refund then when i refuse employee calls a police officer rather than callinh store manager! when in the indoor ticket machine there is no disclosure letting parents know you cannot bring in your children after 6pm if its rated R movie. Manager tried to explain finding himself lost trying to find disclosure inside theater nothing to be found had to walk me outside to show me on the outside kiosk horrible horrible!!!!!

Im at a movie right now..came to watch hit mans body guard at 10:05 AM...they first played kidnapped and that movie was almost half way through and then an other person went to compla in about our movie. Took them forever to get the right one up close to 11. NOW the movie is getting towards the end. Lights turn back on and they have the sound of the previews instead of our movie. Worst experience ever...not coming back..

This is one of our favorite movie theaters with the XD theater. Pizza, burgers, hotdogs, and nachos available. The ice cream is also pretty good. The customer service is good and seems to be pretty clean. There is a nice variety of games in the game room that includes Ms Pac-Man, basketball, and a good air hockey table. This theater is also right by many restaurants and department stores just off I-10

On Thursday afternoon, 8/4/2016, my parents asked if they could take pictures for their 50th anniversary album, being that going to Tinseltown is a favorite past time of theirs, and the manager who was working in the afternoon was very rude to them. Its understandable if no pictures can be taken, but he could have explained to them with more professionalism, not be a jerk about it.

The movie was good and the theater was clean, but I notice the management had some interesting signs posted. No children under 6 are allowed in R rated movies after a certain time (6pm, I think.) Also, they are limiting the pickled jalapeño quantity for each snack purchased to a certain amount. I guess someone went and ruined it for everyone else.

Ive been waiting in theatre for 40 mins to watch transformers, unfortunately all I keep seeing are movie trailers and advertisements!! Management needs to get a clue, paying customers are here to see a movie. Not bore us and wish we would have waited for movie to come out on red box

Horrible lady with attitude at ticket stand. I dont feel entitled to cheaper tickets but was hoping for it as we are a military family but got charged full price and also for my son that was sleeping. Hes not even of age to be charged. Never coming here again!!

This movie theater is very nice. Good place to go with the family. They have booster seats for kids which really helps. The seats are very comfortable and their is plenty of space for your feet. The prices are pretty high but thats most places now a days.

I like the new XD seats and surround sound. The combos at the concession stand make it fast and easy to get what you need to enjoy the show. Competitive prices and friendly staff, I noticed there is even a Police officer on site, very safe and secure.

Good movies but EVERYTHING IS OVERPRICED!!! we asked for more jalapeños for the popcorn and they said it cost $00.27 for a little cup of jalapeños. If you go to other theatres, you will find the jalapeños free and you can get as much as you want.

They are rationing the jalapeños here like they are endangered and about to go extinct. Make sure to ask for jalapeños when you order your popcorn because if you go back and ask for them will ask if you got them the first time.

It have been a great experience except for the popcorn they gave me all the end. It sucked.. not happy but I love the xd movie section. And the staff really does try to make you feel comfortable I keek coming back...

Seats are awesome! Staff are friendly. Nice environment! Cant get any better! Best one yet! Tad note: they should adjust the air conditioner in there! Usually its way too cold! Bt today it was hot!

Pretty decent theater. Im from Los Angeles but this theater is pretty cool considering it has a small restaurant on the side and aint too expensive. Tickets sometimes do get expensive.

Watched paranormal activity 3 the day it came out and while waiting they gave me a poster and the DVD of paranormal activity 2 for being the first ones.

The movie showing was nice but the concession stand was over priced. The food was not worth the cost. A plain hotdog was over 4.00. Thats ridiculous.
