Used to be nice until about 5 years ago...too many problems there now...despite the nice looking building, its filthy... as soon as you walk in the floor is sticky. Urine all over the floor in the mens room. Trashcans in the lobby overflowing. trash usually all over the floor in the theatre rooms (nothing beats sitting down and putting your foot in an old cup of nacho cheese) Not too bad if you go to an early showing but the later showings are usually filled with kids that are more there to cause trouble than to watch the movie...A better cleaning crew and a little more security would go a long way. This plaza went from being full to about half vacant store fronts... its begging for redevelopment but until the theatres negative reputation is fixed, it cant be very attractive to new tenants.

This Regal is right around the corner from my apartment so I thought I would give it a shot. I have to say, the theater wasnt as bad as the other reviews here make it out to be. The theater I saw my movie in was quiet and clean, as was the mens room. There were no obnoxious patrons in the theater. I was there however on a Monday night and there were only a few other people at the film. So it may very well differ on busier nights. My only complaint was the soda tasted a little watered down and the nacho cheese for my pretzles wasnt that great either. They must cut a few corners in the concessions department.

We decided to try this theater one more time as the movie we wanted to see was showing at a better time for us than at other places. We thought we could go early in the day and avoid the poor experiences we have had before. NOT! Other clientele in the movie were talking loud and very disruptive. We had children with us and it was upsetting for all of us to have these other people making such a commotion. We have had these experiences at this theater in the past and we will NEVER go there again. We have better choices closer to where we live.

I generally like this theater and the people who work there are always very polite to me. I do have a problem, however, with the way that films are projected. My kids and i came to see Secret Life of Pets and the top two or three feet of the projected image was cut off...projected above the screen. That is really not cool. It essentially means that you are not really seeing the movie.

Good theater, clean and well taken care of. Quality sound and video for a decent price. They charge an arm and a leg for the snacks but so does everyone else. Not as comfortable as amc but i wouldnt say its worse in terms of video quality. A bit cheaper than AMC webster.

The other reviewer is right, despite his use of slurs. Urban youth types have ruined this experience and it is impossible to enjoy a film here with near constant disruption and commotion. The clientele here is absolute trash. Avoid.

Really nice place. The prices for the movies arent bad but as always with movies the food and drinks are a tad on the expensive side but thats to be expected. Other than that pretty nice movie experience.

Still not a comfortable place to watch a movie. Once they overhaul the facility, stop the fights and make it a friendly atmosphere, then people will come. For now, its a ghost town.

This theatre sucks. So dirty and you stick to the floor. Need to invest in better. Cleaning products or hire people to clean. Bathrooms sucks too.
