Several times now Ive gone to this theater after looking up show times online and seeing ticket prices. Then I arrive with my family to find sometimes the show times are off by as much as 30 minutes. Ive also had this happen four times now where my family and I show up after seeing ticket prices online, showing up to get the tickets and we are charged as much as $4 more per ticket. When I say something they say "We changed our matinee/kids/adult prices." What, in the last 8 minutes? No, that is called false advertising and you are lying to the public to pressure sale extra income. Otherwise Id give this theater 4 stars out of 5 since the prices for popcorn, etc. are just astronomically high, and that would otherwise be my only complaint.

This used to be my very favorite theater. Because of my hectic schedule I really cant plan things ahead of time so being able to make it for a little bit of fun, I would just stop in and see what was available. The best part is when you would call about what movies were being shown you talk to a real person not a recording. However , now you have to make reservations in order to go to the movies, it is no longer my go to movie house even know it is only 13 minutes from home. I feel thats ridiculous for a movie house to have to make reservations, its not like its a fine dining restaurant!!! I do not need to lay down to watch movies. If I want to lay down to watch a movie I will just stay home!

The new seats here are terrible. At first, they seem fine, but the backrest and neck angle is way too sharp. Its like they wanted you to look at your feet with your chin attached to your shirt. Everyone in the theater was constantly shifting, so it could not have just been me. Reclining, lifting a leg on to the armrest, nothing works. I will not go back after this. If you are going to try to compete with IMAX, you should probably start with real recliners.

Excellent theater, very comfortable luxury assigned seating and good choice of snacks (overpriced, but arent they all?) I only wish that it werent so far away from Reno proper but I guess they had to put something to keep people coming back to the Summit mall or the city would have allotted so many resources to the Summit mall for it to collapse within a decade of being made.

The staff at this theater are fantastic. I was on a Vegan diet and they accommodated my dietary restrictions by popping a special batch of popcorn without butter/butter salt and even delivered it to my seat during the movie. Outstanding customer service. Clean, quiet theater. Highly recommend and thank you staff for being so wonderful!

This is such a dissapointing theater with incompetent staff. While waiting we were told that "we needed to move to the other door the line is there" while we had been in line for 20 minutes. Then ushered around by a pushy security guard. The whole reason for our ordeal is no assigned seating. Just got to another theater folks

Go to this theater, near the house usually three times a month. My wife is in a wheelchair. She loves the new seats. Me too Everybody is very friendly and very helpful. Love the fact they re-modeled and didnt raise the prices. Tho prices are very fair. One other thing...doesnt need to be so cold in the theater.

The theater is nice and the refreshments are great but there is no effort made by the staff or management to make sure that your rewards are being taken advantage of or even utilized. All of the tools are in place to be able to deliver outstanding service and establish loyalty but there is no effort. Not sure why.

Superb theatre, a pleasure going here. The only complaint is again what was stated earlier about ticket sales employees not making an effort to verify, reward or confirm the Cinemark Connections app points. They do so effortlessly at concessions, not always at ticket sales though.

The seats are super comfortable, the reserved seating is great. It seems the popcorn is always full of crumbs, they scoop half your bag from the bottom of the bin then put some fresh on top. I dont like to pay that much for popcorn and get the bottom of the barrel every time.

Fantastic theater. Luxury seating that both reclines and has huge comfy armrests. Great screens and movie options. The downside....same as every big-name theater...prices are ridiculous for snacks...off the charts ridiculous, but still a great place to watch a movie.

Excellent experience. Helpful and accommodating in making popcorn separately for my daughters allergies. Theater is clean and new... Next to restaurants and shops, such a find place to go. Summertime is excellent for kids as the have cheap movie days each week.

A great place after they upgraded all their theaters with reclining chairs. It is well maintained and is always neat. The staff is friendly and the parking lot is well lit. There are ton of options for dinner within walking distance.

This theater has improved recently with the addition of reserved seating. The seats arent amazing, Im a tall man and they dont quite support my legs, but they are certainly a step up and I like being able to pick ahead of time.

I normally love to go this theater as it is close to my home and business, Five Hearts Preschool. I was disappointed that they are not showing the Earth Day movie as I was planning a preschool field trip to the theater.

It really pissed me off to pay for a movie and have to again be exposed to commercials And you better take out a second mortgage on your house if you order anything g or the snack bar extremely high prices!!!

$5 Tuesdays and reclining seats make this theatre worth going to. The audio on the particular film that I saw however was much louder than usual and made it tough to get through the entire showing.

I like cinemark because its not the stoopid Imax. Thanks for not advertising the assigned seating. What a joke. Got here early, stood in a long line for crappy ass seats. Never coming back here.

This is a really nice theater. The place is huge as well. Its not very packed and is right in the middle of a bunch of shopping. Drop the wife and daughter off, and grab a movie with your son.

Extremely comfortable lounge chairs in theaters. Prices are a bit high, but that is to be expected of all movie theaters these days. Service is usually fast and there often arent many lines.

Very nice theatre. You pick your seat and all seats are recliners. Very clean and well kept. You can get coffee and ice cream along with regular theatre goodies.

Since when do you have to pre-buy seats? First come first serve? We got there a good 45 minutes early only to find out the seat were presold. This truly sucks!

Love the new seats! They created assigned seating and added recliners to all rooms! So reserve your seats ahead of time! Especially on $5 Tuesdays!

Had reserved seating for 3 but when I got in my seats were filled an had to take kids to the very front row. This happens every time weve gone.
