I give this theater high marks not because of its lavish decor, comfortable seating, or superior sound and projector systems but because of one of its employees. There is an elder black man who has worked there for years. He always has a smile and is always gracious and helpful. He stands out in stark contrast against the sea of snobby, indifferent service employees that one encounters everywhere on a daily basis.

I think this place needs new management. I like to go to the movies in the daytime when there arent too many people but at this theatre it smells really bad ruining the experience for me. And the theatres arent updated as they should be. The picture for my movie was on the other side of the theatre causing me to be confused as to which movie room I was actually in. Also the lady manager was very rude.

I went to this theater last night to see Compton with my wife at 7 pm. My ticket said theater 10 and the taker directed me to theater 10. After watching 15 or 20 minutes of previews another movie plays instead of Compton. I tell an employee and they offered me a refund. No apologies, no voucher, nothing. So I wasted a night out because you printed my ticket wrong? We wont be coming back.

Yes, West Tower Theater is dated, but thats part of what makes it consistently entertaining every visit. Visit and you will see for yourself. Even movies released for months shown on good sized screens. Fun staff, great, even though expensive, popcorn and sodas. Hey! Theres REAL paper towels to dry your hands in restroom. Dont miss this Gem.

You can use your Regal Crown Club here. But I was watching a quieter movie next to a larger movie and I heard all the noises from between the walls which kind of detracted from the movie and the intensity of it. This is easy in a pinch, but when I have time I stick with the other theaters with Better Sound muffling technology.

The ticket person inside that ushered you where to go was very short and rude. He was not helpful. Tall boy, dark hair and young. His advise was condescending. Whats up with that? Wont go back there. He had no customer service skills. Not helpful. My husband was very upset with his attitude.

Was pleasantly surprised. It didnt seem impressive from the street, but once in the theater the seats were nice and the floor was clean. The seat stayed comfortable the whole movie. The audio was just right. However they werent playing any of the before movie filler and the movie started late.

This is my second choice for seeing a movie in the area. Bit mostly because it off close to where i live. The screens are sufficient. As is sound and seating. The food is the same youll get at any movie theater. Nothing separates this from any other movie theatre.

Its admittedly not the newest, the neatest, the cleanest, the latest or the greatest...but we love our sleepy little neighborhood movie theater. Its hardly ever packed, even on opening weekends for big films. We hope it stays in business for a long, LONG time.

Pretty busy but it was a holiday. The seats were nice. The volume was alittle loud and that made my son uncomfortable but he made it through the whole movie. It seemed all the movies were starting around the same time based on ticket lines and concession lines.

Worst movie experience Ive ever had. Why they allow multiple people with infants into a two and a half hour movie is a mystery. I guess a paying customers business isnt as important. The auditorium also smelled like a public restroom.

Got there at 10:40 (five minutes before the movie started) and the employees there refused to sell us or the other customers tickets or even acknowledge our existence. I wont be wasting my very few nights off going there again.

The theater is dirty and the staff isnt great. However, this is my favorite theater. There is hardly a crowd and its a nice change of pace from the hustle and bustle of short pump. Dont go expecting anything but a good movie.

Does its job, but very old and outdated compared to the more modern theaters. I use it as a last resort option if time is a factor when trying to get to a movie. With that said, Ive never had a bad experience here.

Use to go here once a week. May have gotten better. Have not been here for long time. Popcorn was burnt, drink cup had a hole in it and the theatre seats are very worn. Been going to the short pump one instead.

Dinky theater. Went to a viewing and the seats were horizontal, felt like a school auditorium. Lobby cieling is low and feels claustrophobic when people are leaving a movie. I would go again though.

Ive been coming here for years, ever since I was a kid. I pray this establishment has many more years to come for everyone else to enjoy. Its very simple and well kept, despite the facilitys age.

Love this theatre! I always choose this location over the more popular and bigger theatres because the employees here are great and theres hardly any long lines for tickets or refreshments.

It closed at 8 and they let us in and it was only 7:48 and they said if we got there five minutes we could of sold u tickets really really it says on there closes at 11 and it close at 8

I like this place, because it is rarely busy and the theater is nice, big and comfortable. The staff is nice enough and the popcorn is good. The concessions are bit over priced though.

This movie theater is old. The chairs, the screens, the projectors and all other things are old. However, it is the place I go to when I dont want to wait for long to get tickets.

Completely empty for the matinee. The seating isnt stadium seating, its barely sloped. If it had been full Im not sure you would be able to see over the people in front of you.

My first theater when I was young. Not a large theater and not crowdy. Mellow and laid back environment makes for good place for families to catch current releases.

Older cinema but always clean. Much less people at this location than others so you always have room and arent annoyed by "those people" (you know who you are)!

Average theatre. Usually clean. Friendly staff. Not a big place but usually not crowded, which is what I like. Prices slightly lower than other Regal cinemas.
