I cannot understand why this theater is investing so much money in plush seats while using screens dating back to the 1950s. I think the visual experience is more important than overly stuffed chairs that cost too much money for my taste. The price differential for these expensive tickets (chairs) is mind blowing. Someone in management needs to get a clue. Those that praise this theater for its seating must be going to the movies to get some much needed sleep. I rather see a movie that has updated, large curved screens. Leitersburg Cinemas is more of a hotel and than a theater. Great place to take an expensive nap. The visual experience is subpar. Rather save some money and watch TV from my bed. Unfortunately, I think most of the people that love this theater are well-meaning country folks that still have yet to discover flat screen TVs or indoor plumbing.

Leitersburg Cinemas does a nice job at controlling prices and providing an enjoyable movie watching experience. Snack bar is well equipped and popcorn is tasty with add your own butter and salt stations. They have a small bulk candy offering that is a nice alternative to overpriced movie theater boxes of candy. Lots of beverage choices with unlimited self service. Try the VIP movie option if it is available for your movie. Black leather recliners and ample leg room. Very nice! Plenty of parking and neat events from time to time such as dinner and a movie and a short drive-in movie experience in the summer time. They play kids movies in the summer for extremely low costs. This theater does not feel like one of the big chain theaters, because it is not. Check them out the next time you plan to see a movie.

I honestly never thought I would enjoy going to a movie theater but now I go almost every weekend. What makes this place different? No sticky seats, free popcorn with vip tickets (except matinees), comfy leather recliners, almost never crowded, and overall the whole interior of this place is awesome. I used to rarely go to the movie theater maybe once a year at the most so its a huge leap from once a year to once a week. I could go on and on about how awesome this place is but its something you need to experience for yourself. Do yourself a favor and go to this movie theater, it doesnt matter if you are ten minutes away, 45 minutes away like I am, or an hour away just go buy yourself a vip ticket and see what you have been missing.

The VIP seating is VERY comfy!! The theatres are nice and clean. The only downfall is trying to contact the theatre by phone. It took me over an hour to finally get an answer, and then I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. This was due to having only 1 person staffed in the box office, which must be difficult to handle alone....BUT I still thought 20 minutes was excessive without coming back on the line and at least explaining the situation to me. But, when I had to call back to change my movie time the call was answered promptly, and they exchanged the time within 2 mins. AMAZING Place to take my girls to their 1st movie EVER!!!

I enjoy the small cozy atmosphere. We take advantage of their 5/1 Tuesday special as often as we can. With 3 kids it makes it more affordable to take them to the movies and we can go more often. The VIP option is also great. But the plus is even when a movie isnt playing in a VIP theater, the seats and sound in the regular theaters is just fine. Not that people go to see what the inside of the theater lobby looks like, but it could use with a little more light and brighter colors to lighten it up. Its sort of dark and that gives it a rundown appearance.

VIP is where it is at. The recliners are comfortable and quite spacious. The VIP theaters are all assigned seating, which is nice if you order online ahead of time. If you show up for a movie with assigned seating just before the showtime, forget getting a great seat if it is a popular movie. The snacks are overpriced but they offer free refills on all sizes of drink and popcorn. The non-VIP theaters are cramped (as usual) but the seats are comfortable enough. They offer all the popular first run movies and sometimes even some classics.

Ive been to this theater 5 times since theyve remodeled this most recent time and every time its been fantastic. The theater is clean, comfortable and the staff is friendly. The prices are great and if you get the chance to see a movie in the VIP theater get ready for a fantastic experience! I hope to do a Dinner & a Movie night there sometime in the near future. This place is NOT the same place it was several years ago, its so much nicer now. There isnt one negative thing I can say about the place!

Thus was my first time here nd i hate it bcuz the front counter ppl are not customer friendly nd the inside seem so bored nd plain like this is not a place tht i would ever come to again due to it seem so DRY ...nd dead there nd when o went to watch the movie which was fist fight it smell like pee in the theatre like thy dont clean nd the line for the popcorn was hella Long i almost miss the beginning of my movie...#WackAssMovieTheatre i recommend the movie theatre by valley mall.

A nice hometown place to go to for the movies with great VIP seats for the same low price and actually more reasonably priced food than theaters with more expensive tickets. Theres a nice arcade for waiting, a lot of nice posters and cardboard cutouts and signs up, and a nice atmosphere. Some arcade machines are broken, or at least dont always work, though, and the lines arent the cleanest from other customers trashing the place. It is still overall a very great place.

Bought VIP tickets for the first time the other week and fell in love with this movie theater. The recliners were amazing, clean and it was not crowded. The VIP rooms are a bit chilly and I love that you can bring a blanket in with you, because youll need it! My hubby and I love the free refills on popcorn and drinks. Its just such a comfortable, fun experience that everyone will enjoy. This is by far our favorite movie theater. We wont go anywhere else!

A very lovely theater. They keep it clean and are always happy to help. The food is also good and a decent price, especially for a movie theaters. Plus, refills on any size drink or popcorn. This isnt your regular sit-around-all-day-super-salty-and-oily movie popcorn. Their popcorn is delicious air popped goodness. The leather recliners are also a treat and prices are decent, again, especially compared to other theaters.

Cannot beat this place! First off the location is great, its pretty much out in the middle of nowhere. Ive been here several times and never had a bad experience. My wife and I always go the VIP route, it costs a little extra but you get to pick your seats and the seats are leather and recline all the way back. Overall the experience is great. Every time we want to see a movie, this is the theatre we choose!
