My wife told me to go elsewhere because this theater was not very nice, but after checking online reviews I figured I would chance it. I guess the theater was kinda old but it has been renovated and is a lot nicer than she remembered. I loved everything about this place. Conveniently park in a garage and have your parking ticket validated. Then pick your seat at the kiosk so you dont have to worry about saving seats. The crowd was split- either teenagers or 50+ but I didnt hear any talking or noise during the movie except for the old lady in front of me unwrapping hard candy verrry slowwwwly. The seats are the best part- they are new leather electric recliners. Literally the best seat I have had in a movie theater. They have those coca cola self service fountain drink machines that have 50+ choices. And as a bonus the ticket taker makes interesting sounds (think police academy sound FX guy)

Years ago, this theater was awful. Tiny screens, uncomfortable chairs, stale popcorn, and a godawful staff except for the ticket taker guy. A few years ago they renovated with huge seats, slightly bigger screens and 4 of those behemoth coke machines. But, the staff still sucks, popcorns still stale, and they fired the only person who actually cared about making the movie experience pleasant. If you catch a late showing, like I usually do, your parkings not going to get validated because the staff literally disappears. Theres probably someone at AMC wondering why this theater is always on the verge of bankruptcy and just cant figure it out. Basically, cross your fingers and pray an Alamo Drafthouse gets built somewhere in northern NJ.

Seats are thinly padded, hard, and contoured in a completely uncomfortable way. Left friends leg numb by end of movie. Ticket machines would not accept Optimum Rewards card, and also tried to charge us full (evening) price for Sunday afternoon matinee movie. The movie screen was riddled with scratches, so we saw the same scratches in the same spot every time a bright scene was shown. Also, volume was way too loud. On the upside, staff was friendly, accepted the Optimum Rewards card in person, and there is free parking if you get your parking ticket validated after you buy your tickets. Would not go again - would go to AMC Rockaway before this.

Ever since the remodeling, the theater itself has become top notch with comfortable power recliners and easy to buy tickets either in person or online. The problem is that you need to buy your tickets a week ahead of time for a ticket otherwise youll likely not find openings in most recent openings. The new management is the definition of corporate and fired the local star of the theater, so most customer service is minimal at best, as the teens that make up the vast majority of the work force lack high quality customer service. So, the actual theater is a 4/5 but Id say the staff is about 2.5/5.

The staff is so friendly! There used to be a guy, (I dont know if hes still there) who pretended to do something fun to the tickets that kids love! The place is very clean, the theaters are a nice size, prices arent to bad. The best part is the awesome seats that are electronic and you can adjust them as you wish. They have good snacks and lots of movies and times to pick from. The big theaters even have balconys which can make the movie even more enjoyable. Overall, great theater, (my personal favorite) and I highly recommend it!

Morning and most of the afternoon: Makes no sense that only one concession is open most of the time. The lines gets long with few attendants so get there early to get food before the movie. Nothing like having your movie downstairs and having to leave the movie to walk all the way up to the third floor to get snacks. I guess not making enough off the extra 3D fees to pay staff. Otherwise staff is friendly, they validate parking and clean.

The theatre, parking garage, and recliner seating are all great, no complaints there. However, the security guard that works in the inside is very rude. A Caucasian older gentlemen. Seems to take his job a bit too serious. He made my husband and I feel very uncomfortable. Not sure if hes a retired officer or military gentlemen that has a chip on his shoulder. Its the cinema buddy not war, God bless.

This is THE BEST movie theater in Northern NJ! Its kept clean, great parking, in the center of Morristown with great restaurants, or a lovely walk in the nearby park. What I love the most is sthe lounge chair seating! Honestly, I try not to go to any other movie theater. The cost is no more than any others, but you get more from this movie theater experience than any other theater.

This movie theater had the rudest and least hospitable employees I have ever seen. The security guard that worked behind the counter was so unbelievably unfriendly and unhelpful. He picked fights with many guests it made the experience unenjoyable. I recommend that you spend your money somewhere else until they change the personnel and start caring about the customers.

This is my favorite of all the AMC Theaters in the area for one reason: the seats. Every chair is a recliner. They may not have the full menu like Bridgewater does, but it is a way more comfortable place to watch a movie. Parking is a little annoying, but they validate when you park in the garage right next door. Just be sure to ask when you are entering the theatre.

I go there because is convinient, but I dont like that sometimes your movie is upstairs and the food is only available downstairs or vice versa. There is one theatre with a mezzanine that has a glass protection but you watch the movie with a horizontal line right in the middle. Now they are improving their food offer with caramel popcorn and other stuff.

Great theater! Parking is an underground deck, which you get validated. Theater is super comfy with reserved reclining seats. My only complaint is everytime I go, the theater Im going into is on the opposite floor of the open snack bar. I wish they could put all the movies on the same floor as the snack bar in the morning! Otherwise, its excellent!

I will only ever go to this theater. It is comfortable, affordable, and incredibley pleasant. The food was great, the parking was free, the movie was fun, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The only issue was that the one soda machine was out of all the drinks so I had to wait while the employee fixed it, but that was not a big issue at all.

MAKE SURE TO BRING ID IF YOU LOOK YOUNG BECAUSE THEY WILL ID YOU AND WONT LET YOU IN EVEN IF YOU BOUGHT THE TICKETS ONLINE AND WERE WITH SOMEONE ELSE WHO HAD AN ID OF AGE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE PUBLICIZES THAT THEY NEED TO SEE IDS OR NO ADDIMISSION. RUINED MY NIGHT. NOT GOING BACK AGAIN TICKET SELLER AND MANAGER WERE RUDE.

I went with my Dad and Uncle on 4-17-16 to see the Jungle book 3D, we loved the recliners, the movie, concessions and restrooms! I only have two concerns with this theater. 1. Not a AMC Dine In Theater. Two they fired Eric “Fluffy” Glover a great guy who I got to meet on this visit to this theater. Come on AMC Theaters !
