When I first moved into the area, I never even considered going to Marcus. I always went to Rave(Now Cinemark) Theaters. However, once Marcus upgraded their entire facility there is no other movie theater I would rather go to. I recently moved and even though AMC Easton is closer to me I will still go to Marcus Crosswoods Cinema. Reserved seating is GREAT! Hard to go to any other theater without these seats. They are comfy and almost makes any seat, even front ones, a comfortable experience because you can adjust the level of incline. The price of admission isnt too bad considering you get great seats, reserved seating, and I believe Marcus has better audio quality compared to AMC Easton and Rave/Cinemark. Even a regular screening (Not Ultrascreen) Provides excellent audio and picture quality. Ive never been disappointed. My only complaints are the prices of concessions. They are a bit too steep, but most movie theaters have high prices. The good thing is there is a Chipotle next door as well as some bars for you to get your fill in before OR after the movies. Overall, Marcus Crosswoods Cinema provides a great movie theater experience. The atmosphere is great, another reason I stopped going to Rave is since it is closer to the mall you will often get a crowd of younger high schoolers and sometimes they can be disruptive and annoying.

Since the Movie Tavern shut down, we decided to go to this theater. First the bad. The food prices are ridiculous!! We were hungry so we bought anyway. Hot dog for $4.95 was a waste!!! My son got the pretzel logs, he took one bite and said he didnt like them, plus they looked a little burnt. I ordered the boneless wings and boy what a appointment!! They cost $9.00 for about 6 and they looked like something from a dollar menu at McDonalds. I took them back for a refund, I didnt even want to taste them, they looked disgusting. I truly feel as though they are taking advantage of their patrons by serving such poor quality food for such a high price. So 2 hot dogs, 1 Icee, I pretzel logs, and 1 order of wings came to $39.00. Never will I buy food there again. There are several places outside the theater that you can dine at before seeing the movie. Now the good parts. I loved the reclining seats and the fact that we can pick our seats when we buy our tickets. That saves from hunting down seats when its crowded. I didnt go to the bar, but it looked nice. The ticket guy was very nice and had a great personality. We may go visit this theater again, but I will be sure to eat before I go. Hope this was helpful.

Note: The theater is great, no issues there, this review is for the Zaffiros Express inside. Its too bad you cant leave less than 1 star. 4th of July holiday weekend and its raining so you KNOW places like a movie theater are going to be busy. So you know you need to staff accordingly. We bought tickets online so got right in and got there a good 15+ min prior to movie start and ordered 3 food items from Zaffiros Express. Should be enough tine right? There was two people working the food prep and as soon as they started getting orders one of them ducked to the back saying they needed to do dishes leaving just the one person to prep food. 5 minutes goes by, then 10, then 20. At 5:30 (about 25 min in to the ordeal) the other employee emerged and promptly left (evidently the end of her shift), and nobody else came on shift so still was just the one guy. It took 35+ minutes, missed the movie because of it, and when we finally got the food, one item was cold, one was overcooked to the point of being inedible, and one was ok. Never again.

This is a great movie theatre with a friendly atmosphere. Whether your going on a movie date, with some friends, or with your family, youll find something here for you to watch and enjoy. All of their seats are new comfortable reclining chairs and 100% reserved seating. This is one of the only downsides as it is sometimes annoying to buy the tickets online for new movies that sell out quickly since there is a $1.50 convenience fee. You can choose where you want to sit ahead of time online or in person which is a big benefit for large groups of people. My advice though, is to reserve seats online well ahead of time for popular new movies that get sold out quickly! Marcus Crosswoods Cinema also has $5 Tuesdays where tickets are $5 for any movie and they offer special discounts on popcorn! Great place to watch a film and would definitely recommend trying out their comfortable, spacious reclining chairs!

Reserved seating allows you to not only pick where you want to sit before going into the theater, but also shows how packed a specific showing is at the time of reservation. The recliners are comfortable, and allow you to lift the center arm rest to make the seating into a love seat. The concession prices are steep, but the pretzel bites are decent and the Zafrinos food is a nice touch. Being able to have a pizza or deluxe nachos while watching a movie is great! They will give you a little pager that lights up when your food is ready so you can watch the movie until it is done instead of waiting in the lobby. An on site staffed cocktail bar is a comfy place to wait for a showing or to hang out after tour movie. A one-stop location for an easy date night.

I have been going there since it opened and I love it. The people are very nice, it is a very attractive theater, good food to snack on, it is CLEAN and there arent lots of unsupervised kids running amok, but the best is the seating. You never have a bad seat. One night, after about five minutes into a show, my friend and I were completely upset with the movie, we just DID NOT like what we were seeing. We went to the manager and he was very gracious about it and gave us our money back. I appreciated his attitude. There are lots of theaters to go to in Columbus, but we will always go to the Worthington Marcus. It is far and away the best in the northwest part of Columbus, maybe all of Columbus! My boyfriend and I happened upon this theater about 6 months ago and we have lived in Ohio for years. We were looking for another movie theater as the AMC at Easton had frankly grown kind of stale and no longer served my boyfriends favorite pretzels. The Marcus Crosswoods Cinema offers a great movie experience with a variety of nice snacks and very comfortable reclining chairs. I personally love that the arm rest in the center/in between the chairs is moveable and allows for closer sitting to the person next to you. Chair assignments also make it much easier to find seats and ensure that if your traveling in a group, everyone can sit together. This has become our go to theater and I would recommend it to anyone.

Yes, the seats are amazing. Yes, reserved seating so you dont have to wasted 15 minutes just to get a good seat is super convenient. The real reason why this place is the best is their employees. I was having troubles with the app and online ordering due to temporary server issues, so I went to the theater to reserve several seats for a movie. Long story short, the ticket sellers are top notch (Lauren), and management is also really good (young female manager). I already exclusively used this theater before wonderful customer care, but after all of the effort that the Marcus crew went through to accommodate me, it will feel like a letdown going anywhere else but here. THE only place to see a movie at.
