Happy Fathers Day to me! NOT!!! I was playing golf with some friends for fathers day. Our tee time was 7:45 and we e tee off on time. playing from the tips always adds more distance any course. We were also playing skins.(like most golfers do) Fast forward to hole 6, the ranger drives through on his regular routine and says nothing to us!! We get to the turn at 10:07, didnt stop for cold food because we wanted to keep going. Thats where we were met by the elder lady from the pro shop informing us that "We were playing too slow and we had the course backed up 30 minutes". We were also informed that the ranger had spoken to us three times and people were complaining. None of which happened. When we asked for the ranger to come she refused. Then we were approached by a elder man angry and yelling " We arent going to take this from you guys! Get your stuff and leave the property!" While he snatches the keys out of the carts. We were given half of our money back and had to walk our bags back to our cars. While walking to our cars with our bags the foursome behind us asked what happen and we share our story with him. They replied that they didnt complain because they were playing slow waiting on the foursome behind them. Did I fail to mention that we were the only Black men golfing today? I will NEVER patronize this RACIST golf course.

Sorry Rosalind sounds like you have a grudge against the owner here and Burt estates. Writing a bad review of a golf course you dont even golf on is childish. This course is great, and you cant beat the price. Very good conditions year round. Great job by the maintenance staff. Staff inside clubhouse and outside cutting grass are excellent people. Maybe someone like Rosalind should meet the people and really get to know them before she bashes them.

I have golfed here since moving to the area in 2003. I find the course always in good shape, and the people who run the place always cordial and accomadating and most of all very friendly. Friends who golf there for the first time are impressed on how great the course is. Mike

Great experience! We will be back. The only really bad review I see here was from a woman named Rosalind. I think she is angry because she was removed from the campground, which by the way, was her own fault. She is just bitter! You cant stay if you dont want to pay!

Beautiful course, friendly staff, and great price. Course is well-manicured with some beautiful holes tee to green. Staff is accommodating and personable. Not only will I be back, I will recommend to others.

I remember it being in good shape but cannot get over the fact that last time I was there they had a telephone line running through the fairway of the 18th hold at about 100 yards out. Is that still the case?

Impossible to contact. I called 5 times during their posted business hours over a period of a couple weeks with no answer and no voicemail. Furthermore, owner does not have email contact information posted.

Great course. Especially for the price. Greens are true and fast but not impossible. Sand and water are always in play. 4 sets of tees for all level players. The staff is friendly and facilities are ok.

Course is in great condition...greens are extremely fast compared to what Im used to but overall it is a nice and wide open course to play with a few challenging and scenic holes sprinkled in..

Course is in great condition. Greens about 11 in the stimp. Perfect fairways.. beautiful scenery. A MUST PLAY!
