Always have a good time when my husband and I go. Just started going within the last few months. Even if we just stop by to say hi to the staff. Staff has always been helpful and friendly. In response to some previous posts, yes, they have to clean the theater and booths up every day between 5-6am, could you imagine if they didnt?!? Sorry that you had bad timing once. Maybe you should be more upset at yourself for waiting until the last moment when you could have enjoyed yourself for a few hours and got a great gift if you had arrived sooner. Anyway, place is fun, good supply of toys, mood enhancers, movies, and the staff will make you feel at ease.

Dont want to give them any stars but cannot write wo a star, so there u go, uve earned ur 1 star. Im from out of town and wanted to get something for my gf before returning my rental car the next morning. As it may be, 5:26am was the time I showed up at the door of Libido, its locked. No one in sight. I knocked...nothing. I tgen called the # on the site 3 times...nothing. Today is February 13th and ur site says 24 hrs, the door had no note stating why its not open. This is Valentines weekend. I agree with another post...dont say 24hrs when u are not...not even a sign on the door to say why.

Maybe you shouldnt say youre open 24 hours if you close the store for 2 hours to "clean" it. And btw your guy who was working sounded high as a kite and not high as in marijuana high. More like a disgusting meth head high. Gross...
