Even though because I live in Hammonton, the mays landing regal is closest to me however I will NEVER go there because every time I go they NEVER get my reward info correct and they charged me twice for concession and one time the movie I saw I NEVER got credit on my regal rewards card. I would rather take 2 buses and a train to the Moorestown nj because they NEVER double charge and make sure my reward card is credited. Plus when regal started with new updated regal rewards card. I wasnt sure how it worked so I called the mays landing one and the girl "I dont know" didnt offer to call me back so when I called the moorsetown regal I left a message and the manager for the moorsetown regal called me back RIGHT away and was SO helpful and nice didnt make me feel like an idiot when I spoke with the girl from mays landing I will NEVER go to the one in mays landing

This theater is the one I frequent most due to the fact that its the closest to my house. Ive never really had a problem with this theater other than once years ago for the midnight showing of The Dark Knight. The room we were in had issues and they couldnt get the movie to play until 2AM. Before then, around 12:30AM, management offered everyone a full refund for those that wanted to leave. We ended up finishing sometime around 4:30AM and were understandably upset. Management offered everyone affected by the issues two free movie passes that never expired. While not a perfect solution to appease guests, technical issues do happen from time to time. Other than that blip, every time Ive visited this theater has been routine. Order tickets online, pick up tickets at the register, watch movie, leave.

I took my mother here and she us hearing impaired since shes needs closed caption and they gave her these bifocal glasses to wear so the words read in the lense which was awful first of all it was very degrading and my mother could even use them they were uncomfortable the words are right in your eye and she felt like an alien wearing them. She was humiliated, I mean thats what you have to offer deaf people, needless to say she couldnt wear them and could not enjoy the movie, I have to drive an hour and go somewhere else for her to enjoy a movie but its worth it despite the humiliation and worthless glasses

Me and my 2 boys 17 &18 went to this movie theater to see "The Conjuring" I see now why people wait until movies come out on DVD. There was a group of stone kids behind us laughing, playing around, and talking loudly through out the entire move. They werent the only group either, kids were everywhere with their phones recording the movie, texting, talking, and horse playing. On top of that, Riddick was playing next door and it was so loud that we could barely hear the movie I paid to see. I am so disappointed and the kids wanted to leave. Im never coming back.

Its a nice movie theater decent selection of food, fairly clean but offers no amenities. NO assigned seating, NO reclining seats, the seats are fairly uncomfortable, which makes it hard to watch longer movies. It offers more movies and larger number of seating for each movie which it also offers stadium seating allowing you to sit above the person in front of you as opposed to sitting behind them. Given the chance I would choose another theater that offers a little bit more because ticket prices are the same there as they are at other theaters that offer more

Worst time ever. Tried to see the purge election year instead there was extreme overcrowding halfway thru the previews the movie is shut off. A police officer and a regal cinema employee come in and start to check tickets. Over twenty minutes later the previews continue with no sound and the first five to ten minutes of the movie play with no sound most of the people who were kicked out came right back in. Complete waste of my time. REGAL CINEMAS NEEDS TO SECURE THEIR THEATER ROOMS AND CHECK TICKETS AT THE DOOR SO THIS DOESNT HAPPEN RIDICULOUS

This past weekend I visited from out of town w/friends to see 11:00 pm showing of Dead Pool. I was underwhelmed with the leadership team. However, Christian in concession/guest services was brilliant, charismatic and engaging. When our food wasnt ready-he offered to personally bring it to our theater seats! Of all the venues we went to this weekend, the experience w/Christian resonates the most. Thanks Christian!!! #thetei Tei

i went to see a movie the other night and accidentally dropped my wallet in the theater on the eve of christmas eve, i never thought i would see it again but the honest and amazing ushers at the theater found it and returned it with everything inside to the manager who then contacted me and got my all my holiday shopping money back! i will never go see a movie at another theater in my town. i know i can trust the staff here!

Usually enjoy going here due to most modern style theater in the OC area but my last few visits have been a headache. While the establishment itself is fine hearing the cursing and constant N word dropping coming in and out of theater by the teens choosing it to be there hangout spot ruined the movie mood. Also had my movie experience interrupted by someone turning the house lights on before the movie ended.

Great Seats. Great entertainment. Great ads. Not so great pricing. Regals is a place thats a little pricy for tickets.they check your bags too if you have snacks so be careful. Everything is great besides the pricing of the foods and tickets. The entertainment and seats makes it up mostly. Its pretty clean and the environment is peaceful. Extremely welcoming.

Re-edit : Ive been going to this movie theater for years its a nice place they keep it clean and staff is very friendly and nice my only problem here is the clientele Im a teenager and I love going to movies here on my Friday nights but recently Ive had a horrible experience... theater is good if you get to see a movie in one of the 2 big rooms. can never get an answer on the phone. any time i see a movie within the first 2 weeks of opening, theater is full of high school kids just talking and playing on their phones. they also upped the photo both price from 3 to 5 dollars without even updating the machine.

Didnt even get to watch the movie because of the interruptance of the audience. 3/4th of the people in the theatre didnt pay for their ticket, which made people who did pay for their ticket get a refund because they couldnt find seats. This theatre was embarrassing plain and simple. Do not go here you will regret it, trust me.
