As a local its a great place... Good shows, some theaters have that funky "moving seat-enhanced electonics experience"(Not a real quote but you get it)... 3D is decent to real good. Police protected by armed JPD on overtime detail- good cops.. (Geez, remember when we would have thought this wa a crazy thing????) Food is there- pricey as expected but better than 7-11 for Salmonella dates. Super-easy to sneak food into. They dont even care- They know you got screwed buying the ticket.. No bigee.. Plenty of us adults on meds- We knod politely while you take out your evil children and likely cheating spouse. Its clean- you can get in heavily medicated, stoned and even drunk if thats your game- Stress is unjudged... Dont drive around the theater wrecked though: Dick-moove and JPD will bust you for sure and you deserve it.... Its a good time for the dough you gotta drop to get out of the house... Peace.

so my wife took her lil sister to see the purge but they would not let her in even if my wife is of age they wanted some paper showing she was her guardian so you want me to show personal info about our family smh and they want her legal parents to be with her haha im sorry i dont think her mother would like to see this movies plus she lives in another country and her father passed away we and other family members are taking care of her and you wont let her see a movie what type of bullshit policy is this good job protecting kids but its a little to late they invented something called the internet you should seee what on the web if you never heard of it before.....(sigh) never in the 25 years i have been alive have i heard such a stupid statement.....will never do business with this theater again will also tell other about there unprofessional take to this type of situation............

This theater is amazing! I never liked popcorn till I started coming here! My friends are guilty for just coming in for buying popcorn. The staff is friendly and the management is always going above and beyond! All of their management team should be very proud of the hard work that they put in I have seen times where they have been yelled at and dealt with tuff customers. But they were able to keep it together and do it with a smile and still help customers which I find is amazing so please think twice when you try to attack the management team here they work super hard. I also heard their remodeling new recliner seats by next year Ill be watching more movies! Ps they have some of the best bathrooms for a theater which I think can easily be overlooked by allot of places.

Best prices in the area, not only for tickets but ALSO concessions. Anyone who tells you that the food is overpriced has clearly not been to a movie theater in years - it is expensive, but thats normal for any entertainment venue. Theater is always clean. Bathrooms are always spotless. The staff are some of the best and if there is an issue or question they cant solve they are always quick to offer to find out or call for a manager. They always have smiles on and are happy to help. PS: Tuesday is discount day ($5.75 a ticket, all day). They offer $3.75 refillable vessels that are good for the entire year, but they are only available for a short time around the holidays. You can also sign up to get free concessions emailed to you.

I accidentally lost my wallet in the theater and I left my information for the managers just in case they found it later in the day (when I had called they said they didnt have it). Within a couple hours, Ashley reached out to me to tell me she had a wallet that matched my description. To whomever found my expensive wallet that held loads of personal information... THANK YOU! Also, thank you to Ashley and the gentleman who originally took down my information when I called. They are both exemplary employees who go above and beyond with their jobs! I am so grateful! Thank you.

I love this theater, dont get me wrong. But Ive knocked off two stars for some pretty valid reasons. 1. The prices for both tickets and Popcorn/drinks is waaay out of hand. If you want a Medium drink and Medium popcorn, youre out over 15 bucks. 2. The Hallway always smells like ass or an armpit. Why? Why? Why? 3. God awful long walk back to the concession stand from some theaters. There is no halfway concession stand that would be very welcomed! 4. NO refills on your large drink / popcorn like most other theaters do for larges.

I paided for a large popcorn and then ate it with my friends a few feet outside the theater. A girl maneger then deliberately eavesdropped on our friendly conversation. Then she rudely asked us for the receipt for the popcorn when she was the one who i purchased the popcorn from. We gave her the receipt but we found this completely rude of her to ask when I purchased the popcorn from her.

The theater is pretty clean and the staff are friendly. If you dont like standing in lines to buy tickets and cant buy online, they have little kiosks on either side of the entrance where you can buy tickets using your debit/credit card. Their concessions are priced about the same as most places. The bathrooms are pretty big and usually really clean (unlike some other places in the mall).

The workers there were terribly rude to me and my 3 friends. We had popcorn (that we paid for and that she rang up for us) and the lady rudely and disrspectfully asked us for the receipt. She then was starting to follow us around and listen to everything we were saying. I wouldnt recommend going there because u will be accused of theft and rudely talkin to.

Nice theater but no free refills on the large soda! You would think for a drink that costs the customer $5.25 and them 20 cents they would want to be good to those who come here. I would rather go to an older theater where the ticket costs less and there are free refills on every size soda and popcorn than somewhere so stingy!:(

Good food! Great movies! Im hooked! Never seen so many movies in one theater in my life... I dont even mind watching any by myself... The food can get a little expensive and the price for 3d movies never seems to be any fairer but i have to give it to cinemark theater. BEST SEAT IN TOWN!!!

This is the first "normal" theatre I have been to in a long while since we had made ourselves regulars at Muvico and iPic, but we still had a great time! The theatre was really clean and the food was much more fresh than what you normally get at most theatres.

I had the worst experience at this theater! The managers and staffs are very unorganized especially during weekends and popular movies. They dont know how to manage a crowed and the staff dont know what they are doing most of the time!

Now one of the only movie theaters in Joliet, this place is a decently kept theater. The staff treat you with respect, and the seats are comfy. Sure, everythings a little pricy - but everything has a sense of quality to it.
