Called them after leaving to see if power was back on because the power went off during movie. Power came back on and the manager still telling people power is off and cant play movies. She hung up on me and I wasnt even mad. I called back just to ask her name and they refused to tell me her name. They were awful and not nice to the tons of people they kicked out during bad weather. Couldnt sell popcorn b/c of power BUT still wouldnt even give just little for the kids. My kids were very disappointed. I called back because I believe in giving businesses 2 or 3rd chances to make a "bad situation" better....But when she hung up on me....that tells me all I need to know about why the customer service there is awful! No sensitivity to anyone other than herself.

I love this theatre. Its close to me and the prices are "ok" but never a lot of loud mouth teenagers talking through the whole movie being ignorant like at the ocean walk theatres. However, the prices for food and drinks is RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE and just because my family and I didnt buy any expensive food/drinks from the theatre I so rudely had an employee say he had to check my purse! And obviously didnt find anything but it was so embarrassing and so rude to have to look into my purse with a flashlight in front of everyone just because I carry a big purse and didnt want to spend a fortune on snacks and drinks!!!! Who dies that??? I would of given 5 stars if not for that and not for the outrageous prices of snacks and drinks!

Bought tickets online, intending on arriving a tad (15 minutes) late. Staff had locked the doors, and wouldnt open the door so I could tell them I I had already purchased tickets. They watched me attempt to open six (all) doors without doing anything. Online merchant FANDANGO refuses to refund the tickets to the show which I was refused admission to by the theater. Theater refuses to refund because they didnt sell me ticket. Long story short I dont get anything for my money. Not a happy camper (cant say customer because I didnt buy anything).

The prices are higher than other local cinemas, and the equipment and seats are not even close to the current cinema standard. There are no recliners, the seats are old and uncomfortable and it feels like you are transported to the 90s when you walk in the doors. The concession stand is great and they do serve alcohol and the location is great for Ormond Beach Locals that dont want to go down to Daytona Beach. If you cant find a movie in Daytona Beach, or you dont want to deal with traffic during bike week or spring break, then go here.

For nearly the price of a premium theater, this one has major problems. Uncomfortable seats with arm rests that dont flip up. Not every screen has stadium seating. And today there was a problem with the projector: there was a circular area where the colors were all off. It was like a blue overlay over 2/3 of the screen. Terrible. Most of this would be forgivable at a discount theater, but not here. Not at $9.50 per person. Go somewhere else.

I have been frequenting Regal Cinemas for years, but this cinema is outdated and needs upgraded seating options. I like this location, but there are very few staff to handle the lines and the seats are uncomfortable so it is making me venture to the newer theatres with nicer seating for the same price. If this Regal updated their seating or lowered their price, this would be my first choice.

This theater is outdated and most of the theaters have a bad odor in them. The seats and floors are dirty. The seats are the "old fashion" kind - not very comfortable. I think it is time that the Regal owners to put a little of their profit dollars back into the updating this theater. If they dont, than all I can hope for is that another theater company decides to build here.

Some of management are unhelpful and very rude. There are two employees that are very helpful every time I go there. I believe their names are Francis and Jasmine. Those two are the nicest and most helpful employees Ive ever met. The smell in the theaters needs to be dealt with. It is starting to get pretty bad. Other than that it is a decent and convenient theater.

Staff is great. Again, corporate office is a sh*thead sh*thole for how their policy affects local experience. I recommend Cinematique for best local movie selection. PS-The uni-students at the beginning of every film seems a non-sequitur but ive been out of the country for years and maybe everyone else gets it.

Was directed by two different employees to the wrong theater for the wrong movie. By the time the movie actually started the one I paid to see had already been playing for 30 minutes (they show a lot of trailers for upcoming movies here). The unsweetened tea was terrible as well. Probably will not be returning.

Just came to watch a movie at 8:15 pm for our anniversary and we are about 10 minutes late (because we like to miss the previews) AND the doors were locked and the lady told us no, that we couldnt come into the movie after its started. What? Sure, well take our business elsewhere. Super disappointed.

Numerous reviews warn you that renovations are in order. This is true, but the overall quality of the theater isnt as affected by these negative remarks as they claim. Tickets took a while to get due to there only being two ticket sellers and condiments were expensive. Still an okay theater.

Even when there was a power outage, the staff handled things politely & was very apologetic. Concession lines move quickly. Popcorn is always fresh! They also do security checks during the movie which is sad but necessary these days. Great little theatre near my home & I enjoy going there.

I remember when this theater 1st opened in the mid 90s, it was great back then, but now its become run down....sound fades from time to time, theaters are stale smelling, one even smells like urine.... seats could be more comfortable. this theater is in serious need of improvements

First the ticket seller expressed her political views. Then the pop corn purchased had someones hair in it. The food and beverages were way over priced, as well as the $22.00 to see the movie for 1 adult and 2 children.

The 3D movie that I seen was great Cinema and sound. butt the small popcorn cost more than a large drink! I understand they make their money on the concession stand but $6.++ for a small popcorn is a bit ridiculous.

Has not kept up with the general improvement trend in movie theaters. Movie presentation was fine and the food options are good but the floors are sticky and gross. Made me want a shower when I got home.

Friendly staff, perfect date night location especially on Tuesdays! Needs renovation and updated seats compared to other theaters. Doesnt have the big lounge like seats. But still my go to theater in town.

Smaller than the one in Port Orange but people are very friendly, not too busy, I almost never wait in line. I like the atmosphere of a quite "old" and friendly theater compared to the big brand new ones

Theaters smell musty. Not impressed. They should remodel. We dont go to that theater. Even sitting for 2 hours getting tires done at discount tire, we did not want to go there just to kill time.
