I decided not to come back to that place because of the prick manager. We were excited to see the movie, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them last night, 11/19 at 7:30pm. We are deaf customers and we requested accessible devices, Sony glasses, which allowed us to watch a movie with closed captions. The closed captioning glasses had a strap and the manager told us that we are required to wear them around our necks all the times because theyre "expensive". I told him that I would pay for it if I damage it yet he still treated us like we are broken and low-class citizens. I used a closed captioning glasses many times in the past and I wasnt required to carry it from my neck. Also he gave us the difficult time to get a refund on the movie tickets. Ive been to theaters many times in the past without issues. This is my first time to have that experience of being humiliated and disrespected by the manger. I would love to give it a ZERO star if I could.

Another decent Regal theater, but could use some management of the personnel resources a little better from time to time. Specifically, when the lines outside get long, they could do a better job of staffing the ticket booth during these spurts. The young people behind the snack bars are polite and move pretty quickly, and the facility is kept clean and tidy. The location is very convenient, and the choice of movies they carry usually covers a nice mix of new releases and interesting stragglers. There is usually law enforcement present, and I feel safe there. As a regular movie goer, this theater is the one I visit the most often, so I recommend this theater without any hesitations. The only thing keeping this from a 5 star review would be the occasional wait at the ticket booth.

My husband & I drove 45mins to this theater because of all the great reviews! As we walked up to the ticket window another lady was just getting to the window also.. my husband let the lady go ahead of us & once it was our turn the employee (Dre) told us that they were closed. The manager was counting down one of the registers, but they could have easily let us purchase tickets considering we were only ONE minute late (11:01pm) - literally one minute!! We were under the impression that they didnt close until 11:30pm (thats what google says) so we tried doing some convincing to let us buy our tickets & Dre kept rolling his eyes, saying oh my god & making faces to the manager! We were very surprised by the way we were treated & unfortunately wont ever go back there!!

The theater playing Rogue One was somehow playing at too high a refresh rate or doing frame interpolation, where the projector adds computer-generated false frames between the actual filmed frames of the movie. Did someone forget to switch a certain setting between 2d and 3d projection? Who knows, but the effect was they made star wars look like a low budget TV special. Google "the soap opera effect", it doesnt belong in theaters. So if you noticed something was off but you couldnt put your finger on it, this is the reason. The sound here was also too quiet and low quality. Its no wonder so few people showed up to this theater for opening night of Star Wars: Rogue One. Hire some professionals. Theres no chance Im risking coming here again.

WAY too many PREVIEWS-TRAILERS!?!?! I am paying top dollar to see a movie, but we all have to sit through 25+ minutes of ads/previews/trailers while waiting for the movie. This is offensive. I come to the movies to get away from the ads on TV. Total Previews should be limited to 5 minutes or less. They have us as a captive audience. We just want to see the feature, not be marketed to for half an hour! This theater is the closest to my house, but Im going elsewhere next time. Showing too many ads/previews is highly disrespectful to the audience.

Too many ghetto loud people that grew up ignorant about theater etiquette. Seriously, these people will use their phones, laugh out loud or say something when the movie goes silent. Other than the dumb people that go here, this theater is actually quite nice, I went sat in a comfortable chair and enjoyed the movie (gladly not many people went this time) the sound is amazing, the picture awesome as well. Last I watched was "dont breathe" in the RPX one.

Regal Lakewood is a theater. You go there to see movies and said movies tend to play in a watchable state. Their food is overpriced, the seats are serviceable and generally not painful to sit in, and all of the prime movie time slots are dedicated to more expensive 3D showings, generally forcing you to show up earlier or later if you want to spare yourself the headache. About average for a movie theater in this day and age, really.

It has been awhile since I have done a review so I will make it snappy I have had problems in the past like people cursing and screaming during the movie but this is the first time I got publicly embarrassed by them when I was drenched in soda and popcorn and they got away with it all I have to say is its a fine movie theater but take care of your customers I give 3 star cause I dont hate but I do not love

RUDE STAFF. Went during matinee hours noon - 4:00 to see a 4 oclock movie and was charged more b/c we are military. When we pointed it out to the cashier he got an attitude with us and said the the movie doesnt technology start till 4:20 b/c of the previews. The manager, who was right there the whole time, then told us that if the movie started at 3:55 that would count as a matinee. What a crock.

I go here for the $5 Tuesdays. That is the only reason why I am giving it two stars. This place is becoming runned down. Some of the screens needs to be replaced. I am tried of hearing the movie next to me through the walls. I have found gum under the seats and the cloth on the seats need to be replaced. If you are not coming on a cheap day I would not recommend coming to this theater.

My son and his friend almost got arrested for being in the wrong stadium. The manager was very rude and non-understanding. There werent signs above a couple doors and they went into the wrong ones. A manager saw them and told them to exit the stadium and continued to talk to them. In the end, I came and picked them up 30 minutes after I dropped them off. Most definately never coming back.

I purchased rated R movie tickets for my wife and I to watch and we bring our 1 year old baby ( sleeping) the lady at ticket check in would not let us in... this happened around noontime . I called the same Theater earlier and they said we can bring our kid as long as we come in before 6:00pm however she didnt let us in. Please make sure your crew knows the policy whichever maybe.

Movie was great - concessions must have had their B team working cause the Pizza was nearly black and tasted burned. The pretzel was double or triple warmed... still hot but so hard I could hardly bite in to it. They offered to bring them to the theater... pizza didnt arrive for 45 min in to movie... they forgot the pretzel and it arrived 30 min later. Sad service for nearly $20.
