If I could give 0 stars I would. My group went out for our friends birthday and when we got to the Lake Ronkonkoma location the employee told us we were at the wrong location. We then said, but our confirmation says Lake Ronkonkoma and proceeded to tell us we read our confirmation receipt wrong, which then we pulled out our confirmation and said but it says Lake Ronkonkoma. He then took my sister in laws phone and shoved it in her face saying we read it wrong. So he tried to prove it to us, where he couldnt. Then the other employee even went over to the rest of us and said Im sorry for my coworkers behavior. Then we said okay fine, is there another time we can go in at. And he proceeds to say I deal with 100s of people a day and we have no time for you. So then we asked for a refund. We had already paid and we werent getting the service. He told us fine. Its done. He thought we were leaving and he said okay all done. We asked for an email confirmation and he then said, oh well then I need information from the card you used. So that told us he lied about giving us the refund. We finally got the refund but the employee needs to learn some customer service etiquette. He needs to be fired, because if I were his employer I wouldnt stand for that type of behavior.

Looks like a fun place but i would not know. Came here with some family for a fun night out and was greeted by rudeness and unprofessionalism. The teenager behind the counter was unbelievably rude and belittling. With terrible customer service skills he insisted on how "we did something wrong" when infact we did not and had proof as such. We tried to get another room scheduled or something so maybe we could make up for the lost time getting out there but they did not want to work with us. After trying to scam/cheat us out of a refund of over $ 200 we had to double and triple check they where not stealing money from us. How dare you firstly treat us like that and then decide to try to scam us. I wanted to truely enjoy a night out at this place and do something different, regretfully with untrained workers you see businesses fall short of exepectations. We did get a refund but it took alot of push to get it. Recieved contact from the owners who straightened everything out with our group. Impressive followup.

PLEASE READ UPDATE BELLOW!!! A big group of us were all excited to go for a friends birthday and we wanted to have a good time. When we got there we were told we were at the wrong place and when we showed the confirmation email that specifically stated the address where we were the guy said we messed up. When we started to ask for a refund we were told to calm down which of course caused us to be frustrated and become no longer calm. At first we were told a refund would be processed but when we asked for a confirmation thats when things took a turn. After about an hour we finally got our refund but only after one of the employees said they werent going to give us the refund. What amazes me is that in order to get the refund they needed the card we used to originally pay but they were going to let us leave until we asked for the refund confirmation. **Update*** The owner called the person who organized the whole thing and definitely made things right!

My friends and I took on the Taken room tonight! We have done numerous Escape rooms and this room was one of my favorites. The puzzles were well thought out and intertwined if you solved them in the correct order. This wasnt an easy room and was challenging but if you followed the clues in the correct order youll be able to escape. Every escape room I have done has given clues in different ways. They give their clues with live role playing instead of over a walkie talkies. Amanda was so helpful when we asked for our clues and made sure we understood what we had to do to solve the next clue. Totally recommend this room to anyone whose looking for something different and fun to do. Just remember working together and communicating is key and will be the only way you will escape!

They are thieves at this place. They charge my credit card $400.00 for a party that never happen and that was cancelled within the time frame they required. I came across the charge months after it happen and when I called them to speak with them the man on the phone pretty much said that it was my problem and not theirs. They better believe that I will do everything I need to do to get my refund. They had not right to charge my cc for something that did not happen. Do they think that by being rude and and hang-up the phone, the issue will go away? I better get my money back or news 12 will be at there door and not for good PR. They cant even get a star with the customer service they are providing but I guess I have to it to them or the review wont post!!! CJ

We had a lot of fun this past Saturday and we want to go back again to try the other room! We did the Hidden Temple room. The puzzles were challenging but doable, with a little bit of hints from the folks at Escape the Room LI. There were a lot of laughs and a great party for my 14 year old and her friends. I didnt know what to expect but I had seen the show and I thought they did an awesome job They struck the right balance of having a variety of puzzles and interesting things to do in the rooms. We got out with only a few minutes to spare. Whether you can escape or not, its still a blast! Staff was great and we would recommend this Escape Room.

DO NOT GO HERE! Terrible experience. I was charged a total of 240$ for an escape room for 4 people that should have only been 95$. I have called countless of times to try and get these charges reversed and after I spoke with someone the first time they hung up on me and refuse to answer my calls. They charged my credit card 3 separate times and my friends credit card one time for a total of 240$ they refuse to give the money back or answer any of my calls I have emailed them as well and have yet to get a response. I repeat DO NOT GO HERE, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD. They are scammers who will take advantage of you and steal your money!

So me and my 4 friends booked a night to do the Bank Heist senerio and it couldnt have gone better. We all dressed the part and went with a lot of excitement in our heads! The people running it couldnt have been nicer and really were into what they did which made the experience that much better. We had a lot of fun figuring out the room and working together, its definaltly something that you should do with friends or family. From the moment we were locked in to the moment we made it out we enjoyed it! We are definalty planning another trip there. 10/10 I would SURELY go back again
