Dont bother to try to buy tickets in advance on the internet - you will still end up waiting on the LINE! Ive been coming here for a while but decided to try to avoid the long wait on a line by buying tickets at the EPIC website. WHAT A JOKE! They offered the option to print out my ticket versus taking the receipt to the line to get tickets from the cashier. This was so funny it bordered on farcical. When the ticket was presented to the ticket-stub collector we were told that the ticket was NOT VALID and that we would have to go to the CASHIER to get the ticket. We went to the line and were told that we had to go to the special desk at the back of the cashier - we then went to the "special desk" and no one was there. After waiting about several more minutes the ticket stub collector (yes, the same one) came over to take our "internet ticket" and get our actual tickets from the cashier. WHY BOTHER telling people they can print out their tickets when no one wants to accept them! Either get with the times and take the printed ticket or get a kiosk where internet ticket buyers can go or just forget about offering us tickets on the internet. I was so disgusted that I will now take the trip to AMC West Oaks rather than put up with this nonsense when I want to buy advance tickets. I wonder how other reviewers who made comments about the long lines have the nerve to give this theatre a five star rating. After this fiasco I would have given them a zero if it was possible - especially since I tried to reach Jo DiMarsh at their corporate headquarters and never received a call back!!!

This cinema is in business because they are the only game in town. Rewards program is terrible compared to AMC and Regal, bombard viewers with local ads over and over again, and the concession stand always tries to unload stale pop corn on unsuspecting customers even though they tell customers they make fresh pop corn every show. I wanted to get hot dogs, they were out. Then, I asked to get ice cream, sundae and, once again, they were out. So I decided to order a cheeseburger. Now, mind you, the cheeseburger in the picture on the menu looks like a regular "round" juicy, heavenly burger with decent size "round" beef patties and fresh cheese. What I got were 2 teeny tiny, square, and microwaved White Castle cheeseburgers for $5.00 with beef patty so thin you could get a paper cut if you are not careful. Another genius idea they just came up with...get rid of the "rewards card" so, now, all rewards members have to yell their phone number at the ticket booth as the cashiers have a hard time hearing through the little hole in the window. I think they need to reconsider this misstep. For the price they charge, it is definitely not worth it. An EPIC fail!

The theater itself is nice, comfortable (sometimes a bit warm on more crowded showings) and clean. But as the other review stated the management is HORRID. During one showing the screen went blank and we had to go out to tell them. They did not even apologize. On another movie it started blurry and again we had to go out and tell them. The final straw for me was they have coupons and on their website it lists restrictions. The movie I wanted to see was NOT listed yet they said the coupon was not valid for that movie. When I asked for proof they could (or would) not give me any. Upon asking to speak to the manager we were told He just clocked out and were basically told there was no management in the building. I now drive past this place to go to Universal, I-drive or Disney. Oh and filling out their contact us page was pointless as they never responded to the first 2 (blackout and blurry) and told us we were lied to that there had to have been a manager, essentially meaning they just didnt want to speak to us.

If youre just looking for a place to watch a flick and dont care about anything else, this works fine. Just wear a blindfold and breathe through your mouth until youre seated and the lights go down, then breathe normally and remove the blindfold, youll be okay. Have only visited once, but I left feeling greatly disappointed. The mens bathroom was filthy with urine covering a good 2 sq ft of the floor below the urinals. The smell from the bathrooms even emanated into the hallways. Our movie was in theater 15, which, when we arrived at our seats, had piles of gum on the underside of the raised armrest. Two rows in front of us had a seat with the back cover removed, exposing the guts of the seat. And a lot of the seats made loud, creaky noises as people adjusted throughout the film. The screen seemed nice enough despite not having an adjustment to cover the exposed top and bottom in order to accommodate the aspect ratio of a given film. I felt the projector couldve been a little brighter. The sound was fine.

Not bad, polite and courteous staff. They seem to consistantly deliver bad popcorn. My first job was at a movie theatre and I love going to the movies. I dont appreciate a bag of popcorn that is largely small pieces of broken up popcorn. I also dont want to have to go back to the concession stand after my movie has started to swap out my popcorn for a better batch. Inferior product shouldnt be sold in the first place and concession employees should know the difference and not be obligated to sell it. I expect movie concessions to be pricey, rising ticket prices arent a surprise either, it isnt 1995 anymore. I can even understand a theatre heating up on a busy night, Ive worked customer service and I know someone will always be too hot or too cold. Popcorn isnt hard to make, just make sure your staff doesnt sell all the bottom scrapings. From now on, Ill forego the movie experience and leave out the concessions or go somewhere else.

Me and my family went to see a movie but all the seats in the theatre were filled, so we went back to the ticket booth to exchange our tickets to see something else. My 10 yr old niece lost her ticket stub but I had my electronic receipt, the manager of the theatre was incredibly rude and refused to even look at my receipt she refused to exchange all of our tickets saying she needed the stub. We went back to the theatre and attempted to find the stub after searching in the dark we could not find it. After going back and forth with her she refunded our tickets with the exception of the one lost ticket stub even though I had proof of purchase. This place has terrible service I would rather drive to Orlando than bother coming here.

I would rate this theatre no stars if that was possible. Consistently allows underage kids into R-rated movies by the DOZENS! I spoke to the manager on staff and complained about this issue and was informed it is policy to sell up to 8 tickets to one person as long as they are 17 or older. However, if you choose to come on a weekday they will force you to show each individual ID per ticket, even if it is a PG-13 movie. I argued this with the ticket salesman and he ridiculed mine and my sisters choice of movie and said that he didnt care about the companys ticket policy. Overall, dont waste your time with this movie theatre unless you want to be hassled.
