This is a very nice theater, however it is also one of the worst when it comes to the lack of theater control. By that I mean that no one EVER checks on the theaters. Not ushers, not managers, no one, and it has become one of the most annoying places to see films because of all the people on their phones. There is an obviously larger culture issue at work, but be that as it may it has become almost impossible to not be distracted by multiple people always checking phones during films here. The last film I went to,just this past Friday, other patrons had to be the ones to yell at people who were constantly on their phones in the middle of a film. This happened twice and probably should have happened multiple other times. It is ridiculous, but people have nothing to fear when there is never an authoritative presence to make people think twice about being rude and disrupting others viewing experience. As much as I wanted to applaud the person that yelled at the phone users, it in itself was also just as distracting, and that is on the theater. It is damn expensive to see a film these days and the least anyone could do is TRY to make it a more enjoyable experience. Again, nice theater, but it is essentially lawless during a film and it is a major bummer to those that are polite and respect other peoples experience.

My wife and I watched the majority of our movies at this location, and we have yet to have a bad experience. Joining Marcus Rewards has been a nice perk with earning points and cash along the way. Seating is comfortable, most movie-goers here are quiet and respectful, facilities are well-kept. Food is overpriced as usual, but getting those rewards points helps. Also, using their app saves you the fees in buying tickets elsewhere, plus you get to choose the seats yourself.

My daughter and I went to see Miss Peregrines home. The movie was great as well as the theater. Its always clean and the staff is friendly but those concession lines are out of hand. Each time we went there were long lines not to mention they serve hotdogs but they are never any ready. Which then you have to wait up to 15-20 mins for them to be served. Thats the only thing we dont like about this or any other theater. Overall experiences are really great!

A great place to see a movie. Friendly staff, though they can be a bit slow when its busy. The facility is clean and very well maintained. The popcorn is good but, not always the freshest and a bit pricey. The theaters are modern with good sound and picture quality and have stadium seating. You get to choose your seat before the movie at the box office which is a great option. I highly recommend this theatre!

We love going here on Tuesday nights for $5 seats. Its a good idea to get the tickets in advance online, though, as more and more people have the same idea. Beware of the absolute front row of the Ultrascreen, you are so close and the screen is so big that the movie is almost unwatchable. Midway back the view is great, the sound is great and the reclining seats are pretty sweet, with a cupholder for your beer!

They are not running Star Wars in 3D on their ultrascreen. We saw it opening weekend on the ultrascreen in 3D and it was fantastic to the point where we wanted to repeat the experience, but much to our dismay, we found out the hard way that they only run 2D in the ultrascreen now. However, they very kindly moved us to a different screening in a different theatre. Make sure it says 3D before you buy.

This is a beautiful theater, brings back the original idea of theater being for "elite class" but at a price affordable to most. Staff is friendly, Place is Clean, Pre-movie trivia(at all Marcus Theaters), and shows always have seats available(now ALL seats are reserved, so ask where the bar is if you like to put your feet up) We are here at least once a week!

Nice Ultrascreen theater. One improvement they could make is to allow you to print your tickets ordered from their website so you dont have to wait in line. Currently, you still have to get your actual tickets at the theater. Also, they could expand their movie selection. I notice that the Saukville theater sometimes gets movies that North Shore does not.

The friendliest, nicest, most accommodating staff of any movie theater Ive ever been to. From the ticket person, to the concessions staff, to the ticket taker. Especially the guy who explains how great every movie hes seen. Love that guy. And the Zafiros food is delicious. Try the chicken fingers, or the zucchini strips.

Place was really clean and updated, staff was friendly... but not giving it that last star because of the patrons. I dont know if it was the movie we saw (Trolls) or day/time (7:45 on a Tuesday) but phones were ringing and commentary was being made loudly in every seat. Not a good experience but not by fault of Marcus.

Visited this establishment during my visit with family and had a great time! We came during the week and there was a deal on movie tickets and the concessions werent extremely overpriced like other places Ive been. The concessions were still a little pricey but not terrible. We will definitely be visiting again!

The seats in the regular theaters - not the ultrascreen - are much more narrow and close together. It sounded like the woman who was seated to my left was chewing popcorn in my ear. The movie screen was adequate. I just need to see movies as soon as they come out on the ultrascreen - I am so spoiled with that.

I like coming here its pretty chill, you can grab some pizza with your friends then catch a flick. The ultra screen gives you a cool experience with action flicks. When you buy tix you get to pick where you sit before hand and thats pretty handy. Overall its a good place to spend your Friday or Saturday night

A lovely local theater. Some of the amenities are starting to seem a little outdated, but the place is kept clean and Ive never experienced any issues. Like any theater, theyre a little overpriced, but that may be a reflection of the value I place on going to a movie instead of their pricing in the market.

I like the movie, but the service in the food court is really bad! The waiter tried very hard for me to convinced buy food from the bar next to it, she was not happy when I finally purchase food from them. I dont know how much the bar paid her, but I she annoyed me so much that I have to complain.

Got a large soda. Discovered a pinhole in the bottom of the cup after it leaked all over me during the movie. Another time, discovered my drink was pure seltzer water after the movie started. Manager wouldnt refund $ after movie was over, only replacement to take home. Good grief!

Overall great experience at this location. Staff is very friendly although they werent able to accept digital movie passes via their app that day. The ticket-taker was nice and asked how we thought the movie was when we came back out. Downside the seats were not very comfortable.
