Outrageous - As far as the movie price goes it was ok, until you got inside to get a drink and your jaw hits the floor at the concession prices. Not even going to sugar coat it because it does the job itself. Small drink $4.75.... It is free refills but how ofter do you like to get up in the middle of a movie for a drink refill... We bought their #1 Combo which included a large drink and medium popcorn and it was wait for it.... $14 dollars.... As i am sure you all would be as well i was completly turned off of the place by this point. for three movie tickets, a bag of popcorn and a soda we paid just around $50 and this was in the middle of the day, thank god we wernt paying the late night prices or weekend prices. The building is well maintained and very well staffed as it should be based on these prices. But it didnt make up for the cost, i dont go to the movie often and my daughter wanted to see Rango so i was fine with the price for a one time thing, they pretty much made sure that i wont be back anytime soon.

the theater itself is a decent sized place but for me my wife and 2 children under age 10, its 50$ at the door for tix, then another 20+ for a bag of popcorn, large drink and box of candy. Add another $3 each person for a 3D movie.... $70 or more to go to the movies??? WTF??? Also the staff are lazy, and really dont care about doing a good job. And everything is filthy, especially the bathrooms. The food portions arent worth the steep price, except for maybe the large drink which has to be close to a 2 Ltr bottle of soda.... tho most 2 Ltr bottles of soda dont cost 5 bucks. Remember when going to the movies was fun cuz it was cheap? If you work for 10$/hr at your job, 40hr/week, dinner and a movie is literally half your paycheck that week now. its bullshit.

Great staff. But *Why is a small drink the size of a large? *Hope no one taller than 58" sits in front of you if youre 54"-had to move (not a problem anywhere else). *Smallest amount of leg room and by far the coldest, bring a blanket. *Wheres the sound? Theater is meant to get lost in the story, not; stop eating popcorn so you can hear. *Convenient at times -only reason we go back. *Is it just me or why is there a cop and/or mall security blocking the exits after films? I always get turned around cuz theyll stand in front of the exit (by ticket tearer, window doors, with window walls) so I think o, maybe thats not the exit and look for one.

I work at this theater. It has its perks iit is a nice theater, but so many of the customers are rude. Yeah prices are a little on the higher side, and the reason snacks are so costy is bcuz the theaters only get a small percentage of ticket sales blame disney and paramount and etc. They get the majority of it the theater pays for all their necessities including employee payroll with snack bar sales. If u dont wanna pay so much for snacks then dont buy anything and shut up and be nice to the employees we did nothing to u

Its well maintained and clean. There is stadium seating which is nice, and you get regal rewards which not many theaters have jumped onto yet. Every once in awhile we get jipped on popcorn, but we simply ask and get it filled to the top. I was a bit disappointed that the most recent time the supervisor gave us about 3/4 of a bucket of popcorn. I had to ask another employee to fill it up, that shouldnt happen. But overall we do choose this theater for proximity and cleanliness. A good movie experience.

Ive visited this theater many times and enjoyed movies here, however my most recent visit 9/9/17 after renovations, the new seats have to be some of the most uncomfortable seats in a movie theater ive ever experienced. And as someone with a messed up back this may discourage me from continuing to patronize this theater. disappointing. the seats are narrow, dont recline even 1/2 as far as they used to and are generally stiff and unpleasant. Barely was able to sit through a whole movie.

Great theater, just very expensive. Cleanliness could be slightly improved, but mostly its just the issue of price. If you want flavored popcorn toppings you have to buy a small shaker at a jacked up price, where most theaters provide the topping for free. Only things you get refills for are the things you would never need a refill for. Cost effective if a large group wants to split popcorn/drinks, but a couple on date night gets raked over the coals.

Went to see secret life of pets and the volume shot off at the best sceen then it came back on (missed about 20 minutes of the movie) then the screen went black for another 10 minutes. they did rewind it (which im happy they did) but they rewinded it so far back ended up watching the 30 minutes before the volume shut off all over again. The part thats most upsetting is all the kids in the theater were so upset and loud which upsetted everyone.

I dont hate the place but the prices are very high. No refills on anything except the large popcorn and soda. Water should be cheaper. I went out to treat my sisters on $5 tuesday but they charged me full price. Carpets and floors are not cleaned after the movies. Lighting is left on during movies. Staff is unprepared to take a customers order. I get cheaper candy at dollar general, like seriously? Why do you raise everythings price up.

Just to expensive. Necessary or not, can no longer afford to go to this theater. Grossly overpriced, I was highly disappointed that a matinée pair of tickets, two drinks and popcorn was close to $50. Nice selection and cleanliness doesnt make up for that. The service was fine but I wont be returning. I understand those prices pay salaries but I wont be contributing to it with my meager paycheck.

This is the worst movie theater I have ever seen. It is horrid, expensive, cramped and they pull decent movies out and scrape the slime off the bottom of the barrel to replace them with seventh rate garbage that no one with a brain would even think of seeing. Close this rat trap down and move the trashy B movies it plays 2 and 3 hours away to the theaters that have the good movies now.

Always have good experience! Bathrooms always clean, etc - im usually there when adults are in theater. Other times its probably when minor children are unattended by responsible guardian! Report bad bathrooms to management, and uncomfortable conditions, thyll fix it! Plenty of close of parkiing close to food court with great variety of foods to savor.

To expensive 100 bucks for my family tix & food easily when we go here but there are other theaters close by with way better seats for long movies. So that being said seats are cramped and uncomfortable for a renovated theatre. Not impressed ,staff is sometimes less than courteous in my opinion could be cleaner also. Thanks

I mean, Ive been there so many times and havent had a bad experience. I dont know where people are having all these issues, but its never when Im there. Drinks are expensive but seriously, the small size is the size of a large in a fast food restaurant. Ive never had a problem and the staff is always nice and helpful.
