My fiance and I went to see a limited, one time only, showing at this theater with the understanding that we would be watching the movie. This was a big deal for us as I had to get off work early and then drive an hour just to get to the theater. The tickets were very expensive, $10 each and a large drink and popcorn was $12. The theater itself was nice, if expensive, but little did we know that no movie would be shown that night. When we arrived at our seats the screen read, "ERROR" and nothing was playing on it. We were then informed that they were having an issue with the projector and it would only be a few minutes. Well, a few minutes turned to 15, then 20, then an HOUR of waiting only to be told that another movie was going to be shown after ours and there was not enough time to show ours now even if they could get the thing to run! We asked if they could transfer us to another theater several times but they said it would take too long. I am so disappointed, for what you pay to see the movie one would expect to see it! They gave us tickets to a re-show but now all the magic is gone...UPDATE! We went again the next day and had the exact same problem! Apparently the movie is played via satellite from Japan! No hard copy in the building! When guests expressed their outrage they called the Sheriff on them! We asked that the price of our concessions be returned and they said we needed a receipt, but guess what? They never gave us one! I have never been so insulted or treated so badly at a theater before! I will not be returning any time soon.

Recently I went to this movie theater to watch Sin City 2. One of my favorite parts about the overall movie experience is the trailers. I know many of you will agree. For my most recent trip to this movie theater they did not start the movie with the proper 3d filters on the projector. This resulted in the screen being blurry and have the wrong colors. This is not the first time that this has happened. This is the third time that I have seen this happen at this movie theater. They have also recently increased the price of 3D movies. If you are going to increase the price at least make sure you get the rest right. I end up missing the trailer or missing the beginning of the movie because I have to go tell their employees to change the filter. Its not hard to get it right. Be professional and get it done!

The movie theater itself hasnt really been changed or updated from the time it opened around 15 years ago and is starting to show signs of age. Somehow the theater smells old and Im not sure if its due to the age of the theater, or due to poor sanitation. I generally have had good luck getting a clean theater. The walls arent insulated enough to keep outside sounds out and I wouldnt recommend watching any movies that are heavy in dialog here, because sound does bleed in from the adjacent theaters. We tried watching Lincoln and The Hobbit was playing next door, and the bass from the music and action scenes could be heard in our theater. For what youre paying, youll probably be better off driving a few extra miles to Henrietta or Rochester for a better theater experience.

I like the recliners, and the staff is fairly friendly, and they are definitely getting better with cleanliness, however, the expense of everything, including the concessions is a bit out there. I am grateful for the Regal Rewards card; because it helps to alleviate the cost of everything. Generally, you cant get away cheap at the movies anymore, so come with enough money. I rated this place 3 stars because it aggravates me that they dont prepare better for opening movies with at least 2-3 theaters available to help alleviate the lack of seats. Its also annoying to have to buy tickets online and pay a "convenience" fee just because that is the only way to guarantee you will have a seat on opening night.

Dont count on your "reserved" seats actually being saved for you. The theater changed to a reservation system a little while ago but there are no measures to actually enforce it. There are no ushers who check seating on the way into the actual auditoriums, and they dont do a ticket check before the movie starts. So if you show up after someone steals your seats, its up to you to move them. If someone stole their seats, it causes a whole scene. Management needs to just step in and figure out a way to make sure peoples reserved seats arent taken. Other than that the chairs are great and the theater is nice. Just dont hold your breath if youre anything less than a half hour early.

For the second Christmas night in the last two years I visited your theater with my wife, son, and daughter in law. The lobby area, especially where you sell concessions was disgusting. The counters were covered with sticky stuff, and the mat at the counter was also sticky. It was terribly disconcerting. The bathrooms also were uncleanly. I was sad to see this, because my regular theatre in Henrietta is spotless at every corner. I am not sure that I could ever bring myself back to this theater again. Hopefully you can fix these problems for all the future movie goers at your facility.

This theater has undergone a renovation with recliner seats. While the seats are nice, ordering online it is nearly impossible to tell which seats are together in their groupings or separated. I end up having to call before ordering every single time or end up in a seat that is not connected to my partners. It is annoying and needs to be updated on both fandango and the regal site ASAP.

This Theater has been totally redone, all electric reclining seats. Took my daughter to see Hunger Games Part I at an early show, 5 bucks apiece to get in. I have been in theaters were they blast you away with the sound, not the case here. Normal Admission I believe is $8.25, well worth it for the comfort. This is now my favorite theater to go to even though its an hour drive for me.

Normally I love this place and have had good experiences. The kids had a snow day today and I called 45 minutes before the movie to double check that they were open. "Yes, were open, come on down!" Picked up a bunch of kids, showed up 35 minutes later, CLOSED. If it was a possibility they would close, I sure wished they wouldve shared that little detail.

I am packed in a theatre shoulder to shoulder to watch the Hunger Games right now. I am sitting in a pile of popcorn from the last showing, watching a screen that is hardly bigger then my TV, on a floor that is not elevated. I am staring straight at ladies head. It smells in here too, total ripoff!

I love the theater, it is nice and big, but yes it does need some updating. the prices are a little high, but since the mall is right there they get a lot of business and it can get busy. once you have been there hundreds of times, you get used to the seating, and the people, and the prices.
