Place is Joke! Was told they come to the lane to take your food and drink order, never happened. Had to go the bar to order your drinks and food. Food was overcooked and lacked flavor. The bowling was even worse. Had to switch are lane because of so many malfunctions. When I went to look for someone to fix it the staff was busy playing video games. I mean really. They were playing video games while they are supposed to be running the place. So they moved us to a different lane. Same thing happened in the lane we were moved to. This place is a joke all the way around. The owner needs to spend some time here to get things on the up and up!!

Today was our first visit since Brunswick was sold to another company and my husband and I were very disappointed. We love to bowl but we dont like bowling in the dark! Where are the lights? It was awful bowling in the dark with only the pins lit up. Sure the lane has very dim blue lights to help you position your ball upon your release but we dont need mood lighting in a bowling alley. Me thinks the new CEO or whoever is in charge of lighting the lanes has never bowled. We have decided to look for neighborhood bowling lanes near us. I know Chicago has them and I sure hope there are some other bowling lanes outside of Brunswick near Buffalo Grove.

This bowling alley / laser tag / arcade is amazing. It is a big change from what it used to be in the past. The service, however, is terrible. We walked in, asked for a lane but there were none. We got into the waitlist. We decided to try Tavern 45. Upon arrival, we noticed the bar was not cleaned up. Empty glasses all around the bar area. We looked for tables, same problem. We decided to go back to the bar and get a drink then move to the arcade. We were ignored for 10 minutes. It was horrible after that. To summarize, the didnt bowl as the service was horrible.

I was here on a Tuesday evening with a friend and we bowled three games. Even though there were some technical issues with the lanes, the service was excellent, the facilities clean, and the staff friendly and accommodating. Our lane was acting up, not lifting pins, not resetting pins after strikes, etc, so the manager moved us to another lane. He was very apologetic and ended up discounting the games and giving us a few free credits for air hockey. I would definitely recommend.

places very dirty, their stuff needs to be little bit more professional and get back to the memory when they open this location there was unbelievable that was great really great service that was nice and clean everybody were smiling today it is go down so quick it is shame. Restaurant on site pretty much waste of time and money and your aggravation I highly recommend not to order any even appetizer from this place we have give them chance so many times that we have giving up

Went there at 1130 on a Friday night to meet with some friends who had been bowling there. We went to the bar to get a few drinks at 1140 and had to flag someone down after a couple minutes of waiting and then were told the bar was closed and that they were closing at 12am even though it says their open until 1am? They then shut the lanes off at 1149 and turned the lights on. Very poor and misleading service. Not going back.

Do not book a group outing here. If you do and you have a bad experience lets just say I told you so. They have a few bad apples that ruined the experience. Overpriced for the quality of food, service and fun. Bowling lanes are not cared for on a regular basis-Also - THE LANES ARE DARK!! If you like to drink----I will tell you they pour a strong drink!

Open lanes but we were quoted a 45 minute wait time. Lane was ready after 30 minutes which was nicely unexpected. Waiter was kind of slow but nice. $9.25 for a vodka redbull is a little expensive especially in the 8 oz (or less) glass. Lanes are nice atmosphere is great, be prepared to spend extra unless you go on a deal night.

Not the same service and attention as before when it was Brunswick. Food was not good, we were given a Lane before it was clean and there were plenty of clean ones. Had to find someone to clean it. The bartender was the person handling the lanes too so drinks were so slow.

Its a party center, kids, groups, outings they do this to order. This place is NOT about league bowling, or even practice if you enjoy the sport of bowling. Remember to bring extra cash, prices are slightly higher here, and the redemption game room can get add up.

It was a really good experience! Great atmosphere. The pizza is really good. But the prices are a little high for food and games. It was a really great place to throw a birthday party for both my kids though! I loved the laser tag. Nice opportunity to meet new people!

Always come here and have a lot of fun plug the staffs are always nice. Just had one bad experience I was going to go bowling and they told me that they where going to close early so I had only one hour. I was upset since they closed at 10 p.m instead of 12 a.m.

Lane approach was "sticky". Was unable to actually bowl. Kids had fun, since they just roll the ball down the ramp. Did not appreciate the $1 charge for a card to play the arcade games. Chuck E Cheese is a better deal for that.

Tried to stop by to bowl on a Saturday afternoon, but there were no lanes available to the public from 3-9 due to a private event. That seems like a long time on a weekend afternoon to have nothing available to the public.

Had a kids birthday party here. Got talked into buying extra video game cards before it started. Got told "all sales are final" when we had a dozen extra cards we wanted to return at the end of it.

Since turning it into Brunswick its very nice, clean. Lots of activities like bags, a big version of beer pong, obviously bowling. The drinks were a bit overpriced but fun.

Got there at 9:30 p.m. on a Thursday with 10 people couldnt get served for least 15 minutes rarely saw the waitress food average
