The employees were nice and helpful except for the two girls on tickets. One with glasses was rude and disregarded me because her phone rang. Once I find out that my movie was on the other side the other ticket women, who was middle aged, lazily took my ticket and didnt tell me where to go so I ended up getting lost while she watched me. The movie quality was fine but there was sound issues with the pre show which the employees acted like it was a regular occurrence when I went up and told them about it. I would have given this place a higher star because the box office and concession were both very kind and the movie quality (not the pre show sound) was good as well, but it got such low star rate because while I was watching my movie a mouse ran across my foot. This theater needs a health inspection because it is obvious it would fail. Only go there if you want to get lost and have a mouse hit your foot.

Husband called during the winter and asked if they were open because it was snowing really bad, wanted to make sure before driving from mustang was told by the girl answering the phone yes, the movie started at 10:10 pm him and his friend arrived at 10:13 (the bad roads caused him to be a few minutes late). Starts up to the door and they run up and lock them out he yelled basically through the door excuse me we called and you said you were open she tells them well we cant let anyone in past starting time 3 minutes really the previews are longer then that so my guess since no one else was there they just wanted to leave early since they were locking the front door wont be going back there wld rather drive across town then give them our money they should of just said on the phone they wanted to leave instead of waisting his time.

For a recently constructed theater the West End Pointe Theatre has been a big disappointment to me. The ticket counter and concessions stand is generally poorly staffed. Lines tend to be long and slow. Forget about getting a snack unless youre really early to your movie. During the films it is a crap shoot if your movie will be in focus or if the audio levels will be reasonable. The attention to detail seems to be quite lacking. Unlike the older theater across the highway the West End Pointe Theatre is generally clean and the restrooms are almost antiseptic. I really hoped to have a good local option for a movie theater. However, if a movie is worth watching, it is worth driving into OKC to a better theater.

So I notified the managers twice of masking problems on the screen the first time I was ignored. The second time I was told that I could go do it myself since employees there knew I had worked at a movie theatre they assumed I would do it. The managers then told me that they honestly were not probably going to go do it. Half of the staff was standing around doing nothing. When I entered the building both ends of the counter were filthy. In my opinion if you want to see a movie that has been out a while and you want a cheap date go to this theatre, however, if you like good service with a good experience go to the theaters in Oklahoma City they are worth the drive.

The theater itself is nice clean place to go. However my son applied and one of the coworkers threw his app with personal I go in the trash and the other manager let her. Said my whole family is rude and calls her names because shes gay. I have several friends straight gay bisexual etc and have not even spoke to this girl in my life but she also threw my app in the trash because she doesnt feel comfortable working with us. I thought as a employee you should be able to get along. Guess they show favoritism in a big way! If my personal info gets used they will be held responsible for sure as well as my sons info.

I read all the reviews and I guess Im more used to the Silver Cinemas Movie Theater we used to have in Yukon, because compared to that, this movie theater is AWESOME! Ive been there when they were really busy and I was quite impressed with how a couple of guys handled the counters and customers. And it is hard to impress me in those aspects. Im used to slow people these days behind a counter, but they were great! Yes there are some better movie theater options in Oklahoma City. I really like Penn Square Malls seats!! But other than that, Im happy with this theater in Yukon!

Staff are great This review is about they yukon, Oklahoma location only . But last time we went there the seats were wet and molded . The theater was nasty . I could smell the mold and mildews all over . I wonder if the owner knows any strings at the health department of if it has anything to do with the poor decisions with city of yukon getting funded quietly due to mishandling Money in the past . Sadly , All the AMC are bought by a non-American company and since , they are being managed and postponed remodeling and I hope that change .

They have new drink machines. You have to stand in line to get your drinks. There are hundreds of choices. Do you know how long it takes a kid to figure out what they want to drink? We are seeing a movie that has only been out a couple of weeks and they have it in a small theater!!! We got here early! It is packed!!! I havent been to the bathrooms. No telling what they look like. And one more thing, we cant see the pre show. Its not on the screen!!! Oh....the seats suck!!! This whole theater sucks!!!!!!

The movie was good quality. We pulled up and saw the cinema it looked very ratchet. We had pre-purchased our tickets. So we went into get snacks and Got In A 30 minute line. I got a kids pack. You were supposed to get to pick your own candy but the lady didnt let us. Then we got to the movie area and the cinema said five minutes till seating well we went in anyways and saw tons of people already in. Then we went to the bathrooms and were not impressed with The cleanliness as It was super dirty.

This is a nice sized, clean cinema! The pricing for a movie is the cheapest I have ever come across! They have the latest blockbusters running at regular intervals at good times. Stadium seating is really nice in the theater rooms. I enjoy that the chairs recline a little bit and there is plenty of leg room. When you first walk in, it is a little confusing to figure out where to go to buy your ticket because the concessions counter and ticket counter are the same, just different lines.

This five star theater has gone down hill. They used to have someone come through and check for bad behavior but since they stopped the jerks seem to be making up for lost time! The last two times I have been there the theater has had trash on the floor and not been cleaned. The restrooms and lobby area are very nice and clean and the kids who work the refreshment area are always working hard and very friendly. The movie quality has always been great and this is why I keep returning!
