I purchased two tickets online via Fandango and met up with my son at the Century Federal WayTheater, where I realized I had left my printed tickets at home. I related my problem at the ticket counter. I named the seats numbers and the type of tickets I had purchased (a senior and a matinee), I gave them my credit card and she confirmed what I had told her. She said she had to get a managers approval but that it should not be a problem. The manager refused to allow us to enter to see our show, I offered to purchase new tickets if I could get a refund on my earlier purchase. I was told I could get a refund but I would need my ticket which has the confirmation number. I agreed to purchase new tickets and requested the seats I had already purchased online. I was told that I could not have those seats as they were reserved. I had to laugh as I had already gone through the whole story with the two of them and there were less than ten people reservations for the show. I finally gave up and decided to try it another day as it was now over ten minutes after the start of the show. I drove home to Northeast Tacoma and contacted Fandango which told me I could not get a refund as it was after the stated start of the show. BEWARE RIP OFF ARTISTS!!! I am sure the manager was very much aware that I would not be able to get a refund and lied to my face. Beware also of Fandango as well. I will never use the Century Theater or Fandango again.

Very roomy, comfortable recliner seats. Love coming here to watch movies and the concessions are affordable compared to AMC Theaters if I want to indulge in a treat. However, some of the staff need an attitude check. Was there around 7 pm on 09/13/2018 and a young lady with blonde hair working behind the concession stand decided to be rude instead of helpful when I needed help accessing a condiment. It was a simple task yet she couldnt be bothered to even act like she cared about her job. With that type of attitude though, Im sure she will find many other concession jobs for the rest of her life. Other than that, the theater itself is great and ticket prices are pretty reasonable!

The movie was amazing but the service sucked. I understand hiring young kids but someone needs to be in charge. We waited about 10 minutes for a drink and popcorn while Hannah, the food service worker, was holding onto another boy employee from behind. She saw us, laughed, and then turned around and ignored us some more. As my blood started to boil, another man and his child were getting annoyed that they couldnt get any service on the other side either. If you have about four people working behind the counter, one of them needs to be in charge. I wont be coming back.

This theater has definitely stepped up with the Digital Sound and the leather seats, but I noticed that no matter which theater it is and where its located ~ some people arent used to nice things and dont appreciate anything. The theaters management crew should do a walk through the theaters after a showing and see what some people are doing to the seats and whether or not their staff are wiping down the leather recliners and cleaning up properly after each and every movie....

The theaters are great. Leather recliners are really nice. Food is good, a little spendy but not too bad. My only complaint is the people selling tickets. It doesnt seem to matter who is there, they all act as though it is the worst job and are happy when someone takes over for them. I truly understand that sometimes customers suck before they get to you, but sometimes your attitude affects your customers.

Has a very interesting take on getting concessions. You will walk trough a galley like style garbing or asking for certain items and checking out at the end. If you have been to Emerald Downs you know what Im talking about. When to see Dunkirk in the Dx theater. The sound quality was great. Feel like i was apart of the action. I would go back, for the Dx theater option.

Went there randomly for a date and it quickly became one of my favorite theaters. Very comfy seats in spacious isles made for couples to cuddle in while enjoying a movie. The seats recline and you choose your spot when you buy the tickets. Only downside is theater food prices and the concession stand isnt the greatest but I tend to only get a drink any ways.

Awful service, no customer consideration at all. I ordered a cappuccino and got a coffee with French vanilla creamer. Asked for a refund and it took 30 minutes to get a managers aporoval, and ended up missing the movie and went through another hassle trying to refund our tickets for the next showing. Will definitely avoid this place next time.

Great movie theater. Needs better staff. When we were walking out of our movie, one of the staff member in the hall yells "enjoy your 4th of July, because we wont! Were working all night!" Really disrespectful, did not appreciate complaining and immature behavior like this. Will definitely consider other places before going back here.

Not the cleanest theater but they have comfy chairs so hey thats a plus. Better than driving to my usual Lakewood theater. The staff doesnt really pay attention to who has tickets when theres large groups... Even though I bought the tickets, went shopping, and then came back, no one was there to collect our tickets during that time lol

Love the new recliner seats, there are so comfortable, unfortunately, the side of my recliner was very sticky like someone might of spilled some soda and it was not wiped down properly, they really should wipe and disinfect these down after every movie. The service was excellent. Thank you

I waited longest time just to get ticket at front. one cashier took over 10 minutes struggle with just one customer ahead of me and another cashier was talking with another co worker seems just chatting. all of sudden line gets longer she said she will help me on her register.

All the ammenties you could want are here. No adult beverages like at other theaters though. Seats are very comfortable in most theaters and plenty of screens for the latest movies. Per usual the concessions are expensive, but they have a wide selection. Staff seem to move slow

A woman next to my nephew was extremely rude and cussing at me because I had some fix our seats that werent working. The manager stood there and did nothing. Highly pissed. That woman should have thanked my kids because they clearly saved her from getting a free face lift.

The theater was filthy, I had to clean my own seat. They left the lights on and when I complained the manager blamed the customers for the dirtiness and lights being left on. No apologies were made. Go there fully understanding that you are paying premium price for filth.

I bought tickets in advance for the special showing of Rob Zombies 31. The ticket showed it had a play time of 2 hr 15 min. It was also suppose to include 2 of Rob Zombies videos and his comintary for the mobie. It was over in 1 hr 45 min and only showed the movie.

Good theater facility. Poor service. Ordered cappuccino and got black coffee. Missed first part of movie having to wait for refund with no apology from manager. Also always dirty. Found used floss stick in drink holder last time. I never complain but ...
