I purchased RPX reserved seats online a few days ahead of time. We arrived an hour early and picked up our tickets from the kiosk at the theater. Since we had reserved seats and an hour we decided to walk around the mall a bit. We arrived back 20 minutes before the movie was supposed to start. Having never been to this theater before I asked the ticket taker how it worked with reserved seats. He said "Oh, dont worry about it." Thinking maybe hed misunderstood what I was asking I tried again two different ways and each time was told not to worry about it and that they didnt matter. Had we known this was the case we wouldnt have killed time walking around the mall. Know if you are buying tickets online reserved seats are not in any way marked as reserved and the attitude of the staff is that they dont matter. 10 minutes later another man with a reserved ticket in the same row arrived to find his seat was also NOT reserved. If reserved seats arent going to be honored they shouldnt be sold as reserved at a higher cost and there isnt much benefit to buying them ahead of time. (On a personal note Regal.. Ive spent the last 3 months caring for a relative on hospice care with no days off. My birthday was yesterday and I had to plan way ahead and make arrangements to be able to even get a few hours free to go see a movie with my daughter for my birthday. None of that is your issue but from a customer service standpoint you may want to let your employees know that just because something doesnt matter to them doesnt mean it isnt a big deal to a customer)

Ever since the Tandy 10 shut down, the Regal in the mall has been the only option for my wife and I due to the other "local" theaters having uncomfortable seating. When I am going to spend $30+ on a movie, I am not going to spend another $15 in fuel to get there and back. This theater has its good days and its bad days, as most places do. My problem is that the movies lately have been grainy and hard to focus on. We had one bad incident however, and that was last week when we went to watch The Jungle Book. My wife and I were running a little later than normal, meaning that we werent there before they opened the stadium for the movie, and we were forced to sit up in the front due to a large party that apparently had reserved nearly all of the upper seats that allow you to see the entire screen. As I mentioned before, there has been a clarity issue lately, and the closer you are to the screen , the harder it is to focus and watch the movie. This would have been ok if we were at least warned ahead of time. It was such a charlie foxtrot in there, and many people, who were not in the group that apparently had reserved, were forced to move and clamor to find seats in the section that they were not happy with. It would have been different if this was after the movie had started, but we all were there well enough ahead of time to pick our good seats and be comfortable and content watching what would have been a great movie. I was glad to see that they do apparently make reservations for groups though, so that is a plus.

Like anyone else I came to see a movie I was interested in and my red flag went off when the cashier did NOT check my husbands I.D when purchasing a Rated-R movie. Once we got to the seat we wanted we noticed a bus load of middle/high schoolers entering and thats when I knew all hell was about to break loose. One of the staff members and a police officer thought it was a bright idea to check for ID and our reciept AFTER people entered the theater so people who "theater hop" easily got away by leaving the room and re-entering once the checks were half done. The crew members didnt even get to everybody and pretty much gave up because there were so many people still entering. During the movie I heard nothing but children giggling talking, and having conversations, and unnecessary screaming loud enough to hear over the movie to the point I had to rudely yell, "Shut-Up!" during the film. Not once did I see an usher sweep during the whole film and I hate confronting strangers over negative matters as it is enough as it is. Once film ended children were running and screaming like toddlers on a playground out of the film room and someone thought it would be funny to through popcorn at the film.

Im in town visiting for house shopping as I am relocating to the area. My fiancé and I decided to grab a quick movie and this was the closest theater to our hotel. Like all the reviews before this, the facilities are nice and seats comfortable but the service is EXTREMELY understaffed. The ticket window had a line of at least 50 people with only one person in the booth selling tickets. My fiancé went to the theater and I went to the concessions stand for a coke and treats. It took 25 minutes to make it to the counter. Despite me counting 9 registers, they had 4 staff members behind the counter serving approximately 150 customers waiting in line. This is on a Friday night at 7 mind you, probably one of the busiest times for the theater and they understaff the shift? It doesnt make sense for every review to repeat the same issues and they dont get addressed. We will absolutely find another theater to visit in the future.

Movie and theater was great. The first encounter with the lady at concession was good. I bought a large drink which they said I get free refills which spending 7 something I was like great. They told me the refill line was to the right by the wall. So i came back to get a refill and NO one said anything to me. Stood there for over 10 minutes missing parts of the movie and never got a refill and no one would even acknowledge me. If i would have known no one was going to acknowledge me i would have gone in the ordering line and got my refill but after missing more then 10 minutes and the line was as long as it was i didnt want to miss any more of the movie. Someone, out of the many people walking by could have done some customer service and asked me if i was helped or that I wasnt going to get my refill standing in the very place I was told and got my refill before on other visit to this theatre

I have to admit this was the first time that my boyfriend purchased 2 Reserved Seats and left. We got 2 huge Collectors Tickets, plus our other tickets to see Beauty And The Beast Fan event in 3D RPX First Showing Experience with Free Popcorn and a Drink at McCain Mall 12 & RPX. We went to my house to let my furbabies out, while my boyfriend and I ate our burgers, fries and drinks that he ordered. When we got back to McCain Mall, there was a Parking spot close, with very little waiting at the Concession Stand, walked right into the movie theater with our 3D glasses and found our Reserved Seats without a Problem. I thought there was going to be a showing at the end of the movie, but there wasnt. We both really enjoyed our experience, but the prices were about as much as purchasing tickets and consession per person. Ok, I dropped tears at the end of the movie as always..
