Purchased our tickets online to not have to wait in the line. We were told on the print out to take the paper to the kiosk to exchange for our tickets. Well the kiosk is out of service....not temporarily but indefinitely. So dont waste your time trying to save some time. We stood in the long line and finally got our movie tickets. Then waited in another long line to get our (and everyone knows very pricey) movie watching snacks. Then in another line to get in to actually see the movie, only to be told that this movie was experiencing technical difficulties and we would not be able to see it at all. When we look confused as too why they would sell us tickets (and many others in line in front of us) the employee was rude and unhelpful. So we went back to the box office to get a refund and all we could get was free passes to see another movie. Wow on crappy customer service. I plan on giving the free passes away and never going back to this theater again.

Its a quaint little movie theater, but badly outdated. It feels exactly like stepping into a movie theater from the mid-90s, from the bathrooms to the neon lights on the walls. Very odd. The whole place could use a renovation, including the theaters (the sound and video quality is just so-so). Even though this place is a 5 minute drive away, I typically drive 3-4x that to the Rave at Northeast Mall for its more modern theaters and superior atmosphere. The only plus-side of this theater is that its not attached to a mall, so the clientele is typically older folks and families, versus the teens/tweens that often dominate mall theaters. Unfortunately thats not enough of a benefit to make me come here that often.

The theater itself is average. Definitely not the worst Ive visited. I like the wide aisles and reclining seats. Food service is a different story. I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries. Waited 10 mins, listening to teenagers goofing off behind the swing door, where one person told me it would be ready. I found someone to ask about it, THEN about another 10 mins later my food came out. The sandwich was incorrectly made, but I was already late for the movie (because of the 20 min unexpected wait) so I just took it anyway. I would go again to just see a movie, but do not recommend the food service unless the company takes time to instruct their employees.

Went to see Rogue One on 1/1/16 the 6:30 pm showing. Upon start of the movie the overhead lights were not turned off, I had to go to the ticket check stand to request this be resolved, after 10 min it had not so I had to request again, about 5+ min later they finallly turned them off. The irritating part is that I missed several minutes at the start and the lights were very distracting due to it being a 3d movie. Other than that the seats were great as well and the sound and screen. The bathroom was unkept including urine on the floor in front of each of the urinals and no paper towel in the dispensers.

This movie theater is great! The staffs were friendly, fast, and very accommodating. But I think Id have to say the best thing about them is the seats. Its much smaller than normal theaters (so order tickets online if the movie is popular) but each seat is spacious with reclining option so you dont have to find a seat where no one is front of you to put your feet up. Its very comfortable so it definitely enhances your movie experience. Obviously the concession stands were expensive but thats normal of movie theaters so I didnt take off any stars there. Overall, Id highly recommend this place!

I remember going to this theatre when I was a kid and it wasnt that great back then. I heard they renovated it, so we went and checked it out. Wow, it hasnt changed. The lobby hasnt been changed at all. Actually, nothing has changed besides the actual theaters. The theaters are nice, with reclining seats and reserved seating but thats where it ends. I honestly dont know how this theatre is still in business after all of these years with much nicer competition surrounding it. I wish a company like Alamo Drafthouse or Movie Tavern would take over this property and make it worth something.

My husband and I had a much needed date night last night at Fossil Creek Regal Theatre. We saw Fantastic Beasts in 3D. Loved loved loved it. Already cant wait to see the next one. People who live on the north side of Fort Worth should skip going to the Alliance Town Center Theatre. Fossil Creek has updated to leather electric recliners that are big enough for even a big boy like Jim and the cup holder easily holds the Jumbo drink. Plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the movie. Why mess with the crazy Alliance Town Center traffic. Fossil Creek is just as good or better.

They really dropped the ball. Went to see the one night event of the Bowden Dynasty which was a live event. They started late so missed the first 20 mins of the viewing. Then in the middle of the showing it was stopped and house lights came on for some reason. The last 20 movies the house light were turned on and never went off again. Not to mention people where coming in for the following movie talking and interrupting our movie. Im surrounded by theaters, probably going to be my last in this theatre.

I went here for an anime event and the film they had was broken. They also knew the film was having issues since 10am the technician said. They let everyone buy tickets, buy food, sit down for 40 minutes while they "tried to fix what they knew was broken earlier" (probably so people would eat the food they bought), then issue refunds for the tickets. They made a killing on food, and I was out an experience that only happens on one date and time until bluray release.

Recliner and assigned seats rock. Know where youre sitting and relax knowing theres no battle to get premium seats. Same old movie place prices for food and tickets, but at least some of the battle is gone knowing your relaxing seat is waiting for you. Some folks dont seem to understand assigned seats, so look out for that. Beer and wine available. Some warm food, but definitely not a Movie Tavern type place. Older theater that has been remodeled a bit.

The people here are really nice, it makes me sad to see them be treated so poorly. Just because you have to wait in line 20 minutes, doesnt mean anything negative about the theater. Thats why you show up early because a LOT of people show up 10-15 minutes before the movie starts and complain that they have to wait forever with all the other hundreds of people that showed up at the same time. Give them a break. They are really great people.

Movie theater the seats are great ......But that app is the absolute worst and thats probably the point so you cant redeem and specials ..But hey I ll take those chairs anytime...The staff is awesome they gave a receipt option ..But you would think the point of an app is to just make things easier ...Ive been going to Fossil creek since the early 2ks the card worked the app is borderline insulting...
