Ive tried really hard to like this theater, but their attempt at making things "better" only added annoyances. The big RPX theater is all reserved seating so they make you choose your seats when getting your tickets. The waiting times in the snack line(s) are long. Yesterday they had one line with about 20 people waiting. The kiosks in the lobby let you get your tickets quickly if youre using a card and you can avoid the box office line. But, the movies disappear at the listed start time so if youre running late youre screwed. Purchasing tickets online is good but they charge you a $4 "convenience fee" for doing so. They use a cell phone app to scan your online purchased/printed tickets and half the time they cant find the phone so youre standing there waiting anyway. Sorry, but the old theaters were better when you could simply stop by and catch a movie without screwing around with reserved seating and cell phone apps. Fail.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a movie theater. I have been to theaters all over the United States and this one was the worst design of any one of them. The whole front section sits below the bottom of the screen and unless you have a flip top head dont even bother sitting in that section. If you happen to have the misfortune of sitting in one of the aisle seats you will have the pleasure of having a blurry screen too!! I WILL not be going back to this theater ever and will gladly wait for a movie to come out on DVD before venturing to that waste of a building.

Sure, its new, seating is okay, but staff is incompetent and this place is nowhere near as nice as an AMC. All food is overpriced as ever. Ive been to many theaters around the world. My favorite is the Westminster Promenades AMC24 in Westminster, Colorado, followed by the AMC top floor of the Horton Plaza in SanDiego, followed by the AMC in downtown Spokane, Washington. There are theaters, and there are THEATERS! This one left me feeling so slimed over that I had to ask for my money back.

The seats had stains all over them. The food concessions was very slow. The theater was either 100 degrees or 10 degrees. Over all not happy at all about this place of business. There were so many.people there but no one doing the job they needed to do. Also before the movie started someone (in the main aisle) dropped a large thing if popcorn and we all had to Walk threw it the rest if the time. The facility is absolutely gross and dirty.

Very bad price. Vancouver is cheaper and very good experience. Eugene, OR is cheaper, everywhere Ive been, it is lost expensive to see a movie than here! It is a good experience at this theater, BUT, for this economically oppressed area, it is very bad. People are on food stamps and are going to see movies at the only theater in town at an astonishing price, matinees are basically $10 a person for kiddos and adults are more!

I really hate all Regal cinemas for one IMHO really good reason: An employee carrying a flashlight will walk the aisles in the middle of the film, interrupting my enjoyment of the narrative. I call this a fifth wall break. Its almost as destructive to my movie going experience as sitting behind someone using their cell phone. An out of narrative distraction that yanks you from the film back to the mundane. Shame on you Regal.

Very-Very nice staff and features...Katelin has always been above average. Youd bring in more senior business if your discount were more then .18 during the day. (seniors do things during the day, not night) You show a good senior discount at night, but we dont go out at night and when paying basically full price during the day, we just back-off going as much. Other than this, youre a great place to visit.

I think theres a test they give potential concession employees that goes something like this: 1) Can you do more than one thing at a time? 2) Are you capable of coordinating with teammates to accomplish a task? If they answer yes to either of these questions, theyre told, "Thank you but were not interested. Try Starbucks." The theater itself is nice.

Staff is friendly and fast. The prices are sky high, but thats not their fault. I believe the staff is doing everything possible to make my movie existence the best. I also recently learned that they have closed caption devices to help me understand the movie better! I tried the caption glasses, and they worked wonderfully! Thanks!

As a deaf person its really nice to live near a movie theatre that provides caption glasses. Open captioning would be ideal but this is better then none. The Regal Club membership is nice. Its nice to be rewarded for spending money at the theatre. My only gripe is with how expensive concessions are.

Movies showing in the RPX theater are TOO DAMN LOUD!!!!!!!! It was literally painful to watch the movie -- not joking or exaggerating in the least. The only reason why I could stay and watch the movie was because I left to retrieve ear plugs from my car. Wont be doing the RPX experience again.

This new theater is massive and very nice! Always cleaned and well stocked. Staff is friendly and helpful, especially the lady manager. We love going to the movies and love going here. The theaters are nice with lots of seating and the chairs are more comfy. Never had an issue.

Its new, but its still just a quiet as the predecessors. If you like to watch movies at a volume higher than that of regular conversation, spend a little extra time and drive to Regal Cascade 16 in Vancouver. I guarantee that youll be far, far more satisfied.

Nice and comfy seats, nice friendly staff, now if the rest of the mall would get the stores that people shop at and restaurants. The one restaurant it does have, Cool Scoops is excellent, friendly people, great prices and food.

We took my son who is in the army to this theatre on a Saturday. We were informed that military are not honored there on Saturdays. We will not return to this or any other regal theatre.

Clean and roomy, but if you want to make $ price your drinks and snacks so everyone can afford it. You will sell more snacks that way.
