Ok i love this movie theater and everything but i just wanted to write this review so that people can fix it next time because I dont want it to happen again. My 8 year old cousin,my brother and my other cousin went to the movies and watched Wonder Woman first and it was great then we got another ticket to go watch transformers and it was all well and good at first but then there was this big guy, a parent Im guessing, who was sitting in front of my little cousin and poured her drink on her, since I didnt exactly see I didnt do anything about it, then he did it again and I tapped him on the shoulder and asked him excuse can you not and he accused her of kicking his seat, but she didnt kick his seat in any way and there were people all around us watching that so then I got mad and went to complain to a worker there and she went into the theater and the man saw and got up and stared telling her things, but I wasnt listening so I didnt hear what he said and then the staff member said that she doesnt know whats going on but that either of us can either move seats or leave so we left. This was one of the worst experiences ever at that theater and it wasnt because of the theater itself but the people in it so I hope something like this never happens again

I only come to this theater from southport, ct. all other theaters in the area, and I do mean all have not done anything to change their horribly uncomfortable tiny squished together seats. the seats in all the different theaters are cushy and comfortable, the sight lines are great, the picture is digital at its best and the BTX experience is perfection. (certain movies MUST be seen in the BTX...San Andreas Im talking about you) There is plenty of parking, the staff is very accomodating. seriously this is what is should be when you go tot he movies.

The show was a 5 star. The theater number 8 was great, very happy with everything. But, The sound was so high and grossly loud I had to watch holding my ears shut. As well as so many others. I can not believe your staff did not walk around to see if the comfort level is there with all systems. Walking out at the end of the movie many were complaining of the loudness of the movie. You have a beautiful well kept theater. A reminder the projection operator did not adjust the volume of the movie too a level of effect. And voice Thank you Jerry

Went in to see "Assassins Creed"; The image was horrible. The attendants I complained to claimed that it was the 3-D effect-Ive been watching 3-D movies since "Avatar" and have never seen anything so poor. Even last week I watched "Passengers" at a Cinemark in 3-D and it was high-quality. We left that theater and tried entering another: "Rogue: One" and the quality was also horrible. The people I was watching the movie with as well as other theatergoers agreed that the quality was poor

Took my kids to see Diary of a Wimpy Kid at 2pm. The Atomic Blonde preview was filled with sex scenes, same girl making out with a girl then a guy. Good for me but not for kids on movie day. Then at 230pm (1/2 hour late but not a big deal) Alien Covenant begins playing. INAPPROPRIATE content! We got up left to go speak with the manager, Miguel who was umprofessional and entirely unapologetic. Spoke with VP of Operations who said the Manager would call me. No call no follow up!

I just tried to see a movie there yesterday and the humid, stenchy, oppressive air forced me out of there. I couldnt stand to sit there any longer. I watched a few previews and decided that I had to leave because the air quality and smell was bad. It smelled like a damp, musty basement. The seats felt comfortable and the picture quality looked pretty nice but they need to clean up the room so customers can actually stay in the theater without feeling oppressed.

Flat out the best place to see a movie within a 30 mile (or more) radius especially for seeing action movies. I have been here to see a movie over 40 times (average) and all of the movies played here look and sound great every time I go. I live in Shelton and will always make the trip down RT. 8 to see a movie at Bow Tie Cinemas or Crown Marque if it still uses that name as well. Doesnt matter what you are going to see here,, It will look and sound incredible!

The worse experience! The staff there do not care about the customers. The woman at the ticket stand with green hair had an attitude when I was purchasing tickets and the woman at the concession stand with glasses slid my popcorn cover across the counter with an attitude. The movie theater was extremely cold which made it hard to focus on the movie. I will not be recommending this movie theater to anyone; their customer service needs to be improved.

I love the theater and love having nachos supreme and they use to have big tray and we use to pay $7 and very enjoyable but today I pay same price and they hand over small tray to me and said big trays were useless. I am not coming back to this theater again. Idiots people making so much on us for popcorns and soda and now finally we love something they taken away from us. Dame the management who change this and made new rules to rip us off.

I used to love coming here when I was a child. Unfortunetly its gone downhill since. It reminds me more of a ghetto hangout now, with robberies and violence. My mother went once and saw a few fights breakout. The woman at the counter just shrugged when they told them what was going on outside. I do miss going there, however I am not going back. I go to stratford theater now its a few more minutes, but its, quieter, friendlier, and safer.

Nice theater, pretty much what you expect as far as seats, screens, and such. Unfortunately, I had two staff members show a lack of helpfulness, one who couldnt figure out (and visibly didnt care to try) how to put in a ticket ordered online, and another who misread my ticket and directed me to a non existent theater 16. Not saying I wouldnt come back, but Ill need to be better prepared so I dont need to rely on staff for help.

This is the worst movie theater in All of CT . Went numerous times and its always the worst customer Service . First you cant buy Rated R tickets on the computer so you have to wait in that 1 hour wait line . Also employees are rude . Then I went and 10 minutes after the movie starts showing up late they wont allow you to enter the movie theater without a ticket purchased from Fandango which is stupid . Please close them down
