This place description is woefully inadequate. This marker is NOT for a "Cordera" real estate agency. This is the Cordera Community Center *building*.... the hub of a significant community complex: - Cordera Outdoor Swimming Pool with its own hours - A park including large field (Tom Kelly Grand Lawn) and public gardens - Cordera Recreation Center, including workout rooms, classes, locker rooms, currently managed by YMCA, with its own hours - Cordera Community Center - several large and small reservable public meeting rooms, furnished outdoor deck and patio, snack bar.

Location shown on map is off by about 400 meters. Check the satellite map. The information center is just North of the Cordera/Briargate Parkway Pedestrian Underpass. The location currently shown is the water tower utilities building.

Cordera has a great community center that is always clean and well taken care of. The lawn behind the building is great for hosting concerts and for kids to play on. It never seems to be all that busy either.

Excellent dental care! The staff is welcoming, the cordera family makes you feel comfortable while getting any dental work done and they do an excellent job caring for the "smile" you wear on a daily basis!

Very nice development. Club house and pool are run by the YMCA. Good trail systems, and many little parks.
