I have been to a few movies here. But I dont buy concessions so I cant speak about that. I was having a problem with my rewards account. I dont know if the lady I talked with was a manager or some other position. She was happy to answer what questions she could but said that for better information I should call customer service.

Ive been going here for years now! For a Mall theater to be able to keep up with its counterpart just up Meridian is impressive. Good staff, same buttery gross and delicious popcorn, same woefully outdated arcade machines in the lobby. All with a foodcourt right out the front door!

This place is dirty! The bathrooms smells like someone smoked and even when I asked for the manager nothing was done. I rather pay the same amount and go further to a better theater! Also why are the side lights kept on during the movie????

Great way to ruin a night out. Screen has a giant split creating a black line through the center in auditorium 4. Sound was low and seats were very uncomfortable. Concessions werent much better with syrupy soda and very burnt popcorn.
