Terrible customer service, we were verbally attacked by the manager Chelsea Anderson while going to see the movie VVitch. she was rude to my family and I as soon as we got in line assuming we were not all of age to see the movie. We were trying to show ID when she then accused me of not being the father to my son causing me to be upset with her, she then told us we could go get a refund. My family and I went to try and get a refund at the help desk. While waiting for our money, she then came back over to ask what the problem was and to continue to harass us for no reason. Starting an argument to then tell us we can leave without giving us our money back. She finally gave us our refund after unnecessarily getting security involved. My family and I will never go back to this movie theater until she is terminated and will gladly go to Hilton head and make the drive for better customer service. Additionally I will be sure to let friends and other family members know so they do not go to this franchise anymore.

The location is ideal. Out of the way so youre not driving by every day and more or less just consider it another HHI/Bluffton attraction. I DO wish the businesses in the area would get on board with such a great location. I see businesses come and go there so often; a few have survived. Outback will stay and many of the other chains in the other very close next shopping center, will stay as well because of the proximity and location out on Buckwalter, away from 278 & closer to the other developing communities in that area. Sure, the theatre on the island is more luxurious and blah blah blah! However, we locals between Bluffton, Savannah and Hardeeville benefit from & appreciate Cinemark. My ONLY complaint. And its a pretty serious one to me, at least. Theyre restrooms are as disgusting as wal marts no matter what time of day or year you go. Please someone acknowledge this as a true complaint but more constructive criticism. Keep up (almost every bit) of the good work!

All I have to say is Chelsea Anderson is one of the most rude people I have ever met. Me and my friends were trying to see Annabelle and one of my mates forgot his wallet so the guy told us he couldnt let us in so we go for an exchange to see another movie and when we come back Chelsea yells at us and is assuming we have made an elaborate plan to sneak into Annabelle and threatens to kick us out, we never said a word to this lady and had been nothing but respectful in this situation. Whoever gave this woman a job should be ashamed because Ive been reading reviews on multiple websites and her name pops up every where with 1 star. I will not go back until she is terminated #FireChelsea. Hire some people who have some respect. Other than that the lady at the help station was really nice and understanding and the black male with red in his hair was a great window clerk.

I have lived in the Hilton Head/Bluffton area for quite some time now. Every time I go to Sea Turtle the prices get higher and the customer service gets worse. One time in particular, I went to ask a manager why they no longer offer free refills with the large drinks. The manager snapped at me for asking the question and stated, "I am done talking to you about this." Nobody should ever treat a customer this way. Do yourself a favor, go to Northridge Cinemas on the island. The theater is a little older then Sea Turtle, but the people are nice and the prices are great. Plus they have free refills on everything.

We enjoy coming here despite the distance, because of the theatre and also choice of dining around it. We are very disappointed that they recently choose to exclude Retired Military discounts, only extending it to active duty If they had never offered it would be one thing, but this is a slap at those of us who served for over twenty years, often away from home for years at a time. Forca theatre which offers so many other groups discounts, it is insulting to exclude a group who have served their country for decades. We can see the same movies in Beaufort.

Ive been coming here since I was born and love it. Everyone is so welcoming and polite. Popcorn is amazing along with ICEE, hot dogs, ice cream, pretzels, and nachos. VIP seats so comfortable, 3D glass you can keep right after and bring them again. Last but not least they keep in movies that are from a while but bring new ones in. And summer you can get movie theater tickets for one dollar! And if your hungry right next to the movie theater is a cheeseburger cheeseburger. Its like a 60s diner but I recommend everything I said.❤️

Movie theatre needs to turn up lights when crowd is ready to exit. Dangerous situation where there are elderly persons present. I have spoken with the manager but no change has been forthcoming. Also, way too many previews. This is a problem for me since we have to go early to obtain handicap seating. I think we were seated for one hour before our movie we really wanted very much to see was shown. After the last experience, I said last visit. We now drive a long distance to the island to see our movies.

The showing of the politically charged and motivated film, Hillarys America, is in very poor taste. Im extremely offended. Although I and my friends are regular patrons since you opened, changed ownership, etc, I cant stomach the partisan sympathy expressed in your choice. You have now created an atmosphere where I can no longer go for entertainment and relaxation. All of us, whom the film offends will no longer support your business. Your neighbor.

Is this the best theater around? No, not really, but it is still very nice. It has improved since Cinemark took over. They also have a pretty good range of different snacks, provide child seats, host decent bathrooms and there is a tiny arcade. I wish the plaza they are located in was able to thrive more, but a few decent restaurants are there making it easy to eat before or right after the movie.

Ticket prices are high, but they do have senior citizen, matinee, and military discounts. Someone keyed my car in the parking lot once, and I got very little help from the theatre staff. This was totally random and I parked in an isolated spot. There is no better place to see a movie, or I would patronize them. They win by default. Seriously they are OK, but not great.

I have been going to this theater for tens years and it has only improved by management, service and the popcorn taste better! It is kept clean and the temperature is pleasent, but I always bring a small blanket just in case its cool. They know my face and they are always friendly to promptly give me a second bucket of free popcorn. This is my home theater!

Not great, but clean. Bored teenagers who talked the whole time filled most of the seats at a newish movie. Concessions was like talking to a wall. Nobody was even there to check tickets, couldve just walked in without paying. Ticket lady seemed annoyed that i asked for student/veterans discount. Still quite clean and comfy though.
