one of the worst , first time we went there and we were ignored for 10 minutes until we got our drink , cheap tasting wine , high priced , so we said this is our last time , but then we had guest coming from out of town and we decided to give it another try because we live in Carlsbad and we buy in Carlsbad , we went there hoping to give our guest a great experience, until a short long hair blond wearing cheap uggs waitress came up asking us what we wanted to drink , and this is what she started it with , no hello ... " What do you want to drink" , she was definitely high on something because she kept forgetting who is getting what , and suddenly became extremely rude to my wife to the point I was going to make a scene and kick her sorry behind back to la la land where she came from, the wine was horrible , if youre good at wine tasting , then run away from this place , not only their wine is priced high, their service suck and I challenge their manager, owner and whoever the hell is hiring these people to wear a wig and disguise and go there ask for some decent service , this place should not be in the friendly city of Carlsbad , you pretty much suck, and your dumb blonde waitress have no clue of a good service but to insult my wife and my guest , and we were 8 people , your loss, not ours, now get out of Carlsbad.

Experience was so disappointing... spend your time and money at one of the other fine Carlsbad establishments that offer exceptional service... not this place! Service is horrible ... the staff seems to be into themselves and not the guests ...and are rude and seem put out to simply serve wine. Overpriced and disappointing. Go to Campfire next door for a better experience.

The best tasting room in Carlsbad/Oceanside. 6 tastes for $15. The music is great. Our hostess/server was ON. Taking care of a full crowd, solo. She was very knowledgeable and we never felt neglected. Their Tattoo Red 2015 is to die for. At $50 a bottle, i feel its a steal and ive been tasting wines at 20+ wineries from Oakland to San Diego. This...is the best.

Definitely one of my favorite urban wineries, but service will depend on who is working. After spending time with the original Carruth, this one has some catching up to do as far as customer relations go, but being so much closer to home, its just easier! Ive had amazing service and Ive had okay service. Love the location and atmosphere though!

Fantastic open seating. Wines were amazing. Service impeccable, Gary was hands down one of the best bartenders (sommelier, knew a lot about wine) we have had the pleasure to have wait on us. Might be back tomorrow.
