The only theater I ever go to. The customer service is top notch here. From the ticket booth, to the concessions, to the person who rips your ticket, they all provide a friendly experience. They seem to be doing a better job of patrolling the theater, to cut down on the people who feel the need to talk or play on their phones the entire time. But I get it, you cant fix stupid. And some people are. The theater and bathroom are kept pretty clean considering the amount of traffic. And I love the fact they have C Rewards to help with the cost of concessions and ticket prices. As I always hit celebrity status with my C Rewards, getting early sneak peaks to movies is a nice bonus!

It was an Increbale Theater espacially one in a mall. great display, enough seating, the sound was unbelieveabale, and the bathrooms were clean. The only downside is the hallways are very, very long. so if your going to theater 9 and you need to get a popcorn refill, you would have to walk 45 seconds to the consessions and back. But the bathrooms are right by the theaters. Theres mini consession stands in the halls, but they have been abandoned. Also the scenery was a very nice and classic style to it. One more good thing is its right inside the food court,so if you want to get a bite to eat, Go ahead!

Disney-like hospitality and A+ facility. We go here all the time, but recently while watching a movie, one of our children became very sick. Sparing the details, it was not a comfortable situation for us, but the staff quickly acted to help us. My wife and I really appreciated the kind and patient hospitality. We had to leave early and were offered our choice of a refund or return tickets before we thought to ask. Glad this theater is close by, because Im not really interested in going anywhere else for movies. Keep up the great work:)

Nice theater, but it is getting expensive. Staffnwas friendly. My wife even commented that the guy taking our tickets liked his job to muvh. I like that they removed the glass from where you purchase tickets. Lots of fountain machines to get your pop from. Plenty of hand dryers in the bathroom. Many places seem to skimp on hand drying stations in bathrooms. I cant say they place was real clean, but it was at 10:30 at night and busy. Luckily the bathrooms werent gross or anything.

I once spilled a full frozen coke right as the movie was about to start. The staff handled it quickly and discreetly. In no time one team member cleaned up the spill while another got me a new drink at no charge. I never had to leave my seat. What was an embarrassing situation turned in to a pleasant experience due to their efficiency and "going above and beyond" attitude. Oh! And the staff is always smiling; even when sweeping up popcorn!

Went to see a 7:25 movie. Got to the theater at 7:15, not allowed to go in because "the crew wasnt done cleaning". Finally got to go in at 7:22. Had to sit thru 25 minutes of commercials I could have stayed home and watched! Certainly not what I paid to see! Then 10 minutes more of "Coming Attractions". Movie finally started at 8pm. Very dissatisfied. Wont recommend to anyone.

The theater itself is nice but the concessions are EXTREMELY overpriced. $17 for two drinks and a "large" popcorn that comes in a lunch-sack sized bag. I expect movie theater concessions to be expensive but I dont know how anyone can afford to bring a family to the theater. Ill stick to my small-town cinema from now on for new movies.

Always maintained good cleanliness throughout the theatre. Staff delivers excellent customer service. The newly added Stadium Seating is a unique and effective service. It literally allows you to reserve a specific seat in the theatre so you dont have to show up early JUST to get a seat. Its very organized.

I love the fact you can pick your seats when buying tickets so I do not have to arrive so early to good good seats. Staff is all very friendly. Love the nice gentleman that is in the wheelchair taking tickets. He is always smiling and takes the time to talk to people and ask about the movie you are seeing.

Very customer service oriented staff, theaters are always clean. Still figuring out if I like the new reservation system, Im finding it causes people to sit a lot closer together which causes tension when the inevitable fellow viewer finds a need to look at their phone. Popcorn is also really tasty.

Easily the best of the best. I love everything about Celebration Cinema. I have been to most of their locations multiple times. They have the best customer service of any place I have been all across the board. RiverTown is the best though and their popcorn is superior to other locations.

Girlfriend and I had a date to see a one-night-only showing that ended up being cancelled. Managers were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and made sure we left happy despite the big disappointment. Just for that Ill probably consider this location over others for future movie trips.

Its SOOOOOO expensive! $10 for a 20oz bottle of Pepsi and a large popcorn. Literally a combined cost of .35 - .40 cents for the movie theater. Absolutely disgusting.
