This is The best theater I have ever been to! One day it seemed like two employees were just having a bad day and were just a little bit rude not all that bad. However, I have been here many times before and never experienced any thing like that. They are usually always so nice and helpful. So I contacted AMC on Facebook via FB chat and the respond with in 2 minutes for every post often faster. They listens and had a very since apology. They let me know that they had let the manager of the store know, they asked if I would like to be contacted from the manager of that store, and asked for me email and phone number. I said sure, and was told I would be contacted very soon. The manager contacted me that day within a few hours. Talk about making sure customers feel appreciated! Wow! Well he said that he would talk to his employees and address the concern so that doesnt happen again. Then what I totally didnt expect and wasnt even looking for. He asked if he could have my address so that he could send me two free tickets! It was totally unexpected and very much appreciated. I happened to be at that same theater like one or two days later and I spoke to the manager Kevin (I had spoken to him before and I was pretty sure that he was the manager); and told him how much I appreciated the fast response to my email. I asked him if it would be possible to pick up my ticket then instead of him mailing them to me. He graciously agreed and I had my ticket before I left that day. That is not the only reason I love AMC and this theater. The offer a wonderful rewards program free and even better paid membership. Both memberships give you $5 dollars instant rewards right after you spend $50 dollars. If you have the app you just click one button after making that purchase and the reward is automatically used on you next purchase. Speeking of app That have an amazing app. It lets you purchase tickets and pick seets as well as gives a QR code for movie tickets that they scan at the ticket book and a QR code for membership card so when you are buy anything at the store you dont have to carry your card around. What I absolutely love though is that you can order you food/snacks with the tickets and pick a time before the, when it start, or just shortly after the showtime for it to be delivered to your seats! I have never been disappointing with this service! Always on time. so never ever have to wait in line to get your food or tickets; just walk in sit down and enjoy! If you are looking for a small low key theater with out of this world service this is the place to go! Just in case you are wondering.

This has been my families long lost secret theater for many years! I live in Taylorsville (grew up in West Jordan)and have always made the choice that if Im going to drive out of the area to see a show it has been here. Of course with AMC taking over management, up grading to Awesome plush reclining seats, and butter dispensers I can only say that the already GOOD, is going to now become GREAT!!! I just hope that it doesnt become over saturated with people, dont mind full theaters as long as they arent constantly sold out or preorder ticket sales only. I like to be able to decide to go to a movie at a moments notice and go! Without reserved seating, or unavailability. So I hope it still continues to be a secret gem, even if it picks up with sales we dont need another Megaplex pain in the A*#. You get the point, we need things to stay true to longtime customers yet not try and compete with super theaters. To stay up to date with the latest and greatest technology that big theaters bring yet keep it on a smaller scale for new and old customers alike. Its these theaters that become almost personal or traditional to so many generations of families over the years. So that it can remain open and stay profitable for the company. Yet not so rediculiously overpriced, that you cant afford to take a family and get snacks because of the high costs!! So, if all stays the same which seems to be the case so far. I will continue to bring my family and friends to this one and only theater for years to come!

Most of the time these guys are good to work with. Today was a different story. Our movie was starting at 1:30. We got there at 1:20 and only had cash to get out tickets. The girl at the counter was extremely nice but really needed some help and no one would come open a second cash register. Some lady in front of us wanted to play 100 questions with the girl at the counter. I asked DJ if they would open up another csh register so we can get out tickets. He gave us some kinda remark that we did not hear. I know there are the kiosks that do credit cards but we dont use our credit cards and feel like we are getting punished for using cash only. We finally got in our movie at 1:50. Missed the first opening of the movie. This place really needs more staff to assist so people arent late for their movies waiting in line all day.

Ive delayed a review because I dont want everyone knowing about this awesome spot and crowding my movies! Now that I moved out of the area Ill go ahead and admit this is the best theater in the valley by far. Reserved seating, every chair is an oversized power recliner, and if you sign up for their rewards program any movie at any time on Tuesday costs $4.25! This was purchased a couple of years ago and totally gutted with all new screens and seats. They have self checkout type kiosks to purchase your ticket which can be slightly annoying, but otherwise I love all the changes and have earned several free movies/popcorn with AMCs reward program.

I read the other reviews after visiting this Theater and now Im confused. People seem to say the prices are great ($5 hotdogs) or that the experience was great, but I failed to see any of this. The customer service was passable, best you can expect from teenage kids gossiping instead of serving, but the food was pretty bad, highly overpriced even for a Theater and the ketchup wasnt working, mustard squirts sideways and is pure liquid diarrhea. At least the seats were okay. Overall, its not worth the price. Go to Megaplex if you want better experience.

I go here every Tuesday. Once you are in the movie its perfect, really couldnt be better. Customer service is OK. I just keep my mind on getting to the movie. Somehow it is always a little complicated to buy the tickets. The machines dont work, or it just takes forever. Pizzas really could be better. Please match MegaPlex for 3 buck pizzas and...get the pizzas from somewhere else. Wherever you are getting them from really isnt the greatest. Anyways, 5 HUGE STARS for the movie rooms, electric recliners and all that, but -1 star for anything else.

Love the reclining seats but every single time Ive gone here and pre-purchased my tickets so I get good seats, someone is sitting in our seats with their kids and I feel like a jerk asking them to move. They probably stay for a second movie because there were plenty of good seats they could have chosen if they had purchased tickets. Ive never had that problem at Jordan Landing or Sugarhouse. Also I went Sunday and the picture cut out during the last five minutes until someone finally rewound it.
