Just left Lindsey Stirling concert. She is great. I wanted to attend her concert forever...But organization of this theater was horrible!!!!! We paid over $320 for 2 tickets. 3rd row from the stage!!!! And guess what?! We werent able to see anything at all. Rosemont theater let about 30 people up by the stage who were standing and blocking the view for all 10 front rows!!!! Plus whats up with those bar like things in front of the 1st row?!?! Dont you realize that people sitting there wont see the stage?! Which causes them to stand up and block even more view!!!!!!!!! I am 8 months pregnant!!!! I cant stand for 3 hours!!!! Thats why we paid for these "great" seats!!!!! Horrible!!!! So disappointing!!!!! Thanks for ruining this experience!!!

I would never return to this theater. We missed more than half of the show due to severe traffic congestion and poor pedestrian walkways to get to the theater from the parking garage across the street. The city of Rosemont does a piss poor job of traffic control in this area. If I would have been the only or one of the only people extremely late and angry then I would have thought it was poor planning on my part, but there was a ton of other people walking in to the theater 30 to 40 minutes after the show started also irate with the situation. Plan an additional hour or more when going to this venue, youre going to need it.

Parking was atrocious. Although my fault for not checking ahead, parking attendentant booth does not take credit cards. I had to park in the garage across street with about 10-15 "minute walk. Traffic gets pretty bad around area during shows. Plan on arriving an hour early. We had a balcony seat for Daniel Tiger Live. The view was satisfactory. Sound quality was average for this event. One thing I liked was that rows were not too long. Plenty of aisles made exiting and entering seat much easier. Concessions were as overpriced as youd expect from such a venue.

I guess it will be different for everyone based on the show. We showed up a bit early and there was parking close by. The venue has a few bar stands on each level where we got our drinks. We also got a pretzel, which I would advise against. It was dry and chewy. I know these places tend to be overpriced, but if I get charged an arm and a leg, I at least want to enjoy what I got the drinks were good. The seats were good. The show was great. The sound was a bit too loud for me, but I assume.e that is up to the performer. All in all, a good experience.

Parking is a nightmare. Get there extra extra early for parking. Its free in the outlet mall parking garage but sheesh, its a madhouse in there sometimes. Get. There. Early. So. You. Dont. Pull. Your. Hair. Out. The theatre itself is nice. A couple grouchy ushers. The seats arent laid out the best, so people in front of you block your view because the seats are basically directly in front of one another. Other than that youll probably have a really nice time.

Parking cost was high, $20 cash only. Inside is very nice and clean but there again be prepared to pay if you want anything. Be careful on choosing your seats, we got seats just above the balcony entrance ramp and there was a HUGE handrail splitting the stage. You are forced to slouch in the seat in order to see the stage. Very uncomfortable! Saw Shen Yun 2017, very good show, sound and lights are exceptional.

Parking is a disaster. When there is signage, its not relevant to your event. Between entitled people cutting into the queue and parking attendants telling you you cant park in the event labeled parking, arrival at your actual event requires some time to actually begin enjoying the show. Dont bother, for the price of events here. You cant see all the stage from the side seats at no cost differential.

Good theater, the reason it gets 3 so because there is always a battle for parking and the congestion around the area gets nuts. Now I get its an Arena of sorts bit its crazier getting in and out of this place like paces like the United Center .. Otherwise very beautiful decor in the lobby and the staircase going up reminds you of a scene from the Titanic.

DanTDM show was great. Theatre staff, for the most part, were rude, unprofessional, unpleasant, unsightly, and didnt make me feel welcome at all. Obviously the only reason i would ever go here, or recommend it, is if one of my favorite acts is performing. Thumbs up for DanTDM, but huge thumbs down for Rosemont Theater and staff, boooooooo!

Parking lot is a joke. Cash only?? And if you dont have cash, then you have to pull to the side of the theatre and go to the one ATM they have on the far side of the venue. When I say 1, there really is only one ATM. Its a joke. Other than that, the actual theatre itself has great angles and sound from wherever you sit.

Parking is expensive at $20. Seating is horrible if youre in the balcony area sitting at the sides. Do not do the Groupon G-passes as you cannot choose your seats and the stage could be cut off from your view. Staff is friendly, but too much of a hassle to get in and out of this place if youre driving.

Had a great experience going to a concert here. Its a pretty nice venue. Unfortunately, if you are seated off to the side you cant see anything beyond the edge of the stage. Luckily the band realized that and mostly stayed where we could see but I missed some things due to my location.

I have been to many concerts here and the venue was great for all of them. The sound system was good, you can see the stage from just about every seat. Theres parking at the venue and in the surrounding area for a fairly decent price based on the prices in the area itself.

One of my favorite theaters to visit. It is much smaller than Allstate Arena, which is a good thing. I remember seeing David Copperfield here and i felt like I was right there, and I was in the upper deck. Excellent venue.

Lazy workers . Said i couldnt leave the concert because they couldnt scan me out , the drinks and popcorn was disgusting . Work on better employes . If you dont like your job then leave . So disapointed in the service

The theater was so nice the chairs are very comfortable the environment was great everyone is very happy. Parking is a problem there is no street parking available and to park in the garage is expensive.

The theatre is beautiful and small. Parking is kind of confusing and expensive, but thats Chicago. Older seats, but comfortable. Balcony even had good views. We will definitely visit again.

great space. every seat is a good seat i saw a show there not to long ago. i was in the back of the house. and could see eveything. then they moved us to even better seats.

They should consider investing on some large screens for the seats that are on the higher level. Its so hard to see the stage and the sound wasnt clear. I wasnt impressed.

I was only there for a commencement ceremony, but the venue is beautiful and the seating is very comfortable and spacious. I would be pleased to go again for a show.
