So well start off with the caveats because I dont like to just say negative things. The facility looks nice, good modern aesthetic, I was excited to see how nice the place looked when I got inside. I think most of the problems I can attribute to what seemed like an understaffed facility. Employees were courteous but looked like they were just done for the night. Saw a sign that they were hiring & I work in service so I know how they felt if they were indeed understaffed, I dont hold it against them, I came to the latest showing on a Friday night. It looked like they just needed a break. With that said my experience was rough. Took my seat only to find the stadium was pretty filthy, I moved a couple seats over looking for one that that didnt have trash/food on it or spilled sticky stuff on the tray. There were like a handful of clean seats in the whole place. Okay whatever, last showing I get it. Then my 3D glasses had a big scratch right in the middle causing a blur in my left eye - so I go get a new pair from the staff & as soon as I open the bag the right arm falls off. So 2 sets of broken glasses in a row aint good. Then when I got back to the theater the colors were all messed up. So I got a manager & long story short after he called somebody it turns out they activated the 3D too early but the biggest problem was my theater isnt equipped for 3D! So not only did we have the glasses struggle & the filthy theater but now my movie isnt actually going to be in 3D & is now like 15min behind schedule. Well theres 2 other theaters near me & if Id known Id be seeing the show in 2D Id have gone to one of the others. The friendly manager gave me a free movie pass, he seemed like he knew that was less than ideal but didnt have the authority to offer me anything else so I didnt want to hassle him. But at this point Im already thinking dont want to come back here so how valuable is a free movie here to me anyway, ya know? I asked if I could trade my free movie for a whiskey & coke and the manager liked that but I knew he couldnt do it, worth a shot though. Funny thing is, if they just gave me the free whiskey drink which costs them like $0.75 Id have come back for sure to give them a second chance. Now I have a comp card for a movie I paid $7.50 for, so essentially theyre giving me 2 movies for $3.75ea which I cant imagine theyre making any money on when they couldve given me less than $1 of whiskey & soda and then Id have happily bought another full price ticket. But hey, thats why working for big corporations sucks. The last problem was the audio quality. It sounded like someone did an excellent job of mixing the audio and then just flipped on the bass boost & cranked it all the way up. Honestly it was awful. Any time there was any kind of deep sound everything just rattled & rumbled so damn much from all the bass I couldnt actually hear what was happening in the movie. Really, I might try to catch a weekday afternoon show in the hopes the staff wont be busy & checked out so I may actually get a clean seat & the movie I thought I was coming to see, but even though itll literally be free & Im optimistic that the theater will clean & all that - even if thats all perfect if the audio is still so poorly balanced it wont even be worth seeing a movie here for free. Oh yeah, and when I left there was a truck on cinder blocks in the parking lot with a cop there like someone literally got their wheels stolen while at the movies, so thats definitely a bit worrying. I mean theres only so much you can do to keep people from stealin stuff out of unlocked cars but for someone to get somebodys wheels without security noticing... well maybe they need to hire more security too? Lock your car folks. If anyone from the theater cares to know, I saw Ghost in The Shell in Theater 4, 3/31/17.

Went there this past Saturday evening 4/29/17. Wanted to see The Fate And Furious as it is printed on there receipt. Once inside and in our seats and decided what we would like to eat and drink during the movie. We pushed the little red service button. As it blinked and blinked we watched more up coming movies. Then out of no where some food arrived popcorn and a couple of soft drinks. We said we did not order yet that was not ours. But you can take our order as she turns and walks away. Then within five minutes another person comes to my chair and said here is your order. It was the same popcorn and soft drinks. Again they were told we had not ordered yet. Can you take our order as she walks off. Finally someone comes and takes our order. After awhile our order arrives during the movie. So we sit back and enjoy the movie. Now is when the fun really starts. A check arrives we let it sit for a bit. Look at it yep it is for the popcorn and soft drinks we did not order. When the person returns my wife says this was not our order. The woman leaves with the receipt. A few minutes later a guy arrives at my chair and says here is your bill. Again it is for the popcorn and soft drinks we never had ordered. Then someone else arrives with another bill this one is for our food order so at this time we have two bills at our seats. With two theater employees pestering us to pay the bills. Clearly management needs to get involved as now we cannot watch the movie nor can anyone around us. So my question is so how does Jason Statum and the baby get off the plane? As the last thing I say was the blond taking the last parachute and leaving the airplane. And the next thing we saw was Was Leddie and Dom and the baby back on the ground at there home I guess. So that will be the last dinner and a movie at that SMG location. Why are these people not properly trained? Want to bet there last job had them wearing a paper hat.

Worst experience ever. We decided to go get tickets for our show (8:30pm) earlier in the day so we could skip all the rush and ensure we get great seats and the lady that sold us the tickets sold us tickets for a different time. Once we got to the theater we go in sit down and began movie. At this point 2 couples came in and said we were in their seats and we compared tickets. One of the servers said their identical I guess we doubled booked you all. He asked the other couple to sir in the empty seats a row behind us. Then another couple with same issue came in and ended up going to box office to report the mix up. The manager, who was a joke by the way, came in to figure out what happened. She came looked at our tickets and then said these are for an earlier time. When we explained everything to her she said that even though it was a mix up we has to leave and she could "possibly" find us seats in the later one. We asked her to find us seats in this showing and she said no. She then said if if u dont get up I will call security. When then asked again for new seats and she calls security who came in like he was top flight security of the world. They walked us out and when the "next" manager came to figure out what happened he did the same as the other lady. Needless to say they didnt fix the problem but told us we had to leave. That even though it was a mix up , they had other cuatomers. I can honestly say I will never come back and I will be passing along the word. Ghetto theater, bad staff, horrible management.
