Wedding date – April 28, 2017. When my daughter, son in law and I began this process in April 2016 we happened upon Saphire Estate by chance through an internet search and then a friends recommendation. From the first appointment we were Impressed with Justin and his knowledge and desire to get to know my daughter and what her goals were for her wedding. As we moved through the process we met Elizabeth our event planner, words cannot adequately express our experience with her. She was absolutely amazing!! We were never rushed or pressured, she wanted to get to know Dionna and Richard and learn everything possible so that every detail was perfect. Elizabeth was responsive (I never had to wait to get a question answered), caring, funny and left you feeling confident that she had it all under control. When we had one minor snafu with a photo booth vendor- I looked at her and said ‘ you got this? And she was already 5 steps ahead of me and she turned it around and no one would have guessed there was a minor issue. I worried about nothing else the rest of the evening. So many time I have heard from my friends that there kids weddings went by in a flash because they were ‘putting our fires’ – I can tell you having Elizabeth and her team there allowed me to be present and engaged with my guests and actually enjoy every second. On the day of the wedding we met Jim ( our banquet manager) and Jeannine ( Dionna’s bridal assistant) as well as the servers and bartenders. Jim was attentive to my questions and requests – I never had to look for him, it just seemed liked I would turn around and he was there! I appreciated that more than you know. Jeannine was fantastic – she took care of Dionna and was like her shadow. I do not think that I heard the words no or I can’t the entire evening. As I write this it has been 4 days since the wedding and I am still getting text messages from the guests raving about the details and service! Lastly, if you do choose Saphire take a hard look at the recommended vendors. We almost exclusively used the list. (Keith Berry for photos, Peter Diozzi as DJ and Rev Gibney as the officiant) This group of professionals all knew each other and worked together like a well-oiled machine. I can honestly say that we would not have done one thing differently as a Dad who wanted the best ‘send-off’ for his little girl they absolutely 100% exceeded my expectations.

Our entire experience with the Saphire Estate team was amazing! From our initial tour to our numerous planning meeting to the BIG day, everything was perfect! We originally checked out The Villa (also a Saphire Event Group Property) and although we really liked The Villa, it just wasnt for us. When we drive up to the Saphire Estate, I instantly fell in love with the Estate. The grounds are immaculate, the lake view from the estate is priceless and the Estate inside is beautiful. Our wedding was July 2, 2017 and we had a beautiful summer day (80s and sunny)! When we arrived everything was set-up as I had imagined it throughout my planning. Sandra (my event producer) was on top of everything! She knew the timeline, everyones names and made sure that everything went without a hitch! My husband and I got to enjoy our wedding day because the team at Saphire had everything under control. Since the wedding we have received such positive feedback from our guests. The team was so friendly and welcoming to our families, our customs and music. My family is primarily from Dominican Republic and my Husbands from Barbados, so our wedding was not cookie cutter to say the least. We had Brazilian Samba Dancers come and do an "Hora Lora" / Crazy Hour as a surprise for our guests. Sandra knew the plan welcomed the dancers, directed them upstairs to get ready and made sure everything went according to our plan. To say it was AMAZING, is just not enough. I cant thank Sandra, our bridal attendant and the entire team at Saphire Estate for helping me through this process and providing us perfect day thatll remember forever. The Saphire Estate and the amazing staff that work there made our day run absolutely perfectly. My husband and I have been at weddings where many little things went wrong, and impacted the night as a whole. That is not the case at Saphire! Everything ran smoothly, from the set-up to the photographs to the timeline. During our cocktail hour, we had a personal attendant with us to provide us with our own appetizers so that we stayed fed and hydrated. During the evening, both our personal attendant and wedding planner made sure that things ran smoothly, and adjusted timelines without making it noticeable to our guests. Prior to the wedding, the set-up was completed exactly as we had asked, and was simply gorgeous. Our guests were fed great food, in a timely manner, and were able to enjoy their plated dinners while we greeted our guests at their tables, and then ate ourselves. Leading up to the event, working with Saphire was seamless. Elizabeth, our coordinator, always responded promptly to our emails and concerns, and was extremely knowledgeable. We were never pressured into anything we didnt want, and were given honest answers to all of our inquiries. Elizabeth and her team helped us to imagine, create and then executed our dream wedding. We could not have asked for a better day, and I would recommend this team to anyone looking to get married in Massachusetts!

Simply put, the Saphire Estate made our wedding the best day ever. :) From the moment we met Jason and walked with him around the Estate, my husband and I knew we wanted our wedding at the venue. It doesnt feel like you are in the suburbs at Saphire! Its like having a secluded, lakefront wedding without having your Greater Boston guests drive 3 hours to Vermont! Every detail of our day was meticulously planned, scheduled, and executed by the wonderful Rebecca. She was just a phone call away for almost six months of planning and was always patient, professional, thorough, and excited! Our day would not have been what it was without her. Since our wedding everyone weve seen has RAVED about the food at Saphire, and with good reason. I do not know how they serve such an excellent meal to 150 people at once, but the food is phenomenal! The selection (appetizers and meals) is great, as is the quality. No one went home hungry, thats for sure. The service at Saphire is also top-notch. Rebecca, Jason, and the other folks who work in the office are the best (as I mentioned!) and the wait staff and kitchen staff are wonderful as well. Kind, discreet, and accommodating. My husband and I had our wedding at Saphire on April 24, 2015. Prior to choosing Saphire we looked around at many venues that offered both an onsite ceremony and reception with the classy, romantic ambiance we wanted. By far, both Saphire and its affiliated property, The Villa, offered so much, and more, of what we were looking for. From day 1, working with the staff was such an easy experience - tours of the venues (with Sandra) were well conducted, our meeting to discuss our contract (with Jason) was comfortable and flexible and our ongoing communications with our wedding coordinator, Sadie, was friendly and easy. What my husband and I also appreciated was, after the snowy New England winter, Saphires ability to turn our wedding ceremony from in to out or out to in on the day of the wedding. Most venues require that decision a day or days before. The team has elegance, flexibility and service executed flawlessly. Our guests continue to comment on how beautiful the venue was, how delicious the food was from beginning to end and how friendly the staff serving our event was to all. Highly, highly recommend! Am so happy with our decision to have Saphire part of our memory for our most special day!
